During the past few years an increased attention has been paid to environmental issues in the construction and property sector in Sweden. In order to simplify the work with these issues a Swedish environmental certification system for buildings called Miljöbyggnad has been developed. This thesis aims to investigate the opinion of a selected number of selected property owners of Miljöbyggnad. From that basis recommendations and actions for the future work with the system will be presented.The investigation has been conducted through personal interviews with five property owners. The main issues that the interviews have been based on are their purpose, experiences, perceived complications and future prospects in terms of certification using Miljöbyggnad.The system intends to be cost-effective, simple and to offer a relevant environmental assessment of buildings and the result from the report indicates that this is largely fulfilled.

Then we want, from different sized companies, analyze and study howthey work with the key properties in creating a good customer relationship and hencecustomer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare how and why consumers of different ethnic backgrounds value and prioritize product attributes among food in certain ways. We expected to find culturally bound attitude differences and our aim was to relate those to, and challenge, present knowledge of information structures. Consequently, we also aimed to use this new knowledge of attribute attitudes in connection to assortment variety theory, as attributes constitute important motives to how consumers perceive variety. A theoretical framework was constructed to suit our purpose and function as an analytical tool, consisting of Culture perspectives, Information structures (product attributes), and Assortment variety. In this thesis we focused on attitudes and consumer perspectives and excluded actual behaviour and the retailing perspective.

Designing temporary cities is a study of the design and physical planning of five temporary cities. The purpose was to discuss and note the important questions to be considered, when designing the outdoor environment in temporary cities to create as good an environment for the visitor as possible. The five cities I have chosen are among the most famous ones in Scandinavia, and they represent different kinds of temporary cities. This was a deliberate choice to achieve diverse research material, and with that a broad view of what the planning stage generally looks like. Study of the cities has been done through interviews with the people responsible for the design and/or physical planning of each city.

Abstract The internationalisation of a company is enabled by integration of markets. New markets mean new revenues, but also demand capital to finance the expansion. To bring in new capital may offer new possibilities but also higher debt-equity ratios, which affect how external interested parties value the company. This thesis, inspired by previous and mainly US based research, researches the debt-equity ratio of Swedish multinational and domestic companies, sampled from the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The research questions have focused on the impact of certain internationalisation variables on the debt-equity ratio; how does the debt-equity ratio differ between international and domestic companies? Can a difference be explained by the degree of internationalisation? Can a difference be better explained by the presence of international ownership? By measuring the concept internationalisation as both trade and presence, the questions were operationalised into four hypotheses.

Kunskapen om att vissa platser mer än andra attraherar och koncentrerar brott har bidragit till att sambandet mellan brott och plats har blivit allt mer utforskat. Malmö Områdesundersökning 2012 konstaterade i en av sina slutsatser att brottspreventiva insatser bör anpassas efter den platsen där de sätts in. Utifrån detta och med kameraövervakningen på Stortorget i Malmö som fallstudie, försöker denna uppsats undersöka under vilka omständigheter (baserat på struktur, brottslighet och upplevd nivå av ordningsstörningar) som kameraövervakning är effektivt och hur denna kunskap kan användas i framtida brottsförebyggande arbete. Materialet består av anmälningsstatistik från polisen samt data från Malmö Områdesundersökning 2012.

The aim of this study has been to examine what students within the sport of skydiving think about their education and the social spirit of the community. The purpose of the study is thereby to answer the study's aim through the following questions; how does group dynamics and social solidarity work within the skydiving community, how do the students feel about group dynamics and social solidarity within the skydiving community, and what factors makes the students feel included or respectively excluded from the spirit of the togetherness?The theoretical part of the study focuses on group dynamics and groups overall. Further on earlier research within adventure sports and skydiving regarding group dynamics and community spirit is presented. My survey is based on 35 interviews with skydiving students.The result shows that the community spirit within skydiving sports is described by the students as very special, unique, and strong among the members.

In a market where firms offer equivalent products, increases the importance of delivery service as competitive tool to differentiate themselves among the crowd. This also applies to pharmacy market where the supplies of goods in large way consist of equivalent products regardless of the company.This case study observes the importance of delivery service in terms of competitive tool on pharmacy market by focusing on a company?s improvement in delivery service.

Today, the tourism sector is the fastest growing industry in the world and also includes one of the foremost for instance in the number of work and added tax. The sector entails a lot of positive factors but also negative consequences, such as overexploitation and wear on natural areas. However, even the visitor industry contributes to smaller localities boost by creating new jobs where depopulation occurs. This study focuses on the town Kisa in Kinda Municipality. The purpose of the study is to highlight the importance of tourism for migration to a town and to show the importance of developing sustainable destinations.In the results of this study it emerges that more job opportunities are requested by respondents for increasing Kisas attractiveness.

Att som organisation använda den högeffektiva spridningen av information som sociala medier kanbidra med vid krissituationer har sina fördelar och nackdelar. Hur organisationer ska hanterapublicering av krisinformation är en avvägning mellan att hjälpa drabbade intressenter eller attskydda organisationens anseende hos intressenter. Kommunikationsverktyg som sociala medier ärinte en envägskommunikation vilket gör det möjligt för intressenter att fritt uttrycka sitt missnöjeöver situationer.Syftet med denna fallstudie är att utifrån en organisatoriskt perspektiv beskriva den avvägningmellan fördelar och nackdelar kriskommunikation på sociala medier innebär samt om det finnsspecifika framgångsfaktorer för att lyckas kriskommunicera med drabbade och intressenter under enpågående kris. Detta besvaras med hjälp av intervjuer, dokumentstudier och litteraturstudier.Studiens resulterade i redovisning av fördelar, nackdelar och framgångsfaktorer för en lyckadanvändning av sociala medier vid kriskommunikation. Slutsatsen framtogs med hjälp av resultatetsom stärkte insamlad innehåll i litteraturgenomgången.

Handel med kvinnor är idag ett globalt problem och svenska Rikskriminalpolisen uppskattar att 400 ? 600 kvinnor faller offer för människohandel i Sverige varje år. Frågan om statens ansvar och skyldighet att skydda brottsoffrens rättigheter är i liten grad omdiskuterad. I Sverige är totalt åtta myndigheter inblandade i arbetet mot människohandel med sexuella ändamål, men vilken typ av stöd och skydd får brottsoffren? I detta arbete har de fyra, av totalt åtta, myndigheter som har direkt kontakt med brottsoffren undersökts.

The corporation is producing mechanichs needed by the Rimaster group as well for external costumers. Samhall AB is now functioning as a provider of labor for Rimaster Kisa, as the company is hiring personnel from Samhall AB. The company has earlier have had problems with their lead times being far too long. This has resulted in that the management decided to invest in a new edging press.
