Turning solar collectors, heliostats, is certainly not a new idea but has been explored for at least two decades. Projects on this subject have resulted in more or less realistic constructions, in a commercial point of view. Far too often the technical goals have had higher priority than the economical, which has resulted in a few constructions having the ability to compete with conventional, fix solar collectors. The economical issues have been given high priority in this project, without decreasing the demands on reliability. The system has been given the following mechanical and electronical properties: One-axis movement, fix heat carrying fluid system, microcomputer controlled movement and automatic protection from overheating.

Fotboll är idag mer än bara en sport. Dess popularitet har sedan starten för lite drygt 100 år sedan, ökat kontinuerligt och därmed även dess betydelse för omvärlden. De senaste decenniernas väldiga kommersiella inslag inom fotbollen har inneburit att samtliga aktörer inom sporten har varit tvungna att anpassa sig inom en ny typ av ?spelplan? och fotbollssupportern är inget undantag. Dessa fotbollssupportrar som säsong efter säsong investerar både sin kropp och själ i vått och torrt, för att kunna följa sitt favoritlag, brukar på senare tid, allt som oftast, även hamna i mediernas uppmärksamhet och i sin tur allmänhetens. Jag har i samband med min forskningsuppsats valt att koncentrera mig på den problematiska bilden av fotbollssupportern i den svenska dagspressen ? med särskilt fokus på maskulinitetsperspektivet. Jag har följaktligen valt att koncentrera mig på två negativa supporterhändelser som fick en väldigt stor genomslagskraft bland medierna i allmänhet och dagspressen i synnerhet. Dessa två händelser uppstod i samband med de allsvenska fotbollsmatcherna mellan AIK och Hammarby på Råsunda den 18 oktober 2004 och mellan Hammarby och Djurgården på Söderstadion den 28 augusti 2006. Då mitt empiriska material enbart består av nyhetsartiklar och krönikor har jag valt att använda mig av en textanalytisk metod i min forskningsstudie.

Denna uppsats handlar om att studera fotbollssupportrarnas tankar och åsikter kring det egna supporterskapet. Syftet är att ta reda på vad det är som fascinerar med fotboll och se hur stor betydelse gemenskap har i deras fotbollsengagemang. Att se vilken betydelse supporterskapet har för individens meningsskapande har även varit en del av syftet. Genom att utföra sex intervjuer med supportrar till AIK och Hammarby vill vi skapa oss en bättre bild av deras supporterskap. Ämnen rörande gemenskap, fascination för fotboll, supporterskapet som livsstil och våld har väckt många intressanta och givande tankar.

Hammarby Sjöstad is a new district of southern Stockholm built with focus on reduced environmental impact by recirculation of materials and sustainability. The environmental goals aim to cut the water consumption by half and a separate storm water treatment. Thus, the wastewater will be more concentrated and will originate from the households only. The Sjöstad project includes the idea of a local treatment plant for the household wastewater. To evaluate this possibility, Sjöstadsverket, an experimental treatment plant was constructed.

This paper has evaluated a new type of prosthetic foot, X-Balance, which aim was to facilitate the performance on uneven ground for the user. This study have performed gait analyzes with three prosthetic feet, the X-Balance, Flex-Foot and assure Ottobock9192 on flat and uneven surfaces using 3D analysis system QTM (Qualisys Track Manager) and associated force plates. During the project a prototype of a design that can perform a mechanical gait were manufactured. The prototype has then been used to fulfill the purpose and objective of this study which is to make different final sets that demonstrate differences between prosthetic feet. Gait analyses of individuals have also been performed to get an idea of what normal gait is.

The digitalization of the media industry has involved great changes for the Swedish daily press. Instead of subscribing on a daily newspaper, more people tend to read newspaper's free edition online.  The recent recession has contributed to strike hard against the newspaper's economy. This is the problem our research is based upon. How will the newspaper develop and which measures have to be done to get a well functioning business model that is suited for future conditions?We have made qualitative interviews with Swedish newspapers: Göteborgs-Posten, Norrköpingstidningen, Sydsvenskan and with the danish newspaper Politiken.

This paper aims to describe and discuss psychotherapy in rhetorical terms; in particular how psychotherapists can use their ethos, or person, as a means for convincing the patient, and subsequently discuss how these insights in turn can be useful for other rhetors.Classical rhetoric is commonly associated with one speaker exercising influence on an audience of many, but modern rhetoric is broader, and includes all situations where someone is attempting, by speech or in writing, to affect anyone, including the rhetor himself. With this broader definition, psychotherapy may also be considered a form of rhetoric. Psychotherapy does, however, highlight the aspect of power distribution, in that it is clear that it is up to the patient to determine whether the rhetoric will achieve its purpose or not, that is, if he will be influenced by it. In psychotherapy, it is also important to differentiate between persuading and convincing: for a permanent change to occur in the patient?s thoughts and actions, the deeper, "internal" form of conviction is necessary for change to take place.When attempting to convince an audience, it is important for the speaker to establish a credible ethos, that is, present a trustworthy persona.

Tullkammarkajen är idag ett hamn- och industriområde beläget vid ån Nissan i Halmstad. Det utmärkta läget i staden med närhet till både centrum, järnvägsstation och vatten gör området synnerligen attraktivt. Men med dagens markanvändning utnyttjas inte kvaliteterna fullt ut. Utmaningen består därför i att planera ett nytt bostadsområde med en trivsam utemiljö och en kaj som är öppen för allmänheten. Den nya stadsdelen, Tullkammarkajen, får ett blandat innehåll men med en dominans av bostäder.

Background:When the patient is critically ill the family is in a vulnerable position. The nurse's role is to support and help the family to find meaning in the difficult situation and to provide realistic hope. Balancing between the patient's and the family's needs is difficult. Knowledge about how nurses experience difficulties in the interaction with family is required in order to grant good care too critically ill patients and their family-members.Aim:To describe nurses' perceived difficulties in the interaction with family-members of critically ill patients.Method:The study is a qualitative literature-based study based on qualitative research. Results: The analysis resulted in four main themes; difficult disunion, environmental constraints, interpersonal difficulties and communicative difficulties.

With the globalization, companies in the West chose to shift production to developing countries to cut down costs. This had a major impact when child labor and very poor working conditions in these factories were discovered and led many companies to take responsibility for their suppliers and the employees by adopting voluntary so-called Codes of Conduct.There is a subtle balance to enforce improvement of working conditions for employees at suppliers´ factories and to keep costs down. On the one hand, companies would like to conduct extensive audits at their suppliers to ensure code of conduct compliance and thus protect their legitimacy. On the other hand, audits are expensive so companies would like to minimize audits to keep costs down. Companies thus have to strike a delicate balance in relation to how many and what suppliers they choose to audit.

Den här kandidatuppsatsen handlar om hur landskapsarkitektur uppfattas i svensk media. Utgångspunkten är frågeställningen Hur förhåller sig samtida debatt om landskapsarkitektur till begreppen ekologi, sociologi, estetik samt genius loci? Med ett urval från både fackpress och dagspress sovrades de aktuella artiklarna ut. De handlar om det prisade området Hammarby Sjöstad i sydvästra Stockholm och skrevs år 2000?2010.

Vårt bostadsbyggande bidrar negativt till klimatförändringar och i Sverige blir det alltmer populärt att bygga nya bostadsområden som har vision att vara miljövänliga, klimatsmarta eller ekologiska. Miljötekniken utvecklas hela tiden men det gäller att applicera den på våra hus och att de boende tar till sig vikten av att tänka miljövänligt. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka om klimatsmarta områden verkligen fungerar som det var tänkt eller om det mest är en utopi. Uppsatsen behandlar svenska bygglagar och de miljömål som har anknytning till landets bostadsbyggande, vad det innebär att områdena är klimatsmarta och miljövänliga och hur detta fungerar i praktiken. Tre aktuella klimatsmarta bostadsprojekt i Sverige presenteras kort och en djupare studie har genomförts mellan två bostadsområden, Hammarby Sjöstad i Stockholm och Augustenborg i Malmö som är klimatsmarta, miljövänliga och ekologiska, för att se hur de fungerar i praktiken och om de satta målen uppnås.
