Syftet med denna studie är att genom observationer av miljön, materialet och barnen, undersöka hur två förskoleavdelningar organiserar den pedagogiska miljön samt att se hur barnen använder miljön och materialet. Detta för att se om miljön och materialet skapar hinder eller möjligheter till meningsskapande aktiviteter. Mina frågeställningar är: Hur organiseras den pedagogiska miljön på två olika förskoleavdelningar? Hur använder barnen den pedagogiska miljön och materialet? och på vilka sätt skapar detta hinder eller möjligheter för barns möjlighet till meningsskapande aktiviteter? Genom ett postmodernt och social-konstruktionistiskt perspektiv har jag sett att kunskap och meningsskapande sker i samspel med andra då barnen leker tillsammans. Resultatet visade att barnen drogs till den skapade hörnan på de båda förskoleavdelningarna och som jag i resultatet valt att analysera.

In combination with a complex multi-step production process managers have to be able to identify bottle-necks and gain knowledge and understanding of how different changes in process will affect the production output. <br/><br/>Purpose: The purpose of this master thesis is twofold, (1) to examine applicability of complexity theory through agent-based modelling on a production process (2) to identify improvement areas in order to increase the production output at SKS production site in Eslöv, by modelling and simulating the production process through an agent-based model. <br/><br/>Method: The chosen method of this study is a combination of a case study and a complex system approach. The empirical data was collected through interviews, observation and document studies which were analysed through an agent-based simulation model.

AbstractThe aim of this essay is to explore how teachers and leisure educators can strengthen and increase students? self-confidence in different ways in their line of work. I chose this inquest for personal reasons and also because it will be of great aid for me since this is what I intend my future profession to be. For this inquest I have chosen to do five qualitative interviews and two unstructured observations. The inquest was also based on relevant literature connected to its purpose.The results show that self-confidence is linked to something the individuals accomplish and that self-esteem is the way they see themselves, an inner feeling.

This implementation study looks into whether or not students? weak position of power results from something other than a democratising of schools taking priority when student influence is encouraged.With an aim of explaining what is hoped to be achieved and if these intentions are to be spread, the purpose is to investigate to what extent standards concerning student democracy are transferred between institutions. In order to find out, the question is posed of whether their aims for student democracy conform. This overriding question is coupled together with the following four defining research questions:1.

Problem discussion: That empowerment and autonomy can lead to desirable effects on employees is clear. Previous research has found correlations between empowerment and e.g. motivation, job satisfaction, productivity, loyalty and commitment. However, a control problem arises when employees have more freedom in decision-making which could potentially lead to undesirable outcomes. It thus becomes a type of dilemma for management and managers where you have to try to balance a restrictive use of the control system (to maintain control) and an enabling use (to promote empowerment).Purpose: The purpose of this study is therefore to identify how a company can use its control system in order to achieve empowerment while maintaining acceptable levels of control.

The principle means that the member states have to trust each other and the different legal systems. The aim of the principle is to ensure a well functioning internal market that is permeated by free circulation and freedom of establishment.

Teori och praktik är två begrepp som inte bör ses skilda åt. Teorin ligger som grund för praktiken och vice versa. Lärarutbildningen på Högskolan Kristianstad ämnar tydliggöra vetenskapens roll i utbildningen samt kopplingen mellan de teoretiska studierna och det praktiska utövandet av yrket, vilket även står i regeringens proposition 1999/2000:136 Den nya lärarutbildningen. Ambitionen är att studenter efter genomgången utbildning ska vara utrustade med ett reflekterande tankesätt och vara beredda på att förändra den skolvärld de möter, inte anamma rådande kultur. Men hur uppfattar lärarstudenterna att detta syfte uppnås? Genom en kvalitativ studie i form av enkäter och intervjuer framgår att kopplingen är otydlig och att studenterna på Högskolan Kristianstad säger sig sakna viktiga delar.
