En utbyggnad av shared space har skett och sker runt om i Sverige, Europa och övriga världen. Utbyggnaden har föranlett en debatt kring ämnet som handlar om stadens funktion och om människors tillgång till staden utifrån sina villkor. Det finns ett kunskapsbehov i kommunal planering när det gäller utformning och val av plats för shared space, vilket är en av anledningarna till examensarbetet. Syftet är att formulera och pröva en arbetsmodell som kan vara vägledande i arbetet med etablering av shared space, där fokus ligger på prioriteringar mellan användare och begreppen: stadens karaktär, tillgänglighet, trygghet, trafiksäkerhet och miljö. Dessa utgör kvalitetsbegreppen i planerarhandboken; Trafik för en attraktiv stad.

The present paper is part of a project carried on by the Swedish Section of the International Commission of Jurists. Sweden has ratified several major international human rights instruments. Most of the rights are covered by national law, and only in exception is there a discrepancy between national and international law. Such a discrepancy is found in the UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination, in which the State parties agree on penalizing and prohibiting the founding of and participation in racist organizations. Sweden is not complying with this statute, despite the fact that the government has ratified the convention.

In this literature review the cemetery is studied in its role as a public space in an urban context. To be able to scrutinize the cemetery?s relationship to the public domain in the future, the cemetery?s background and history is studied in the beginning of the essay. The cemetery?s connection to the church, as well as a variety of other factors such as economic, architecture, hygienic aspects and different ideals has influenced the cemetery to be the place it is today.

In this thesis I try to examine the consumtion among people that are retired and therefore can be considered as being in the third age. This studie is carried out in Norrköping, with interviews of people living in or close to Norrköping. I have used theories about the third age, consumtion and the space of the city. I have examined the importance of the city space as a meeting place and where the elderly buy the things they need for there everyday life. I also try to examine if the things they buy has an importance that goes beyond the immediate use, such as communicating a persons status to others.

The right to freedom of conscience is protected by international conventions and declarations of human rights that have been ratified by Sweden. Nationally, the issue of health professionals? right to freedom of conscience in the abortion care is not resolved by public inquiry. This has led to that Sweden has been notified to the European Committee of Social Rights on the grounds that the country is considered to be violating the Council of  Europe Resolution 1763 and that the proper question to be determined by regulations of the interests that are balanced, based on their legal value in relation to each other. Freedoms, rights and obligations conflict with each other.

AbstractEver since Sweden joined EU Swedish law has to be compatible with EU law. Swedish law cannot state anything that may restrict the freedom of establishment. This means that companies are free to change their resident within the EU without any restrictions. National rules regarding exit tax states that companies who wants to move their business out of Sweden is taxed as if their assets has been disposed of at the exit time. These rules have been found to restrict EU law according to case RÅ 2008 ref 30.

2001 störtades ett antal flygplan in i World Trade Center och Pentagon i USA, detta genomfördes av organisationen al-Qaeda med Usama Bin Laden som ledare. Påföljden av detta blev att USA inledde sitt krig mot terrorismen. Skådeplatsen för detta blev Afghanistan som sedan tidigare har varit krigshärjat av Sovjet på 80-talet. 2003 vann DynCorp sitt första kontrakt kopplat till Afghan NationalPolice, detta innebar att de ansvarade för att utbilda poliser som skulle arbeta på lägre nivåer. Då Tyskland ansvarade för utbildning av poliser på nivåerna commissioned och non-commissioned.

According to the study [1] several firefighters are killed in action each year. This happens naturally in various ways. One of the major factors is that firefighters often do not know how the environment looks like, for example that a building in an industrial area contains hazardous gas cylinders. Without a solution, fire-fighters will continue to die in duty. It is therefore important to solve this problem so that we can minimize the risks and save lives.The goal of this project was a control system for pneumatic artificial muscles.

Efter bilens ökande dominans i gaturummet går trenden idag åt att ge andra trafikslag mer plats, där ibland gångtrafikanter. Olika strategier finns för att skapa gaturum på de gåendes villkor, ett växande koncept i Europa är shared space.Detta arbete sker i syfte att analysera planering för gångtrafikanter i gaturummet. Två fallstudier har genomförts, en på Skvallertorget i Norrköping och en på Götgatsbacken i Stockholm. Arbetet undersöker hur planeringen skett i de två fallen, om åtgärderna höjt attraktiviteten och säkerheten på platserna och även hur gångtrafikanterna där upplever det.För de båda fallstudierna har planerare intervjuats och kortfrågeintervjuer har skett med gångtrafikanter på respektive plats. Dessutom har egna observationer gjorts.Skvallertorget, en torgliknande korsning i Norrköping, är ett av Sveriges mest kända exempel på shared space.Götgatsbacken, en populär gågata i Stockholm har flera funktioner både som shoppingstråk och cykelstråk för cykelpendlare.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning och hur egna varumärken favoriseras av de svenska dataljisterna i dagligvaruhandeln, genom ett fördelaktigt hyllplaceringsbeslut. Vi har använt oss av ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt med en beskrivande karaktär. Vidare har vi gjort 20 stycken personliga intervjuer med butikschefer på Coop Konsum, ICA Supermarket och Hemköp. Vi har även utfört kompletterande butiksmätningar för att verifiera eller falisifiera informationen. Resultatet som vi kommer fram till ska ses som en utvidgning av befintlig space managementforskning..

Computer Forensics investigations have become more and more common while investigating IT-related issues. From experience, hard disks, USB thumb, memory sticks contains information that might be useful. Computer Forensics is regulary conducted by Police, Customs, Tax investigators but also within private companies and organisations. However, there are areas within the storage device that are not part of the organisied structure that a file system gives. The reason for that might be that the information has been erased by intention, a virus destroyed the file system and so on.

I linje med tidigare forskning bör adoptivföräldrar bli mer öppna för att adoptera ett barn med funktionsnedsättning eftersom det är färre och färre friska barn som blir aktuella för adoption (Glidden, 2000, s.397; SOU 2003:49, s.144-145). Studiens syfte var att öka kunskapen om hur nöjda adoptivföräldrar är med samhällets stöd före, under och efter genomförd adoption av ett barn med funktionsnedsättning. Studiens frågeställning var om adoptivföräldrar till barn med funktionsnedsättning anser att de har fått tillräckligt med stöd från samhället före, under och efter genomförd adoption. För att besvara frågeställningen användes en kvantitativ metod, vilket bestod av en enkätundersökning som var riktad till 31 adoptivföräldrar. Efter inkomna svar gjordes analys av empirin och en resultatredovisning där vi använde teorierna om anknytning och empowerment.

Private labels have been increasing a lot during the last 30 years. The reason is great margins and it also works as an aid to build a store's brand. The problem is that private labels take market shares from national brands. Retailers need to have a good mix between these products and adopting category management without being influenced by opportunism, which can lower the profitability of a category. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe how private labels are prioritized in the category edible fat.

The purpose with this essay was to examine how the European Union is working totransfer norms to states they signed an agreement with and provide support for inframe of the Barcelona process and the Tacis programme. The theory which weused was Ian Manners (PhD in Political Science) theory of "the EU as a uniquenormative power". The aim was to examine whether the EU - which Manners mean- has had a normative power to influence states to change. We used a qualitativeapproach through the use of a multiple case study and qualitative text and contentanalysis. The States which formed the basis of our study were within the BarcelonaProcess; Morocco and Tunisia as well as Azerbaijan and Armenia funded by theTacis programme.

Today there is a keen competition between regions in the world for companies and inhabitants in order to improve regional development and economic growth. In many regions there is an active effort to create a good home base for companies and inhabitants. Since 2003 municipalities in nine counties in Sweden have come together in co-operative agencies in order to work towards more efficient regional development.This essay focuses on the relation between the state and the co-operative agencies in the regional development policy and which possibilities the state gives the co-operative agencies to pursue an efficient regional development policy, both legally and financially. I have researched and analysed this through models and ideas on how the state governs the administration and through the translation theory. The result of my study is that the co-operative agencies have a relatively large amount of freedom to make there own priorities, but the ability to act efficiently within regional development is limited..
