Miljonprogrammet genomfördes mellan år 1965 och 1975 med syfte att bygga bort den rådande bostadsbristen. Under en tioårsperiod skulle en miljon nya bostäder byggas. Målet uppfylldes och cirka 25 % av Sveriges bostäder återfinns idag i miljonprogramsområden. Kritiken mot de storskaliga miljonprogramsområdena har varit stark. En förnyelse och utveckling av miljonprogramsområdena är därför en angelägenhet i många av Sveriges städer idag. Den primära uppgiften har varit att presentera åtgärder med syfte att förbättra storskaliga miljonprogramsområden. Uppsatsen behandlar enbart den fysiska miljön i miljonprogrammets storskaliga bostadsområden.

BackgroundToday a common approach to solve a complicated problem is to assemble a temporary workforce in order to solve the problem by working together within a project. One of the difficulties with working in projects is to maintain the planned budget. Working hours and costs are often exceeded. Many companies presume that any certain project will succeed, a presumption that leads companies not to anticipate risks involved in a project. In companies today there is seldom time for evaluation or moderation of a project, in order to have time for evaluation there is a great need for an adequate planning of the project.IntentThe intention with this study is to create a model for planning, budgeting and evaluation of projects within consultancy companies.MethodWith the help of interviews and discussions within the group Hamnar och Byggkonstruktioner at Sweco has evidence to present a proposal on planning, budgeting and monitoring been developed.ResultsA model has been developed to ease for consultancy companies to plan, budget, monitor and evaluate projects.

This thesis is about how students see their education, creativity and future based on our understanding of the concept of entrepreneurial learning. The aim is to highlight if and how this relatively new concept in the school world is rooted in pupils everyday lives. To get answers to our questions, we talked to students about their thoughts and reflections on their schooling, but also their views on how they think their future will look like. We have also examined what students associate to the concept of creativity by letting the pupils make a mind map during the interview sessions. Research and theories are talking about how to conduct school education, but despite all this knowledge the results in today´s schools drops.

Studieobjektet för detta kandidatarbete är Stortorget vilket är beläget mitt på Trossö i centrala Karlskrona. Staden är sedan 1600-talet starkt färgad av en omfattande militär aktivitet, något som påverkat stadsbilden påtagligt. Detta är en grundfaktor som gjort att Karlskrona sedan 1988 finns upptagen på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. Huvudsyftet för detta kandidatarbetets är att ge ett gestaltningsförslag för Stortorget utifrån platsens roll som offentligt rum i staden. Avgränsningen sträcker sig till att omfatta Stortorget med dess närmaste omnejd, dock sätts Stortorget in i en vidare kontext som utgörs av hela Trossö för att ge en bild av torgets relation till den övriga centrala staden. Gestaltningsförslaget i detta kandidatarbete utgår från renässansens syn på form, individ och stadsrum. Några av de teorier som använts för att underbygga denna strävan är Vitruvius tankar om form och proportion, Camillo Sittes stadsrumsteorier och Gordon Cullens Serial Vision för att nämna några.

SAMMANFATTNING Arbetet syftar till att komma fram till ett förslag för en framtida expansion i Eksundsområdet med pendeltågstation samt en utveckling av Torps villasamhälle 6 respektive 9 kilometer väster om Norrköpings centrum. De båda områdena består i dag av fritidshusområden som delvis är under övergång mot åretruntboende samt områden av permanent bostadsbebyggelse. I arbetet ingår en inventering av förutsättningar och intressen för området och sedan en geografisk bedömning av lämpliga utvecklingsområden för eventuell exploatering. De utvecklingsområden som vuxit fram i arbetet är belägna kring Eksund-Strandhugget samt kring Torps villasamhälle. I dessa två områden har en visuell landskapsanalys gjorts, som de två planförslagen delvis bygger på. Huvuddragen och ambitionen som behärskar de båda förslagen är att nyttja ett befintligt järnvägstråk, för att skapa ett stationsnära boende i Eksundsområdet.

Flertalet kommuner har arbetat fram grönstrukturplaner för att se över grönområdenas bevarande och utvecklingsmöjligheter. Grönstrukturplanen fungerar även som ett planeringsunderlag för att hantera förfrågningar om exploatering på grönområden. Färjestaden är en attraktiv ort i Mörbylånga kommun där inflyttningen ökar stadigt. Behovet av nya bostadsområden är stort. Mörbylånga kommun ser gärna en förtätning i Färjestadens centrala delar samtidigt som ett behov av att bevara grönområden aktualiseras i pågående planprocesser. Kommunen har idag flera pågående planprojekt som tar grönområden i centrala delarna av Färjestaden i anspråk, men saknar samtidigt en grönstrukturplan för Färjestaden. Ett grönområde kan värderas på flera olika sätt.

The construction industry is currently receiving much criticism for inefficiency and slow development while demands for reduced built in moisture and efficiency increases. This report examines whether the use of field factories can meet these requirements and what factors that will be critical for future use of field factories. Industrialized construction with field factory is compared with traditional loose timber construction and industrial construction in the fields of execution, logistics and working environment. The aim of this report is to provide a basis for field factories current and future use and development. To achieve the aim of the report, people with experience in the use of the various methods was interviewed and literature studies in the various fields done.

Bostadsbyggandet i Sverige idag präglas av ett fåtal större företag som producerar relativt standardiserade bostäder. Möjligheterna för den enskilda boende att påverka sitt framtida boende med avseende på planlösning och utformning är begränsade samtidigt som nya krav på bostäder uppkommer: familjekonstellationer ändras, kärnfamiljen är inte längre en självklarhet och miljö- och klimatfrågor vinner mark. Deltagande räknas som en av grundförutsättningarna för en av dimensionerna för hållbar utveckling; social hållbarhet. Social hållbarhet handlar om att bygga ett långsiktigt och dynamiskt samhälle och att trygga människors förutsättningar för sina grundläggande mänskliga behov. Att planera och bygga i en grupp, en så kallad byggemenskap, är ett fenomen som förekommer i flera länder i Europa och även i ett begränsat antal exempel i Sverige.

In Sweden in January 2005, there is only one producer of organic broilers and none of organic turkeys. But there are, on the other hand, a few small-scale producers whose housing systems to some extent are similar to what is stipulated in the organic standards. The aims of this work are to investigate what housing systems are used by the Swedish small-scale producers of broilers and turkeys, what main challenges they are confronted with and if there is an interest and a possibility for a change-over to organic production. For the first part of this work a literature study was performed with the purpose of detecting the main health problems in conventional as well as smallscale production. A special focus was on coccidiosis and leg weakness as those were considered to be of particular importance. A study was made of Swedish small-scale poultry production units. In two groups of broilers from the same producer and in three flocks of turkeys the level of Eimeria oocysts in faeces and litter was investigated.

This Masters thesis aims at presenting a picture of, and critically examining, the Swedish debate concerning the public library and the future by way of 21 articles in three library periodicals. The questions examined are: -What are the views concerning the future public library in Swedish library press? -What characterizes the debate and why? Theories on political institutions and information society are used and the method is hermeneutic, a type of idea-analysis. The first step in the analysis consists of a categorized presentation of the material. The themes concern the form and content of the library as well as competence and hopes/fears.

Kandidatarbetet är utfört inom kursen Att gestalta Offentliga Rum. Syftet med projektet har varit att bidra till en djupare förståelse för begreppen offentlighet och offentliga rum samt att ta fram och presentera ett förslag som kan förväntas förstärka Stortorgets funktion som ett offentligt rum i Karlskrona. Gemensamt för olika teoretikers definition av begreppet offentlighet är att det består av två delar. För att ett stadsrum ska kunna kallas för offentligt ska det vara allmänt ? det vill säga öppet och tillgängligt för alla ? samt gemensamt i motsats till privat.

This graduation thesis is about baths and beach like places in city centers. It focuses on recreation and the creation and development of public, social spaces in the city containing water as a visual and useable element. The thesis is divided into three parts; background, inspiration and application. The background examines four factors which we consider important for the occurrence of inner city baths; water, the history of bathing, inner city recreation and social life in public places. A discussion of the (future) importance of inner city baths and beach like places' is then presented. The inspirational part is divided into examples of existing places and examples of types of places. The first is used in an attempt to examine the function and importance of inner city baths and beach like places as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with them. The latter contains a presentation of six categories developed by us to facilitate the planning of inner city baths and beach like places.

Friluftsplanen är ett frivilligt dokument som enbart beskriver friluftslivets intresse i kommunen. Detta för att dokumenten är frivillig och att det inte finns några bestämmelser om vad ett friluftsdokument ska innehålla. Detta arbete är en fallstudie som syftar till att undersöka om friluftsdokumenten innehåll. Friluftsplanen visade sig ofta vara del i annan plan eller program vilket innebar att arbetet breddades och kom att undersöka flera friluftsdokument med olika namn. Innehållet i friluftsdokumenten analyserades och jämfördes sinsemellan.

In this study environmental work in the Swedish hotel chain "Scandic" is investigated. Earlier studies point out sustainability and different environmental certificate programs as essential for the housing sector to contribute to sustainable tourism. The purpose and willingness to fulfill such a mission has been investigated by interviewing central actors in the hotel chain. The result shows that there is a desire to be part of environmental certificate programs mainly for the reason to be part of the system and not for the benefit of nature. Sustainable development is understood as being environmentally friendly. Different solutions to adapt and being more environmentally friendly is discussed.
