Detta examensarbete har till syfte att studera om barn redan i tre till fyra årsåldern har en uppfattning kring traditionella könsmönster och könsroller? På vilket sätt visar sig detta i så fall? Vad gör personalen på förskolan för att förebygga detta?För att besvara frågorna i detta examensarbete har samtal med sju barn och två gruppintervjuer med sammanlagt sju personalen genomförts. Jag har läst utvald barnlitteratur tillsammans med barnen och sedan diskutera med barnen kring hur de uppfattar traditionella könsmönster och könsroller.Resultatet pekar på att barnen har en uppfattning kring traditionella könsmönster och könsroller. Det framgår i barnsamtalen att barnen i många fall är knutna till sin traditionella syn på sitt kön. Barnen är ofta bundna till sitt kön och hindras därigenom till att leka utanför de stereotypa könsroller som förväntas av de. .

Underjordsbrytning är en vanlig brytningsmetod vid gruvdrift. Vad som avgör om man ska bryta malmen genom dagbrott eller med en underjordsgruva beror på hur malmkroppen ser ut. Underjordsbrytning används ofta vid höggradiga malmkroppar som ligger under jord. De finns många olika metoder men två av de vanligaste är skivrasbrytning och igensättningsbrytning. Som används av Boliden AB och LKAB.

This survey examines how a regional archive, Värmland Archives, interprets and works from the departure point of national cultural accessibility goal ?Everyone should have the opportunity to participate in cultural life?. And it is also a comporative study of discourse regarding accessibility between Värmland Archives and some other actors in the archival cultural system. Critical discourse analysis, according to Norman Fairclough, is used as a theory method. A discourse analysis is made on empirical data based on document study and qualitative research interviews. My conclusion is that if the term Accessibility is seen as a focal point the accessibility discourse in the documents of Värmland Archives and of the other actors studied can not be clearly discerned. Värmland Archives´s interpretation of terms regarding accessibility analyzed in the survey, varies among the staff regarding how the archives and its services should be accessible, and what accessibility means in the context of the archives.

ABSTRACTIn this study, five people were interviewed who are involved in a drug-assisted program for opiate addiction, also called substitution program. The meaning of substitution is that these clients' drug addiction is replaced with substitute preparations, either methadone or Subutex in an orderly manner. The clients of the researcher decided to study the substitution program have all been a heavy opiate addiction for years. Their participation in the replacement program is more than two years, and those who have been around the longest have been in the program for six years, so long as the substitution program has existed in Visby.This is a qualitative study in which interviews are conducted face to face with each individual client, and the interview was unstructured in the sense that no specific issues made in advance. The interviews have been themed, and the researcher has gone through various areas of life around the respondent.

How can the object based art help us, as viewers and as makers, to access a supplanted emotional state?One way of positioning yourself within the corpus-field is to step outside the traditional borders of the field and aim for other values within the objects, such as a visible working process, a storytelling or an emotional relationship to the object.  It is a way of taking a step from the traditional silversmithing towards some kind of free undefined corpus-art.  To reach for suppressed feelings is one way to find an importance within the artistic work, to give it a purpose.By investigating the concept of the sublime and the surrealist movement I try to find examples on how you, both as a viewer and as a maker, can put yourself in an emotional/intuitive state.  Through interviews with Jewellery and corpus artists I get a maker?s perspective which I compare with my own reactions to their work.Works of art can be used as a catalyst to reach, and maybe also to process, unattended feelings. This creates a strong emotional connection to the work.  As a maker you can, for example, do this by working with it as a theme, or by using an intuitive working method.

The aim of this thesis is to study the reading habits of Swedish librarians visualized by librarians from Götabiblioteken ? a collaboration of 14 public libraries in mid-Sweden ? focusing on the reading done on their spare time, even if work-related. We started with a survey sent out to 74 librarians in October 2013, answered by 56, and followed up by interviewing 7 of them in November.We tried to answer these questions:To what extent does the working librarians read on their spare time compared to before they started working?What literature do they read, now compared to before they started working?To what extent does their perception of what they should have read affect their private reading?In what way does a librarian in the beginning of their career differ in reading habits from the reading habits of a librarian with many years in the profession?The result of our study shows that most of the librarians read as much or more than before they started to work. They are more selective in their choice of literature and are affected by their work in it in different ways.

A zoonosis is a disease or infection that is naturally transmitted between vertebrate animals and humans. The majority of infectious diseases that affect humans are zoonoses. Environments where wild animals, domestic animals and humans live in close proximity with no or small boundaries in the ecological system favor the transmission of diseases between animals and humans. The above described situation is more common in low income countries, where humans and animals live in high density and zoonoses are generally more common. The study was conducted in Cambodia.

In part this paper is a contribution to the ongoing Swedish discussion about our public structures. The discussion has picked up speed in the last years thanks to a government backed committee trying to come up with a suggestion to make our public sector more efficient. A big part of the debate is about the independence and work of our municipalities, what they should do, what they shouldn?t do and when the state should step in and take over. I make a theoretical investigation into one of these issues, the one about job creation.

The research in this thesis attempts to understand what happens when children (3-6 years of age) interact with each other in the context of free play in two pre-school settings when adults are not involved. The aim of the study was to get a closer look at how children create relationships and how they protect and defend their interactional spaces. Data was gathered through ethnographically inspired methodology, using video observation to capture the everyday interactions of the children. Results were analyzed using a phenomenological approach to peer cultures. Previous research suggests that it is very important for children to maintain their interactions with peers and gaining access to play.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the municipal library of Västervik. There have been four previous libraries and our examination starts in 1859 with the foundation of a parish library. The other forerunners were a working-class movement library and two libraries in the International Orders of Good Templars. Before the merger of the libraries there were discussions in the municipal council, among the working-class movement and in the IOGT.

In light of the recent scandals in Europe involving food labelling, this study will be focusing on food labelling. This study?s purpose is to investigate the extent of knowledge concerning labeling and presentation of food in the different food stores in Halmstad.The study was conducted out of our own interests with the guidance from the environmental health office. The study included nine different food stores of different size. The focus in this study was to verify how well five selected products follow the labeling rules.

Uppsatsens syfte var att undersöka samspelet mellan porträttör och beställare i porträttets fält. Med hjälp av tre fallstudier med porträtt från tre olika tidsepoker har samspelet analyserats. De tre fallstudierna är Alexanders Roslins porträtt av Fredrik Sparre, Richard Avedons porträtt av Jacqueline och John F Kennedy och skolfotografens porträtt av eleven. Bourdieus sociologiska terminologi och betraktelsesätt har till viss del använts för att försöka förstå detta samspel. Man skulle kunna tro att ett porträtt skapas på ungefär samma vis varje gång men de olika porträttens historier i den här uppsatsen skiljer sig markant åt.

Sexual harassments have since long been an issue all over the world and schools have not been an exception. Reports from Swedish secondary schools show how 47% of the female pupils state that they have, sometime during their time in school, been the victim of sexual harassment. Other studies claim that pupils exposed to sexual harassments will develop low self-esteem and a decreased sense of self. The Swedish curriculum state that all children shall have the right to a harassment free school environment, but still many pupils claim to be exposed to sexual harassment in school. Several studies have theorized about why sexual harassment is so prevalent in schools but what do the pupils think? This study aims to reveal and analyze pupil opinions about sexual harassment; what do they think it is and why do they think it occurs? This will be done from a post-structural feminist point of view with focus on the shaping of identity among the respondents.

Undersökningen av veckodagseffekten på den svenska aktiemarknaden utifrån en branschindelning visar att den ineffektivitet som Claesson beskriver 1987 inte längre kan påvisas. I ett enkelt t-test utmärker sig torsdagen mest genom att ha störst skillnad i spridning mellan under- och överavkastning. Onsdagen verkar uppvisa en större fluktuation i avkastning än övriga veckodagar. Enligt regressionsanalysen genomförd i två delperioder (1996-1999 och 2000-2004) på nio branscher samt generalindex är det endast i två fall, hälsovårdsbranschen och generalindex under 1996-1999, som det går att påvisa en statistiskt säkerställd påverkan på den beroende variabeln. Endast torsdagen uppvisar en signifikant skild avkastning i de båda fallen.

Antibiotikabehandling kan rubba balansen i den normala tarmfloran och ge antibiotika- associerad diarré (AAD). En obalans i tarmfloran kan medföra att bakterien Clostridium difficile får möjlighet att kolonisera tarmen och i samband med det kan Clostridium difficile- infektion (CDI) uppstå. Mellan 10-25 % av alla fall av AAD orsakas av C. difficile. Probiotika är enligt definition levande mikroorganismer som i tillräcklig konsumerad mängd ger hälsosamma effekter.
