This study was a qualitative analysis of the covers of six lifestyle magazines, three addressed to women and three addressed to men. We have studied the cover photographs, the teasers and their relations. The purpose of this study was to answer the questions: According to the magazines, what are male interests and what are typical female interests? Who is the ideal man and who is the ideal woman? Is there a certain way you need to look to be able to be on a magazine cover? And how often do the magazines encourage you to consume? The study was based on thirty covers, five from each magazine. The Swedish magazines are VeckoRevyn, Amelia, Damernas Värld, King of Sweden, Café and the American version of GQ. We?ve used semiotics and rhetorical methods to analyze the material.

En hyresgäst som hyr en bostadslägenhet har ett direkt besittningsskydd vilket innebär atthyresgästen som huvudregel har rätt att få hyresavtalet förlängt. För att hyresgästen i praktikenska ha en ekonomisk möjlighet att bo kvar i lägenheten, det reella besittningsskyddet,finns det en bestämmelse som anger att om tvist avseende hyran uppstår ska denna fastställastill skäligt belopp.Den 1 januari 2011 trädde två lagändringar vilka har en väsentlig betydelse för fastställandetav skälig hyra i kraft. I samband med lagändringarna förutsågs skälig hyra avseende mångalägenheter kunna bli väsentligt högre och hyresgästens reella besittningsskydd därav kunnaurholkas. I syfte att hindra detta infördes därför den 1 januari 2011 en skyddsregel i 12 kap.55 § 5st JB. Bestämmelsen ger hyresgästen en möjlighet att, i det fall skälig hyra bestäms tillett väsentligt högre belopp än den tidigare satta hyran, begära att hyran under en skälig tidska betalas med lägre belopp.Uppsatsen syftar till att analysera huruvida motivet med skyddsregeln i 12 kap.

Skuldsaneringslagen trädde i kraft 1994 för att erbjuda ekonomisk rehabilitering för privatpersoner samtidigt som borgenären skall främjas. Syftet med studien är att utreda eventuella faktorer, som enskilt eller i kombination, med hög sannolikhet leder till bedömningen att kvalificerad insolvens föreligger och om så är fallet, huruvida det dessutom är skäligt att bevilja skuldsanering. AbstraktEn avgörande faktor för att kunna förebygga, avhjälpa eller lindra matematiksvårigheter är ifall pedagoger har kompetens att genomföra en kartläggning, som ger vägledning för fortsatta pedagogiska insatser (Lundberg & Sterner, 2009). Med detta som utgångspunkt var syftet med studien att undersöka yrkesverksamma specialpedagogers syn på kartläggning och yngre elevers räknesvårigheter samt hur de går till väga vid en pedagogisk kartläggning i matematik. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerad intervju som metod. Deltagarna i undersökningen är två specialpedagoger med gedigen utbildning och erfarenhet inom området. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att informanterna har en formativ syn på kartläggning.

The Swedish Library Classification System, known as the SAB-system, can be viewed as a product of the cultural and social norms and values in Sweden during the time in which it was created and subsequently reviewed. The main purpose of this master?s thesis is to examine the archaeology section J in the SAB-system, in order to observe if values and norms within this discipline had any impact on the Swedish Library classification system. Our intention is therefore to verify any correspondence between the choice of topics and hierarchical structure of that section, and the values and norms that ruled the Swedish society during the 20th century at large but with particular emphasis to the academic discipline of Archaeology. At the present, Archaeology is often disputed as a value-free interpretive science.

Det finns omvårdnadsteoretiker som anser att det också ingår i sjuksköterskans uppgift att hjälpa patienten att leva i enlighet med sina trosuppfattningar. Möjligheten att fritt få utöva religion kan ses som en mänsklig rättighet men finns det ytterligare anledningar till att vi bör beakta religiositet och andlighet inom vården? Kan det vara så att religiöst engagemang kan vara bra för hälsan?SyfteSyftet var att beskriva hur religiösa och andliga trosföreställningar kan påverka människors hälsotillstånd samt beskriva vad detta kan innebära för människor som drabbats av sjukdom.MetodMetoden som användes var en systematisk litteraturstudie av kvantitativa engelskspråkiga vetenskapliga studier som var publicerade inom de tio senaste åren.ResultatArtiklarna berörde religion och/eller andlighet samt dessa variablers samband med olika hälsoaspekter och olika sjukdomstillstånd. I de nitton artiklarna gick det att utläsa trettiotvå olika resultat, då andlighet och religiositet ofta undersöktes separat fick många studier fler än ett resultat.

AbstractEver since Sweden joined EU Swedish law has to be compatible with EU law. Swedish law cannot state anything that may restrict the freedom of establishment. This means that companies are free to change their resident within the EU without any restrictions. National rules regarding exit tax states that companies who wants to move their business out of Sweden is taxed as if their assets has been disposed of at the exit time. These rules have been found to restrict EU law according to case RÅ 2008 ref 30.

Within this essay a study is made of an LGBTQ-orientated Christian service in Stockholm called Queer Service. The following questions seek to be answered: What reasons does an individual set for his/hers participation in Queer Service? Which aspects of a queer service highlight the participants as important to them?As a method to answer these questions, the author has observed a number of queer church services in autumn of 2012. Moreover communication within the group of the assembly on the social media page Facebook has been followed and five individuals from the Queer Service congregation have been interviewed. As a background to the study, the European religious climate seen from Grace Davies eyes is depicted.  The reader also learns of how the Swedish church has handled questions about homosexuality and bisexuality and what liberation theology is.

After the formation of the European Union internal market in 1992, member state specific obstacles and barriers were largely removed. This was especially the case in harmonised industries where standardisation and technical regulation have led to legal certainty. Despite this, a large range of trade regulation continues to remain distortional to trade, in addition to the ongoing tariffs and subsidies. The key trade regulations relate to a number of areas involving technical regulations such as production labelling and the protection of intellectual property rights. Whilst policy makers claim justification based around the need to correct market failure in delivering desired outcomes, the question is whether these regulations are appropriate responses to market failures or if they have simply been imposed in an attempt to protect domestic markets.

In this paper the authors have done personal, electronically and phone interviews to be able to answer the stating questions in the best possible way.

I samband med att en stat tillträder den Europeiska Unionen (EU) överför staten även kontrollen över en mängd områden till unionen. De områden över vilka kontrollen överförs går till största delen att återfinna inom de så kallade fyra friheterna. De fyra friheterna innebär att medlemsstaterna inte får hindra den fria rörligheten för varor, personer, kapital och tjänster. Den fria rörligheten för personer involverar såväl fysiska personer ? individer, som juridiska personer ? bolag.

Companies that sell digital products such as software and movies transfer large amounts of data to its customers. In order to send this amount of data using FTP or HTTP and still maintain a high speed transfer rate it is required that the company have a large number of servers and a huge bandwidth. Servers and bandwidth costs money which means they have great costs on the distribution of their products. In order to reduce distribution costs, P2P technology can be used and the most powerful technology to transmit popular files is called BitTorrent.BitTorrent requires users to share their bandwidth. Nowadays, BitTorrent is frequently used to transfer products that are free of charge; one example is the Linux distribution Ubuntu.

The purpose of this study is to investigate in what extension students experience that computer and videogames affect them. I have chosen to focus on the physical, mental and social affect that this activity might bring them. I have also examined how much time the students spends in front of the computer or the videogame and in which social context they play.The method I have chosen to use is a quantitative opinion poll which I used in three classes of the later junior high and I have also conducted five qualitative interviews.The conclusions I have drawn from this investigation are that computer and videogames affects teenagers both physically and mentally. Physically the affects of playing videogames mostly can be derived to the physical inactivity they expose themselves to. The students themselves did not experienced any positive physical affects from their playing.Amongst the mental affects that stood out the most I recognized the social training that online gaming provided and also the intellectual stimulation that certain games offered the player.
