C. M. Carlanders Svenska bibliotek och ex-libris (1904): En källkritisk studie av kvinnors bibliotek under tidigmodern tid.
The aim of this study is to examine the historical information about women?s libraries and book ownership during the early modern period in the work of Carl Magnus Carlander, Svenska bibliotek och ex-libris [Swedish libraries and ex-libris] (1904) and to inquire the scientific value of the information. A gender perspective is applied to the study. Gender is understood as a social and cultural constructed concept, dealing with female and male identities as interdependent categories.The study of Svenska bibliotek och ex-libris is made using source criticism and it has two parts. This thesis has a deductive approach, where existing theories dealing empowerment formed the basis for the design of interview substrate, which is then paired with the empirical evidence, based on this the conclusions was drawn.Result & Conclusion:What separates the different kinds of empowerment and how it affect the staff depends most of all on how the management chooses to communicate and share information with their staff.Suggestions for future research:A study regarding managers that works with different kinds of empowerment, and how that affects them, could be regarded as an interesting future research.Contribution of thesis:It shows that different kinds of empowerment affect the staff in different ways, which I made clear to the readers.Keywords:empowerment, thinking skills, relations and organizational - structure and theory.
Sponsringen av Gefle IF fotboll- ur ett företagspartnerperspektiv
Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka vad som krävs för att Gefle IF fotbolls företagspartners ska satsa en större del av sin marknadsföringsbudget på sponsring av Gefle IF fotboll och på så sätt avancera uppåt i sponsortrappan samt vad företagens syfte med sponsringen av Gefle IF fotboll är.? Vad krävs för att Gefle IF fotbolls företagspartners ska satsa en större del av sin marknadsföringsbudget på sponsring av Gefle IF fotboll och på så sätt avancera uppåt i sponsortrappan?? Vad är Gefle IF fotbolls företagspartners syfte med sponsring till föreningen?Metod: Vi har i denna uppsats använt oss av en kvalitativ metod för att samla in information. Vi har gjort intervjuer med den sponsoransvarige på respektive företag samt med Magnus Lindmark, marknadschef för Gefle IF fotboll. Vi har sedan jämfört den insamlade datan med teorin i ett analysavsnitt.Resultat & slutsats: Uppsatsen visar att de flesta företag skulle vara intresserade av att avancera i sponsortrappan på ett eller annat sätt, antingen i rena pengar eller genom andra åtgärder som ger ett mervärde till Gefle IF fotboll. Syftet med sponsring varierar hos företagen.Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Vi valde att fokusera på Gefle IF fotbolls företagspartners, det vore intressant att få en bild av hur företag ur andra sponsorgrupper ser på sin sponsring av föreningen.

Ärade Statsminister 2,0 : Breven till statsministern om den ekonomiska politiken
Vilka ekonomiska frågor ligger närmast de svenska brevskrivarnas hjärtan? Två svenska professorer, Becker och Jonung undersökte detta 1998. Denna studie undersöker i ett världsunikt data set innehållande 536 brev adresserade till statsminister Fredrik Reinfeldt under hans mandatperiod 2006-2014. Genom undersökningen ges en övergripande bild av brevskrivarnas mest centrala frågor rörande ekonomi. Utgångspunkten ligger i att undersöka skillnader i fördelningen av brev mellan denna och tidigare studie.

En funktionsanalys av IKEA Uppsalas interna kommunikation)Author: Fredrik JohanssonAim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal communication at IKEA Uppsala.Are the channels of communication working efficiently? How is the information received by the employees? Finally I will make a few suggestions on how the internal communication can be improved.Method/Material: The method used in this study is quantitative. The internal communication at IKEA Uppsala is analyzed based on the results of a questionnaire. 75 employees at three different divisions were given questions on how they appreciate the communication channels at IKEA in Uppsala. 50 answers were received.Main results: The results clearly show that even though the internal communication at IKEA seems to work well in general, a few of the channel needs to be improved.

Den viktiga historien : Historiesyn och historiemedvetande i studentexamensuppsatser från åren 1877 och 1929.
The purpose of this thesis is to identify and analyse the view and consciousness of history present in essays written by Swedish high school students in 1877 and 1929. A theoretical framework was established in order to accomplish this, based on the theories of Peter Aronsson and Jörn Rüsen (through Lars Andersson Hult) that defines consciousness of history through a matrix that expresses a progression as well as a scaling complexity. Furthermore, the theories of Knut Kjelstadli and Magnus Hermansson Adler were adopted to establish two different types of view of history: one adhering to a view of history where groups and individuals are seen as integral to the progression of history, and the other explains historical process through more functional explanations, such as dependant on cultural and social structures.This framework erects ideal-types of different types of view and consciousness of history, and the thesis at hand strives to categorise the different kinds of view and consciousness of history found in the studied essays in accordance with these ideal-types through two different models based on the above mentioned theories.The findings presented here largely point to a view of history that is largely centered on an actor-oriented view of history, where individuals such as kings and generals are given a central position when historical events are being narrated, and is present in both 1877 and 1929, with some shifting nuances. As for the consciousness of history the lion part of the analysed texts can be seen adhering to a more traditional type of consciousness in 1877, although a slight shift can be seen towards a more complex type of consciousness in the texts from 1929..
Svordomar ett vardagsspråk
Syftet med vårt arbete är att synliggöra bruket av svordomar ur ett ungdomsperspektiv.
Arbetet har utgått från följande frågor: Hur upplever ungdomar sitt eget och andra ungdomars bruk av svordomar? Vad finns det för skillnader mellan hur flickor och pojkar svär? Hur resonerar ungdomar kring svordomar i skolans värld? Den metod som vi har använt för att få svar på frågeställningarna har varit av en enkätundersökning. De begrepp som används för att få svar på frågeställningarna bestod av identitet samt begreppen kränkning, svordom, ungdomar, ungdomskultur och språk. Resultatet visade på att svordomar tillhör en viktig del i ungdomarnas vardag, och att svordomarna inte uppfattas som ett större problem av dem.
Estetik och funktion i stadsplaneringen : Substitut eller komplement?
This master thesis summarizes contemporary theories on secularization processes in the Western world, and compares these with the example of Sweden, which by many scholars is considered to be the most secularized country in the Western world.I do this by dividing the most influential theorists in five different groups. In each group I explain how the theorists formulate and motivate their positions. These groups are:1) The secularization paradigm, where secularization always accompanies modernization. (Therorists: Steve Bruce and Peter Berger (in the 1960s)2) The paradigm basically accepted, but revised to depend on existential security, rather than modernisation as such. (Pippa Norris and Ronald Inglehart)3) Religion returned in the public sphere.
