Denna undersökning försöker skapa en förståelse för vad som egentligen händer när klädjätten H&M samarbetar med kända modedesigners som Viktor & Rolf, och den paradox som uppstår när det billiga och tillgängliga möter det dyra och exklusiva. Litteraturstudier ger en förståelse för vilka mekanismer som ligger bakom konstruktionen av ett varumärke och dess immateriella berättelse. Genom intervjuer med olika personer synas samarbetet utifrån olika perspektiv. Även konsumenternas berättelsekonstruktion granskas något, för vilka är egentligen dem vi sett springa in på H&M när dörrarna öppnas och slåss över kläder? Vad är det de egentligen köper? Genom ett deltagande i kommershysterin när H&M släpper de åtråvärda kläderna för försäljning, granskas fenomenet på nära håll.Uppsatsen kommer fram till att det är de immateriella berättelserna som är avgörande för den hysteri som kläderna ger upphov till.

Många företag ger i dag ut tidningar med journalistiskt material till sina kunder, så kallade kundtidningar. Något som är unikt för dessa är deras tryggade ekonomi och att de ska främja ett företag med hjälp utav mer material än bara reklam.Fenomenet är inte nytt, utan har existerat sedan mitten av nittonhundratalet, men föga forskning finns kring kundtidningars innehåll och funktion, och vad som skiljer dem från vanliga populärkulturella tidningar. Detta ville vi med denna uppsats försöka undersöka och den valda inriktningen är kundtidningar som ges ut av modeföretag.Denna studie har analyserat innehållet i fyra företagsutgivna tidningar (varav en hybrid) och tre förlagsutgivna tidningar i modebranschen. Analysen utgjordes av två delar; en kvantitativ textanalys, där antal texttyper har räknats, samt en kvalitativ innehållsanalys, där frågor har ställts till materialet. Dessutom har vi även placerat in tidningarna längs Colin Sparks innehålls-axlar, som är till för att konkretisera olika tidningstyper.Resultatet visar att kundtidningarna främst består av intervjuer med människor, som ett sätt att skapa igenkänning och en relation med läsarna, samtidigt som de informerar om sina produkter.

SammanfattningUppsatsen är ett försök till att belysa fenomenet roller i serviceyrket; hur personalen i en klädbutik agerar gentemot kunder och hur de känner inför den roll de besitter i sin profession. Idag innebär butiksarbete mycket mer än tidigare: numera förväntas man som butiksmedarbetare att ge god service i kundbemötandet ? det räcker inte med att kunna utföra sina arbetsuppgifter, utan man måste kunna leverera ett leende på utsatt tid och man förväntas kunna sälja. Dessutom ställs många gånger i detaljhandeln krav på att man ska kunna sälja för ett visst belopp eller ett visst antal artiklar per kund.[1]    I vardagslivets olika situationer innehar vi individer olika roller. Man kan ibland inneha rollen som ett äldre syskon, ibland som rådgivare och ibland som vän eller kollega.

Japansk populärkultur får allt fler fans i Sverige och svenska ungdomar inspireras av popartister, japanskt mode och framför allt de speciella tecknade serieformerna - manga och anime. Den här uppsatsen behandlar språkandet inom den svensk-japanska subkulturen med fokus på slanguttryck, språkblandning och lånord. Syftet är att undersöka kommunikation inom subkulturen och ta fram de speciella ord som används där.Materialet som analyserats är bildtexter och kommentarer publicerade på internetcommunityt Dayviews. Tio deltagare i gruppen "Cosplayare" har bevakats under tre månaders tid och de ord som är speciella för deras kommunikation har tagits ut och sorterats i olika kategorier. Användningen av dessa ord har också analyserats ur både ett fonologiskt och ett morfologiskt perspektiv.Resultatet visar att studiens informanter har ett stort ordförråd med japanska ord som används som slangord i kommunikation som annars sker på svenska.

Bakgrund: Målstyrning är ett ofta tillämpat verktyg i offentlig verksamhet där övergripande mål uppstår på politisk nivå och sedan bryts ner genom en målhierarki för att fungera på respektive nivå. Målstyrning innebär att mål sätts för en verksamhets delar eller helhet och målens syfte är att berörda aktörer ska arbeta i samma riktning. Målstyrning kräver att mål kontrolleras och därför behöver målen vara mätbara så att en jämförelse av planerade och uträttade mål blir möjlig. Målen kan ha olika betydelse och det bör framgå om de avser resurser, prestationer eller resultat.Problemformulering: Hur förhåller sig chefer på olika nivåer i en offentlig verksamhet till mål inom målstyrning?Syfte: Studien avser att bidra till fördjupad förståelse och kunskap om mål inom målstyrning där avgränsningen är att urskilja hur chefer på olika nivåer förhåller sig till detta styrsystem.Metod: En kvalitativ fallstudie inom socialförvaltningen i en kommun i Skaraborg.Teori: Litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar om målstyrning och institutionell teori ligger till grund för vår teoretiska referensram.

This thesis investigates the possibilities offered to a working landscape architect by anincreased and altered use of digital 3D environments. A basic assumption is that increased useof digital three-dimensional environments promotes the creative processes and presentationoptions of landscape architects.The thesis is based on literature studies and communication with working landscapearchitects, and includes an investigation of the visualization methods available in the Blender3D modelling software. The thesis provides a thorough survey of what it means to model inthree dimensions, as well as of what modelling methods are feasible for a landscape architectto use. As landscape architects, we work with human and unique processes, and thus it isdifficult to develop standardized and automatic software for our profession. One possiblesolution is to turn to open source development, where software and models are shared andanyone can contribute.

Utvecklingen av modern teknologi går framåt i en rasande takt och de fysiska butikerna behöver skapa unika lösningar vilket gör att de kan locka konsumenter med både emotionella och funktionella shoppingvärden. Internetbutikerna lockar med deras tillgänglighet, vilket har lett till att de flesta detaljister idag har en webbshop. Flera detaljister har även börjat integrera deras onlinebutik med deras fysiska butik genom användning av surfplattor i butikerna; vilket har banat väg för omnichannel. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om teknologins möjligheter och fördelar går att kombinera med den fysiska butikens företräden i säljprocessen. Författaren har undersöka hur ett framtida butikskoncept kan komma att se ut.

In recent years it has become more and more evident that man has contributed to much of the climate changes that have taken place during the last century. A major challenge today is to reduce emissions and energy usage at the same time as the global population is growing. To contribute to a better environment, Stockholms Stad has set at target of becoming fossil fuel free by the year of 2050. The construction of new districts is done with this goal in mind; energy efficiency and renewable energy sources are examples of methods to achieve this.Solar energy is considered to be a sustainable energy source and the most common techniques to harvest solar energy in Sweden are solar cells and solar collectors which produce electricity and heat respectively. This report aims to investigate whether an investment in any of these systems would prove to be economically beneficial at Kvarnholmen, a district under construction in eastern Nacka, Stockholm.Since the finished blueprints only cover a small portion of Kvarnholmen, the report examines the possibilities for a house where construction has already begun, Nya Kvarnen.
