Detta är en studie som syftar till att bidra med fördjupad kunskap om lärares upplevelser kring gymnasieskolans reform, GY11. Huvudfrågorna är hur väl man anser att informationen om GY11 har nått ut till skolan och på vilket sätt detta har skett samt hur lärare förhåller sig till de nya förändringarna, både i praktiskt arbete och i attityder. För att kunna besvara dessa frågeställningar har jag gjort en kvalitativ undersökning i form av personliga intervjuer och med grund i tidigare forskning har jag i min analys beaktat faktorer som direkt påverkar framgången för implementering av reformer, närmare bestämt lärares upplevda behov av förändring samt vikten av deliberativa samtal, organisering och tidsfördelning. Resultaten visar att det har gjorts stora ansträngningar för att få ut information till skolorna men att det har funnits vissa brister, att lärarna generellt är mycket positivt inställda till förändringarna, att det finns en klar ambition att arbeta enligt de nya riktlinjer som lagts fram för GY11 men att de ökade kraven på dokumentation upplevs som en negativ aspekt av reformen..

Gross motor skills among Swedish pupils. An overview of functional motor abilities among Swedish children and adolescents.IntroductionPhysical Education (PE) teachers in Sweden have noticed that pupils are getting worse in their ability to manage gross motor skills and in their aerobic practice. The gross motor skills and coordinative skills are the solid ground for sports and other health activities. If not developing their gross motor skill children tends to avoid taking part in games and sports. The benefits of sports and outdoor activities such as social and health benefits can therefore be missed.

The use of tobacco is one of the largest health risks for human. Tobacco-users have an incrased risk of deterioration in their oral health. Individuals starts to use tobacco when they are young, often at the same time as they are going in an athletic sport club. It also seems that children are starting with tobacco habits when they are active in athletic sport clubs. The aim of this study was to examine and compare tobacco-habits of young men in and between three different athletic sport clubs.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera litteraturläsningens utrymme och status i nuvarande kursplaner i svenska och i förslget på nya kursplaner i svenska i GY11, hur detta tolkas av gymnasielärare i svenska samt hur den moderna forskningen återspeglas i de olika kursplanerna. I studien används teorier kring hur skönlitteratur kan fungera som kunskapskälla och tidigare forskning om litteraturläsning och svenskämnets kursplaner. För att uppnå syftet genomfördes en komparativ textanalys av nuvarande kursplaner i svenska och förslaget på nya kursplaner i svenska och kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra gymnasielärare i svenska. Undersökningsresultatet jämfördes sedan med vad som framkommit inom modern litteraturteori. Resultatet av textanalys och intervjuer visar att GY11:s kursplaner i svenska är formulerade på ett tydligare sätt och att kraven är skärpta för vilka kunskaper som ska uppnås med litteraturläsning.

I denna studie undersöks danslärares och danspedagogers uppfattning avSimonsontekniken och hur den kan användas i dansundervisningen på gymnasieskolans estetiska program för att öka måluppfyllelsen gällande målen inom anatomi, kroppens funktion och den egna kroppens funktion enligt Gy11. Studien är en intervjustudie där gymnasielärare och pedagoger med erfarenhet av Simonsontekniken intervjuades.Resultatet visar att anatomi, och hur de förhåller sig till anatomi, är en viktig aspekt i deras dansundervisning. Ett framgångsrikt sätt att förstå anatomi är att integrera det i dansen istället för att endast behandla det teoretiskt. Det är även viktigt att skapa medvetenhet och förståelse kring varje individs kroppsliga förutsättningar..

Det är kunskapskravens tydlighet och dess potential för likvärdig bedömning och betygssättning som undersöks. Kunskapskraven i GY11 har blivit ett mycket omdiskuterat ämne bland lärare och i medier, då de anses vara otydliga och svåra att förstå. Denna otydlighet kan i sin tur leda till minskad likvärdighet i bedömning och betygssättning. Det är av stor vikt att betyg sätts på likvärdiga grunder, eftersom elevers gymnasiebetyg är en viktig och ofta avgörande faktor för deras studie- och yrkesframtid. Undersökningen baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra idrottslärare.

This essay examines how three big Swedish newspapers depicts e-sports and computer gaming and how the depiction change during 2000-2013. The study will also examine whether e-sports is being portrayed as competitive sport. The purpose is to investigate which attitudes that can be identified towards computer gaming and its culture in major newspapers such as Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet and how these attitudes eventually changed over time. The sources that will be used in both the quantitative and qualitative analysis are based on web articles, mainly because the paper editions does not provide much, if any, information about computer gaming and e-sports and also because of the convenience of being able to quickly find articles to study. Results indicate that computer gaming is being depicted in a clear negative fashion during 2000-2006, and that the depiction of e-sports is somewhat positive but not as glorifying as for the years 2007-2013. During this period, there is a apparent tendency of e-sports being introduced to readers who are unfamiliar with the gaming culture. As for the attitudes towards computer gaming, the depiction is still somewhat negative, mainly because the debate about computer games and violence was revived because of several acts of violence in shape of school massacres and mass murder.

Sports associations play a very important role in the Swedish civil society, and since the 1st of July 1987 they have been exempted from the duty to pay VAT. By introducing an sufficiently closely related. For some time researcher has focused their interest on how women are being treated in sports and what impact it has on the development of the sports movement. Researchers in the field have tried to clarify where the problem lies, if it is gender or sex. Are the differences between the sexes caused by how society portrays women or because women and men are built for different purposes. This research paper studied how women in the sports of snowboarding and freeskiing perceived their possibilities to practice their own sports. Furthermore, the study tried to answer if the problems are originated from the culture of the sports, what the possibilities and opportunities women had to make ?it? and what women think is the reason why there are so few female athletes in their sports.

The purpose with our study was to see if and how the amount of articles regarding different sports has changed during the last three decades. If it had changed our target was to se how and why it had changed. We have performed a quantitative content analysis. In the analysis we have studied the two national Swedish newspapers Dagens Nyheter and Aftonbladet. In doing so we have created two synthetic weeks in each of the years 1986, 1999 and 2012.

Studiens syfte är att ta reda på vilket förhållningssätt naturkunskapslärare på gymnasiet har till den nya läroplanen, Gymnasieskola 2011 (GY11), och vilka faktorer som styr deras planering och utförande av undervisning. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra lärare undersöktes lärarnas åsikter och för att analysera lärarnas teori i praktiken genomfördes en observation per lärare. Resultatet visar att lärarna är positiva till den nya läroplanen men att det finns en tolkningsproblematik kring bedömning. Samtliga lärare angav att läroplanen har ett inflytande i deras arbete men att andra faktorer, till exempel elevgruppens storlek, spelar en stor roll. The purpose of this paper is to view Karlstad Municipality and their financial support to non-profit organizations within equestrian sports. Despite the varying representatives of various equestrian sports in Karlstad, there seems to be a single beneficiary within the sport when it comes to financial support from the municipality. The policies and plans concerning cultural development are directly compared to the Karlstad Municipality and its contribution to these organizations within equestrian sports. Through interviews and reports I have studied the process of financial support from the Karlstad municipality using an intersectionality theory based on Nina Lykkes guide on gender studies and feminist theory. Pierre Bourdieu?s theories on field, habitus and capital are also used as a method to enhance the understanding of equestrian sports and its role in modern Swedish society. The conclusion is that the Karlstad Municipality is, for a several of reasons, promoting non-profit organizations within equestrian sports, which are operating as riding schools.

Background: The world of sports possesses a lot of knowledge when it comes to leadarship and coaching. Coaching as a term is relatively new to the business industry and something that is up and coming among alot of companies. Leadership and coaching are two terms that can be combined with each other both in sports and in the business industry.Objectives: This study aims to compare leadership in sports and in the business industry. The purpose is to see if they can learn from each other and how they define the term leadership.Method: Interviews were chosen as a method in this study. Six individual interviews were performed and there were three leaders from the business industry and three leaders from the world of sport participating in the study.

AimThe purpose of the study was to investigate how upper secondary school students experience performance demands during their physical education and health classes (PE-classes). The questions were as following: Are there differing perceptions between the sexes whether students experience performance demands? In what situations do the students feel that the demands on their performance are high during PE-classes? Do the students experience of demands on performance differ whether the physical education and health teacher is male or female? Do students feel unfairly treated by the physical education and health teacher during PE-classes?MethodSeven upper secondary schools in Stockholm?s administrative district were randomly selected to participate in the survey. The principals were contacted for further information and to set a date for performing the survey. The project leaders were present during the days the surveys were taken by students in the social science and natural science programs.
