Att inte veta om att man har en psykisk funktionsnedsättning kan påverka individens självbild, vilket även kan resultera i utanförskap i samhället. Detta kan ha lett till att man aldrig fått kontakt med arbetsmarknaden eller brytt sig om att ta kontakt med Arbetsförmedlingen. Syftet med denna uppsats var att utforska om det fanns en gemensam nämnare till att personer med psykisk funktionsnedsättning som deltog i projektet Unga till Arbete i Gävle fick ett arbete, samt att öka förståelsen för hur de upplevde mötet med myndigheter generellt och med Arbetsförmedlingen i synnerhet.  Fyra intervjuer med personer som hade diagnosen psykisk funktionsnedsättning, varav två av dem kvinnor och två män genomfördes och bearbetades med induktiv tematisk analys. Ur analys av intervjumaterialet genererades följande övergripande teman: bristande uppmärksamhet, oförståelse samt undermålig samverkan mellan myndigheter och professionella, vilka gällde och följt deltagarna från tidig skolgång fram till vuxen ålder. Resultatet visade att projektet Unga till Arbete i Gävle hjälpt respondenterna att få stöd och därmed ett arbete.

This thesis aims to examine the differences in interpretation and application of the new legislation regarding the standardized parental deduction within the Social Insurance Code and the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional impairments. The primary focus is on the differing perspectives of the Swedish Social Insurance Inspectorate (ISF) and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (F?rs?kringskassan). ISF emphasizes the importance of referencing legislative preparatory works in interpreting the law and has criticized F?rs?kringskassan for failing to do so in its administrative practices.

Studies indicate that between 6-9% of all children has some type of voice problems. Voice problems in children may have different etiology and can affect all ages. In Sweden, there is a lack of a standardized questionnaire addressed to children with voice problems and their legal guardians. The purpose of this study was to translate and validate the Pediatric Voice Handicap Index (pVHI) in Swedish children aged 6 to 10 years. The study was carried out through an internet-based assessment form for children referred to speech and language pathologist/ phoniatrican due to voice disorders in Sweden and a matched control group of children without voice problems.

Skälby park is situated approximately 2,5 km northwest of the central parts of Kalmar and is one of fi ve town part parks. Originally Skälby consisted of a village of four farms. Mek Stans 07 is a machine developed for Tetra Pak in Lund as a 10p candidate theses project at Halmstad University. The commission behind the project involved development of a machine that punches holes in packages for the inspection division at Tetra Pak. The task for the machine was to facilitate the process of making openings for testing in the company?s other equipment. Researches on different methods of cutting, types of automatization and possible designs were made. To implement the project a design and construction from the base where chosen.

Since a couple of decades the community of Jönköping has worked out an urban vision of how the city should be appropriated expanded. The prospect extends to around year 2040 and deals with the area south of lake Munksjön in Jönköping, Sweden. Today there is a proposal of how this would look like and what main public functions that should be located there. One issue in the so-called urban vision 2.0 indicates a congressional building. This report describes how such an object can be designed according to the urban vision conditions.The work is focused on three main themes;* Architectural concept and a modern form of expression.* A functional attractive congress building in a new planned town centre.* General concept of a realistic structure system that meet the spatial and architectural possibilities.Various concepts in the meeting industry and in the architecture field are identified in order to understand the concepts and ideas with today´s congress buildings.

Few would disagree that the media landscape has undergone significant changes the last decade. From bulky computers and plain mobile phones to portable High-Definition computers and multi-functional smartphones. Other media, such as newspapers and music, have evolved and prospered in a digitalized environment. The constant urge to digitalize aspects and functions of our daily lives seems almost instinctive. Television has taken further steps into this environment as it is now accepted and featured via the Internet.

Cultivable land is a limited resource and agriculture contributes to some of the most serious environmental problems facing the planet like, global warming, eutrophication and loss of biodiversity. The specialized, industrial agriculture with monoculture and extensive input of external energy, commercial fertilizer, and chemical pesticides are all essentially unsustainable. An adaptation to other methods of production is necessary to preserve the environment for future generations. The aim of this study is to describe the factors that distinguish sustainable from unsustainable agriculture. The results will be used to examine if and how the European Union (EU) works in order to create a more sustainable agricultural industry and to analyze the preconditions for such development.

Scintigraphic examination of the esophagus has for some time been the method of choice for the study of motility dysfunction in humans. The method has not yet been described for horses hence the lack of reference values for passage time for a bolus through the esophagus in healthy subjects. The purposes of this study were to measure passage velocity and time for a bolus to pass through the esophagus in healthy subjects, as well as to evaluate the reproducibility of the method. Eight warm-blooded trotters were used in the study. The horses were sedated with a low dose of Acepromazine prior to onset of the study.

The report presents a thesis carried out on behalf of the company SAAB Training and Simulation which is situated in Huskvarna. The authors of this report are going to graduate as mechanical engineers focusing on product development and design, and this thesis should reflect the knowledge obtained during the education. The assignment, given from the company was to develop a concept of a stand that will constitute as a part of a mobile system for target practice. The reader get to follow throughout the project and can hopefully learn from the smart solutions and approaches that have arisen during the process.Today SAAB doesn?t have a mobile application in their portfolio that utilizes the benefits of their sensor measuring system, also called the LOMAH-bar.

Bakgrund:Företagsförvärv är sedan länge en vanligt förekommande företeelse i företagens tillväxt, vilket bland annat medfört att redovisning av goodwill varit ett flitigt diskuterat ämne. I och med införandet av EUs 4:e direktiv utformar samtliga de i EU noterade bolag från och med 1 juni 2005 sin finansiella rapportering enligt IASBs standardverk IFRS. Förändringen innebär att goodwill istället för att skrivas av över dess nyttjandeperiod nu årligen skall testas för nedskrivning. Något som införts i och med implementeringen av IAS 36 är att goodwill skall fördelas på de kassagenererande enheter som förväntas få synergier av ett förvärv. Identifiering av kassagenererande enheter och fördelning av goodwill på kassagenererande enheter är något som kan orsaka bolagen problem.Syfte:Att undersöka och beskriva hur IAS 36 tolkas i praktiken vid nedskrivningstest av goodwill med avseende på kassagenererande enheter.

Jag vill fördjupa förståelsen för hur ett urval av förskolepersonal tänker och resonerar därför har jag valt att studera en förskola närmare, syftet med studien är inte att kunna dra generella slutsatser om hur all förskolepersonal tänker.

Saab Aerosystems have had one dominating product, JAS 39 Gripen, and one dominating customer, FMV, for a long time. The operations management system at Aerosystems is adjusted for development of Gripen and as the business unit is trying to enter new markets with other products and customer the operations needs to be adjusted to fit the development and manufacturing of these products as well.The purpose of the master thesis has been to investigate how Aerosystems is managing requirements on operations from external customers and how to make improvements within this area. The aim has been to carry out a situation analysis to identify where improvements are possible and then produce proposals for improvements through studies of literature and other business units. The thesis also include a study of knowledge transfer within the business unit to investigate how this can be applied to improve the managing of requirement on the operations.An extensive interview study has been carried out in which interviews mainly have been conducted with employees at Aerosystems, but also at Saab Avitronics and Saab Aerostructures. The reason why these business units have been examined is because they have carried out a large number of successful businesses with external customers, which also are potential customers for Aerosystems in the future.The interviews have been analysed to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the present way of working.
