The aim of this study is to describe and analyse an elderly care team?s prerequisite to anchor a salutogenic perspective and approach in an elderly care team in Kalmar municipality. The study identifies factors that could impede or promote the anchoring and examine how the organisation aims to work in a single direction even if the multidisciplinary team processes a diversity of knowledge, education and abilities. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews from representatives of all professions in the multidisciplinary team; social workers, paramedical professions, nurses and care-givers. The theoretical frame consisted of a translating perspective, leadership and ideas of interaction and power.

The increased travelling of today makes nodes along travelling routes more and more important. This is very much the case of petrol stations. They constitute important nodes in the road network, filling up thirsty fuel tanks and hungry stomachs, guiding road users and providing vehicle-services. In this thesis the role of the petrol station for road users was investigated in order to find out if the petrol station was a potential hot spot. We performed an ethnographic field study at a petrol station and found that a great number of visitor activities took place at the petrol station.

Högtalare består idag ofta av flera högtalarelement, avsedda för olika frekvensområden. Signalen som driver dessa måste delas upp genom att oönskade frekvenskomponenter filtreras bort ur respektive utgående signal. Normalt görs detta med passiva komponenter i högtalarlådan. I denna rapport beskrivs arbetet med att ta fram ett digitalt system för att ersätta dessa passiva filter. Teoridelen tar metodiskt läsaren till en relevant kravspecifikation för systemet.

The aim of this project is to examine the needs and problems that exists amongst homeless people and to develop a solution that will help them in their everyday life. Since the homeless are a relatively large vulnerable group i Sweden, their everyday lives could be made easier in many ways.A clear definition of the target group is put together to create a good starting point. What state and help orginazations do to help the homelss and the society?s view of the homeless is also relevant and has been documented. Four personal stories have been put together to desicribe cases of clear problems existing in everyday life.Several interesting problems has been defined from the research and acceptance in the communtiy, desire to be seen and heard and a lack of confidence were the main needs.

Abstract In high voltage substations there is an increasing demand for computerized equipment, and automation of operation and supervision. The future primary equipment will provide the possibility to collect more information and to provide better control for improved effectiveness. Since ABB has got a large customer target, each product must be custom made to fulfil the customers (often from different countries) demands. Later these products will be configured by engineers who may not be familiar with the tools used at ABB. This is a very expensive and time consuming.

Rapporten presenterar ett tillvägagångssätt att med moderna medel angripa en av äldre tidens kryptotekniker, bokchiffer, där nummer utifrån boktexter utgör kryptotexten. Ett speciellt fall som varit olöst i närmare 200 år, det så kallade Beale-kryptot, kommer att vara huvudområdet och tillskillnad från den klassiska metodiken att medels penna och papper räkna och lösa, tillåta datorn att snabba på den långdragna arbetsprocessen.Ett inför rapporten skapat datorprogram kommer att användas, ett program som dels klarar av att replikera den gamla metodiken, dels att introducera nya lösningsgångar och dels att presentera statistik över dokument som undersöks. Programmet kan presentera de lösningarna man sedan vill titta närmare på i dekrypterad form, något som blir intressant både ur ett replikerbarhetsperspektiv men också om nya intressanta dokument dyker upp under den statistiska testningen. Testfallen resulterar inte i några nya intressanta nycklar, men visar på att metoden är rättvisande då ett historiskt löst dokument får markanta utstickande resultat..

This thesis has been carried out at Diac Metal AB at Torsvik outside of Jönköping. The company produces parts for, amongst others, office furniture and store equipment. The essay will be concentrated on one detail which is included in many of their products.Today the company uses an ordering quantity based on experience which is rarely updated. Furthermore the operations are performed in both the company?s own engineering workshop but also an external workshop.The purpose with the report has been to check whether an updating of today?s batch shaping and ordering system can mean simpler storage control and possibly cost reduction.

The aim of this paper is to study if implementation of a school library management system called FreeLib has created favourable conditions for the school librarians to cooperate with other professions and become a more forward working place. I have studied relevant literature about school libraries, organisation, digital libraries and documents that regulate school and library activities today as well in the past. In order to fulfil my purpose I have done a qualitative survey with six school librarians from Swedish primary schools with pupils at the age of 6 -16 years old. To identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities I found in the material I used a method called SWOT analysis. According to this study the use of the digital FreeLib system has developed a better teamwork between school librarians at different schools.

Många företag som utvecklar en webb-applikation försäkrar regelbundet med olika testmetoder att de har en fungerande produkt. Ändå dröjer ofta leverans till kund och slutanvändare. Här beskrivs en lyckad implementation av hur leverans regelbundet kan ske till en molntjänst med ett så kallat blue green pattern som gör att applikationen kan uppdateras med minimal påverkan för slutanvändaren. Lösningen består i att webb-applikationenkan driftsättas i två olika miljöer och att användare alltid, via en html-sida som fungerar som en trafikriktare, skickas till den miljö som har den senaste versionen av applikationen. Genom ett script driftsätts den nya applikationen på den miljö som för tillfället inte har några besökare.

Även om de flesta av oss i dagsläget vet att våra mobila enheter kan tappa sina nätverksanslutningar lite då och då har det mer eller mindre blivit en självklarhet att i alla lägen ändå kunna använda våra favoritapplikationer som vanligt. Denna rapport syftade till att hitta en lösning på problemet med nätverksberoende applikationer genom att implementera ett offline-läge som kringgick detta beroende i GreatRate, en iOS-applikation för kundundersökningar i butik. Med hjälp av en databas för att mellanlagra data under tillfällen då en duglig nätverksanslutning inte fanns tillgänglig samt synkronisering av nämnda data när anslutningen åter blivit funktionell förväntades problemet kringgås. Resultatet blev som väntat en applikation som gav användaren en förhöjd användarupplevelse helt oberoende av nätverksanslutningens status. Några av slutsatserna som drogs var dock att flera olika lösningar finns för detta problem och att problemet högst troligt har olika utseenden för olika applikationer..

Since the implementation of the revised IAS-1 in January 2009, the income statement has changed in order to include what is called dirty surplus accounting flows (DSF). Using data for the period 2005-2009 regarding large cap companies listed on the OMX Stockholm we identify DSF in Swedish accounting. First, we present some descriptive statistics on aggregated and individual DSF in Sweden. We find that aggregated DSF and individual items related to securities are significantly positive over time. Second, we perform a regression on returns to test for value relevance and find that aggregated DSF and individual items related to currency translation differences and cash flow hedges are value relevant in explaining returns.

Security Council resolution 1325 (2000) is about women, peace and security. Since the resolution was adopted several countries has made their own National Action Plan for implementation of the resolution.Sweden and Denmark are two of these countries. Resolution 1325 is one of the documents that each countries armed force has to relate to in international work.These countries can get to work together in international operations within the framework of the Nordic Defense Cooperation, NORDEFCO. This study is done by looking at similarities and differences in the action plans and whether they can be an obstacle for the countries to cooperate in an international operation.In this paper a comparative analysis of Sweden and Denmark's plans for the Security Council resolution 1325 will be done.
