In order for companies to be successful with their marketing, they ought to build a strong, personal and enduring relationship with their customers by being attentive of their target group. The main purpose of the social media is to encourage individuals to interact and conduct dialogue with the participants rather than focusing entirely on one way communication. Furthermore, in order for a company, regardless of size, to be successful in building a healthy relationship with their costumers, they ought to showcompassion for their feelings and needs, as well as providing them with as much information as possible, via all of the selected social media tools to work with.

The purpose of this study was to find out how caregivers experienced their psychosocial work environment at three municipal homes for old people. The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) was used in order to study different dimensions of the work environment, and questions about health, sickness presence and sick leave were included. The questionnaire was answered by 86 out of 112 participating caregivers (77%). The results showed that the caregivers experienced high demands at work. The degree of feedback and influence at work was low, but they reported that their work was highly meaningful and that they usually received social support at work.

The research done in the field of product completeness/incompleteness is limited. The lack of research causes a knowledge gap in the retailing industry, concerning the actual effects on consumer choice, as well as on the overall store evaluation. This report tests the current theories of the subject, and also further aim to explore the effects of completeness/incompleteness on consumer's product choice. The results display an inconsistent effect on consumer's product choice when the completeness/incompleteness in a grocery store is tested. Some products benefit by being incomplete, while others show no such effect.

This essay, Jacobsberg ? a Landscape Garden and a Cemetery is a documentation and a historical analyze where I?ve been focusing on the development of the landscape garden in Sweden in relation to a garden called Jacobsberg. The garden was built close to Visby on Gotland in the early 1800s by the assessor Jacob Dubbe, but has since been almost forgotten. My survey aims to depict the circumstances surrounding the creation of Jacobsberg. In what purpose was it built? I?ve also been examine the historical context of the garden?s origins with the intention to define and confirm its architectural style.The essay comprises two major parts, where the first part deals with the history behind Jacob Dubbe and Jacobsberg, and contains an illustration of the assessor?s life and of the garden?s original structure and shape.

Detta arbete består av designen av ett gränssnitt för webbplatsen whatismykidplaying.com. Designen var tänkt att ge hög användbarhet för målgruppen och testades av användare i ett think-aloud test. De fick testa och utvärdera hur väl gränssnittet fungerar och  deras feedback utvärderades och resultaten låg till grund för förslag på förändringar i gränssnittet, vissa som sedan blev implementerade. Studien har utgått från de olika stegen i en användarcentrerad utvecklingsmodell, analys - design - utvärdering - återkoppling, och en iteration har genomförts.Som utgångspunkt, för att öka användbarheten i webbplatsens gränssnitt, användes diverse regler och riktlinjer för hur användbarhet bäst kan uppnås, när designen gjordes. Hur väl dessa regler och riktlinjer fungerat tillsammans, i detta projekt och design, blev således en del i think-aloud testest utvärdering.

To establish good horse welfare there are several factors that need to be considered. One important factor is the environment in which the horses are kept. In Sweden horses are stabled during long periods of time in the cold season and consequently the stable environment is even more important. The most essential environmental factors in a horse stable are ambient temperature, relative humidity (RH) and concentrations of contaminants in the stable air. The air in a horse stable contains dust, noxious gases, moulds and microorganisms which all can contribute to developing respiratory diseases in horses.

Det här examensarbetet beskriver konceptet partnering i ett förhållande mellan en beställare och en utförare i byggbranschen. Det är initierat av Banverket och är en del av projektet ?Avtalsformer för drift och underhåll av järnvägar?. Vidare presenteras en modell för partneringprocessen omfattande drift och underhåll av järnvägsanläggningar. Partnering är en samverkansform där parterna arbetar mot gemensamt framtagna mål för att uppnå en hög total kvalitet och kostnadseffektivitet i projektet.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate if an automation of the manual packaging process at Legosan AB is profitable. Legosan AB, located in Kumla, performs subcontract work of dietary supplements and medical products to companies within Europe. The chapterportal robot is used in the other. As there are several options in the choice of packaging robot the suggestions of improvement are divided into two different designs. Other machines and equipment necessary for the different suggestions of improvement are showed and their measurements are presented.

Studien ämnade undersöka vilka faktorer som till störst del påverkade tjänstemäns arbetstrivsel. Genom att dela in sex faktorer i tre grupper kunde mer kunskap förvärvas om vilket område av individ, chef eller organisation som har störst inverkan på arbetstrivsel. Undersökningsdeltagarna bestod av 196 stycken kommunalarbetare som besvarade en enkät. Resultatet visade att faktorer kopplade till chef hade störst inverkan, därefter organisationsfaktorer och minst inverkan på arbetstrivsel hade individfaktorer. De enskilda faktorerna som påverkade trivsel mest var feedback och delaktighet.

Aim: The aim of present study was to determine the frequency of taste and smell disorders occuring in patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer. Methods: The study was of an empirical cross sectional quantitative descriptive design. During one month, consecutive cancer patients at outpatient units in two Swedish hospitals were asked to participate in the study by completing a questionnaire that had been developed previously for a similar study. All participants had undergone at least 1 cycle of intravenous chemotherapy or  a minimum of seven days of oral chemotherapy. Results: A total of 102 patients completed the questionnaire.

The acid deposition of sulphur- and nitrogenoxides from combustion of coal and oil cause acidification that lowers pH and gives increased contents of metals and altered aquatic biodiversity in the stream. The liming of lakes and streams, which was introduced to resist the acidification, demand large economic resourses despite of the decreased deposition of the acidifyng substances. Some of the streams are influenced by the acid deposition, while others are naturally acidic. It is therefore importaint to separate the anthropogenically acidified waters from the naturally acidic, in order to optimize the use of governmental fundings for liming. This thesis aims to estimate the acidity status and impact of acidification on 24 catchments upstream liming dispensers, which is part of the liming activities at the County of Dalarna.The acidity status of the streams was classified according to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency old classification system (Naturvårdsverket 1999) as very acid to acid, with small ability to withstand a pH-change (alkalinity) due to acid deposition.

Ett regelbundet återkommande utvecklingssamtal kräver organisationens resurser i form av medarbetarens och chefens tid, vilket gör att utvecklingssamtalen bör hålla hög kvalitet för att vara meningsfulla. Studien har genomförts med intervjuer på en myndighet där medarbetarnas och chefernas upplevelse av utvecklingssamtal har undersökts. Resultatet visar att myndighetens syfte med utvecklingssamtal är otydligt och att det är oklart var frågor som rör medarbetarens lön ska diskuteras. För att utvecklingssamtalen ska bli meningsfulla för såväl organisation som de anställda är tydliga mål och syften med utvecklingssamtalen av betydelse. Val av plats där utvecklingssamtalet äger rum bör noggrant planeras för att minska den negativa kontextens inverkan på samtalet.

With the expansion of the internet, the conditions for the online journalists have changed. Feedback is faster and more blatant than offline. The online abilities of anonymity and dispersion attracts people to both use and misuse. During 2013, the online expressions of hate towards women has been brought to attention in the media more than ever before. Nevertheless, the phenomenon is far from new.Our qualitative research including interviews intends to find out how the afflicted women journalists are affected in their exercise of their profession.

The Swedish sports retail industry has experienced extensive growth during the last decade, and this has attracted new entrants to the market, both start-ups and international followers. This has inevitably put more pressure on incumbents, which are now confronted with major challenges as how to retain their customers and market shares. Customer loyalty has been proved to be an important factor for customer retention and proposed to constitute inertia of switching behavior. In light of this problematization, the purpose of this study is to describe the underlying factors of loyalty and whether purchase habits could further explain customer loyalty. The aim is also to understand the strategic implications of the factors involved.
