Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att utreda vilka faktorer som är av vikt för en framgångsrik förändringsprocess samt vilken påverkan ledarskap har på faktorerna. Vi genomförde en kvalitativ undersökning där vi intervjuade tio personer som är yrkesverksamma på två hotell i Sverige. Vi intervjuade respondenterna om den förändringsprocess som ett hotellkedjebyte innebär, och om den ledarstil hotellens general managers anser sig ha och ha haft under bytet. Våra sekundära källor utgörs av teorier inom framför allt service management, change management samt ledarskap/management. Vi har använt en blandning av induktivt och deduktivt arbetssätt.

The expectations were that the control would have a more short-term focus with more financial measures. The result shows that the changes were experienced as minor. In the essay the author examines how pilgrimage can be used as a tool to radicalise democracy in a late modern society marked by neoliberalism. Applying a dialectic perspective on social movements the essay puts forward how the pilgrimage movement Pilgrim?s Walk for Future, administrated by Church of Sweden, is working in line with the historical pilgrimage theology - a modern critical ecclesiology- to mobilise political action to prevent climate change. The result of the study shows how PWFF meet the neoliberal hegemony with a mobilisation of alternative values beyond the order of capitalism, in line with Christian theology and tradition. The mobilisation is made possible by new forms of identifications with oneself and the social world that meet a modern power/knowledge- regime based on rational thought, and which questions norms and practises by paying attention to their negative effects on nature and on human life in general.

Autumn 2012 Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate which obstacles and opportunities nurses within occupational health find when trying to implement healthy eating habits among the employees in their respective company. Another objective was to see if the nurses worked according to the Guidelines, issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare.Method: The study was a quantitative study and conducted among nurses in central Sweden.

Many workplaces around the world use some kind of presentation software as an aid during presentations. At Westinghouse Fuel Service in Västerås they experienced that they didn´t know how to use this medium to its fullest extent. They wanted to increase awareness of presentation skills with PowerPoint among the employees, to improve their internal and external communication. A desire they are certainly not alone to have in the working life.My research studied how to design guidelines for the use of presentation software, so the users can easily absorb the message and find motivation to use the guidelines. In order to adapt the guidelines to their users, and thus create major opportunities for them to absorb the message, I based my study on the concepts legibility, readability and reading value.
