I dagens företag är information och kommunikation något grundläggande för att nå framgång. En organisation i förändring har stort behov av kommunikation, eftersom den tillkännager, förklarar och förbereder personal för förändringen. Det finns en mängd olika kommunikationssätt som kan användas för att kommunicera förändringar, därför vill vi veta vilka sätt som används i tjänsteorienterade organisationer idag och om det skett någon utveckling sedan tidigare forskning gjorts. Slutsatser: I Unionen används videokonferenser, forum och internetgrupprum i större utsträckning än vad teorierna beskriver. Utöver dessa används intranät, möten, e-mail och telefon, samt även brev och fax.

The building whichconditions were used for this evaluation is Röselidsskolan.A solar heating plant of each system type was dimensioned from the expected andknown conditions of the building. The purpose with the dimensioning was to makethe solar plants replace the ordinary energy source as much as possible.

Internetmobbing är idag ett stort socialt problem då det bidrar till att mångaungdomar lider av psykisk ohälsa. Samtidigt är det svårt att helt undvika att blidrabbad då den nya teknologin ofta är en nödvändighet i en ungdoms vardag.Internetmobbing är ett beteende, att genom olika teknologiska metoder sommail, mobil och sociala forum, försöka att skada någon. Studien baseras påenkätundersökningar i tre gymnasieklasser, där jag försökt ta reda pårespondenternas erfarenheter kring internetmobbing. Resultat påvisar blandannat att det finns fler pojkar än flickor som har en positiv inställning tillinternetmobbing. En stor del av respondenterna har någon gång själva bidragitmed nedsättande kommentarer till andra på Internet, men det var färre somsjälva blivit utsatta..

Utvecklingen av internet och sociala medier har gjort att företag tvingas tänka nytt kring marknadsföring och varumärkesbyggande. Dagens konsumenter använder sig av flertalet mediala kanaler för att knyta an till varumärken, och allt fler företag väljer således att använda sig av sociala medier i marknadsföringssyfte, såsom Facebook och Instagram. Genom dessa forum skapas nya möjligheter för företag att bygga relationer till sina konsumenter samt att skapa en gemenskap kring varumärket. Social medier kännetecknas bland annat av sin förmåga att skapa interaktiv kommunikation. Att förstå och dra nytta av konsumenters interaktion på nätet anses för företag vara strategiskt viktigt.

The discussion about high culture and popular culture in our society has been going on for decades. In few places is it as loud as within culture journalism and the critics? society, where the question of what is good taste and what is dumb entertainment constantly gets brought to the surface. Film is a particularly vulnerable area, since it is such a universally appealing and rather young medium. In America and England several studies have been performed of the reviewing society and reveiwers? use of high and low art-discourse in their writing.

The aim of this project is to investigate the meeting between the city and the sea and tolook into how that could be developed and made use of. I want to find out how you can increase the availability of a specific place and make it more welcoming, I also want to bring life to an already existing space and create a central meeting place in the city. The purpose is to give form to an esplanade along a dock in the central parts of Kalmar. Starting with an analysis of this public place, I want to create a concept that is close to the existing context and communicates the contrasts or associations between for example: city and nature, artificial and natural and indoor and outdoor. The primary object of the project is to add a welcoming, public place to the city where you on an accessible way canfamiliarize yourself with the meeting between the city and the sea.

Reflektionsgrupperna har nu under några år varit ett obligatoriskt moment av socionomutbildningen på Malmö högskola. Detta är dock den första utvärderingen som har gjorts. Uppsatsens syfte är att få fram studenternas bild av reflektionsgrupperna efter att de slutfört de tre terminerna. Deras svar används i samband med bland annat gruppteori, symbolisk interaktionism och begreppet reflekterande praktiker för att få en tydlig bild på vad som är bra och dåligt med reflektionsgrupperna. Det som studenterna anser som positivt är att det finns ett forum för reflektion oc det som anses som negativt är bland annat att de är ostrukturerade och inte uppfyller deras förväntningar.

The proportion of elderly people in Sweden is increasing. Many of these live at home and as their age increases so does the likelihood of health problems and the need for support, medical attention and care. Personnel working with home help provide a large part of this care, including areas of home-based care that are the responsibility of the district nurse. The purpose of this paper is to describe how home-help personnel perceive their work in the area of home-based care, as their views are an important factor in the ability to provide a care system that funktions successfully. The method employed here is phenomenografic and nine subjects from a home-help group have been interviewed.

The swedish education system in general and the swedish gymnasium in particular is at the point of a thorough reform of the guidelines in education. One major difference given in the guidelines is that the former core subject of arts education is abandoned in favour of making history a mandatory class. This despite the curriculum outlined in 1994 remains. Through comparativ text analysis of the documents and reports outlining this reform and defining the curriculum as well as the guidelines for the education system this study aims to point out the reasons for this change. Through in depth interviews with teachers, educators and authorities in addition to readings of contemporary research on arts in education the study will depict a larger picture of the scheme of things.

Subject: This paper is about Brand Extension and if the process differs when a company extends its brand from a service to a product in comparison to an extension from a product to a product. As an example we have analyzed the mobile phone business and the mobile phone operators who launch their private branded mobile phonesPurpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze how companies use brand extension from service to product as a part of their brand extension strategy.Method: A literature study was done in the brand extension area, but also in the area of brands to have a deeper understanding for the subject. A qualitative study with interviews was combined with a quantitative survey study. On the basis of the theories we could analyze the collected data and fulfill the papers purpose. Results: Important features and differences in services and products were identified and the importance of a strong brand identity before an extension.

Energy efficiency is today more important than ever, mainly due to the high energy prices and the approaching climate changes. Heating of buildings is an essential area within energy efficiency. Many buildings are old and were built at a time when the energy prices were low and the term ?energy efficiency? was unheard of. By applying today?s broad range of energy saving actions on these old, and thereby often, heating ineffective buildings, this area has a large potential in reducing energy consumption and costs.Churches and chapels are generally old buildings with, in many cases, ineffective heating systems and therefore consume much more energy than needed.

Arkitektkontoret Sweco Architects i Göteborg har tagit fram ett förslag för ett bostadsområde i Varberg, där Varbergs kommun var beställare. De föreslog att ett eget områdesförslag skulle tas fram i Revit Architecture utifrån de planbestämmelser som gäller i området. Som en fördjupning i detta arbete valdes att även studera arbetsprocessen i programmet samt hur denna process kan tidsoptimeras. Ett problem idag är att en sådan process kan vara tidskrävande och ineffektiv. Syftet med detta arbete var att finna idéer på hur processen kan effektiviseras och att utveckla kunskaperna om Revit.Som en inledning modellerades hur området ser ut idag i Revit utifrån en ritning skapad i AutoCAD.
