Detta examensarbete är en undersökning om elevers syn på sina egna bilder och vad somhänder med den när bilderna presenteras i en utställning.Syftet med studien är att undersöka på vilket vis en utställning av elevers bilder kan habetydelse för hur eleverna reflekterar över sitt arbete och på så vis även ha betydelse förlärprocessen.Frågan som undersökts lyder ?Vilken betydelse kan visuell och rumslig presentation avelevers bilder ha för hur de själva värderar och reflekterar över bilderna??Undersökningen har gjorts på en gymnasieskola med två klasser i kursen estetiskkommunikation. Eleverna har fått gestalta bilder och efter arbetet intervjuats om vad detyckte om bilderna. Bilderna presenterades för eleverna på nytt i form av en utställning ochnya observationer och samtal gjordes för att ta reda på vad eleverna tyckte om bildernaunder utställningen.Undersökningsmaterialet har analyserats genom att jämföra hur eleverna värderar ochreflekterar över sina bilder innan och efter utställningen, för att kunna få syn på vilkenbetydelse den visuella och rumsliga presentationen kan ha.Som blivande pedagog känns det viktigt att få en fördjupad förståelse för hurpresentationen av elevers bilder kan ses som en tillgång i bildundervisningen.Tolkning och resultat har prövats med hjälp av olika teorier såväl pedagogiska filosofersom designteorier och forskning om vad utställandet gör med bilden.Jag använder mig av gestaltande metoder under arbetets gång i formandet avutställningen som presenteras för eleverna. Gestaltningen består av en sammansättning av58 elevers bilder som satts ihop i tre bilder och ramats in, och ett bildspel som visar varjebild var för sig.

Denna uppsats behandlar frågan om kolliderande standardavtal, internationellt benämnt battle of the forms. Problematiken grundas i att två parter i en avtalsförhandling har tillsänt varandra olika standardavtal med motstridiga villkor. Tvist uppkommer sedan oftast när parterna börjat prestera eller till och med fullbordat avtalet. Frågan uppkommer då vilka villkor som skall gälla samt hur denna problematik bör lösas. Eftersom problematiken är sparsamt utredd i svensk rätt har vi valt att studera tre nationella och tre internationella rättskällor och regelverk för att söka ledning i frågan.

The object of this study has been to establish whether there is a correlation between a teachers efforts in presenting, working with and creating a connection to ?real life? when working with fictional texts. A further hypothesis is that presentation, realization and the follow up activities has a correspondence to how well the goals for the lesson are achieved. In order to achieve the presented objects the methods of observation and interview are chosen. Firstly classroom observations are made and subsequently interviews with teachers that struggle with these questions on a regular basis are conducted.

AbstractThe author Selma Lagerlöf was born in 1858 at Mårbacka, in Värmland and died in 1940. Fifty years after Selma´s death were her correspondence released and ten thousand of letters were found in the collection. But it was just the correspondence between Selma and Sofie Elkan who interested people because they wanted to know if Selma and Sofie have had a sexual relationship. Later, in time for Christmas 2008 the Swedish Television shows a film about Selma. "Selma Lagerlöf Society" was critical to the movie and thougt that the movie focused too much on Selma`s sexual orientation.

Samhällsgeografiskt miljöcentrum (Spatial Modelling Centre), SMC, bedriver forskning och utveckling av datorbaserade geografiska modeller. Syftet är att stödja uppdragsgivaren, Kulturgeografiska institutionen vid Umeå universitet, och andra med dessa verktyg. Med hjälp av den egenutvecklade modellen SVERIGE kan man göra experiment i full skala med en syntetisk population som motsvarar hela Sveriges befolkning. Detta examensarbetes syfte var att ta fram möjlighet till geografisk presentation för den grafiska klienten till SVERIGE. Detta som ett komplement till de tabeller som genereras vid körningar av modellen.

SammanfattningAntalet personer som önskar vård i livets slut i hemmet har ökat i Sverige, vilket innebär att hemsjukvården och palliativa teamen fått en alltmer betydande roll. Närstående blir ofta automatiskt involverade i vården av sin närstående. Syftet med studien var att beskriva närståendes upplevelser och förväntningar vid första besöket med palliativa teamet i hemmet. Studien var en kvalitativ intervjustudie med beskrivande design. Metoden som valdes var semistrukturerade intervjuer från åtta närstående, en kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys användes för att bearbeta insamlad data.

Today's labor market is characterized by flexibility. This applies to organizations, forms of employment and working time. Unregulated working time is such an adaptation and the main subject of this essay. The purpose of this study was to investigate the conditions that underpin unregulated working time, in relation to the Swedish legislation and to EU legislation. The intention has been to investigate the work environment impacts of unregulated working time, and what differences there are from a gender perspective.The conclusion is that workers who enter into agreements for unregulated working time have significantly different terms from traditional workers.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Swedish Match's marketing strategy of product category snuff, through a special exposure. As computerized communication and the Internet have evolved, the possibility to express and affirm one?s identity in new ways has also been created. Facebook, which has taken a leading role among the social fora on the Internet and succeeded worldwide, is my choice of study due to the number of people that actively choose to present themselves on it. The purpose of this thesis is to study the identity construction on Facebook through the activities a member partakes in, as well as how the presentation of oneself is written and if it is a result of a self-reflective process of the individual.The rationale for the qualitative study has been personal interviews in order to get an insight into how the individuals use and present themselves on Facebook and - in the interaction with others ? how they construct their own identity. My hypothesis has been that we, in the interaction with others, have a great possibility to create and understand our own identities. The study results show that identity formation is a constant process and that it is indeed a self-reflective project.

System Andersson AB is a company located in Jönköping that works with developing computer systems for the mechanical engineering industry. As of today, when this report is written, the company is working on the development of a new Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) system. This new system aims to create not only a user friendly interface but also a modern, stylish interface. To achieve this, the company has decided to work with a, for them, new application framework; Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).System Andersson is well known for developing systems for different kinds of touch screens, this project is no exception. For this new user interface the company wishes to implement different types of Drag&Drop functionality.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how teachers work with basic mathematics combined with aesthestic learning processes such as arts and music in grades F-1. The essay will compare teachers? perceptions regarding aestethic learning processes when using art and music are used in the teaching of mathematics. We have used the following questions:Do teachers use aesthetic learning processes in the forms of arts and music in the basic teaching of mathematics and if so, how and in what way?What importance has aesthetic learning processes in the forms of arts and music in basic teaching of mathematics according to the teachers?What advantages and disadvantages do the teachers find with combinding the basic mathematics with arts and music?The study is based on a qualitative method with five interviews and eight observations.

This is a qualitative study about Art transformation and commodification in the digital age. The study applies a rhetoric analysis with the aim to understand how art sellers, gallery owners and entrepreneurs take part in this transformation process through their websites? presentation texts ?about us?. The analysis is related to communication theories but it is also inspired by other theories such as Gramsci?s hegemony theory and Bourdieu?s cultural critical theory.

With the curriculum Lpfö98, and its revised version 2010, the demands for evaluation of the quality of the preschool have been emphasized. Accordingly, the activities need to be systematically documented, followed up and assessed, to be improved. Most importantly, this includes continuous follow up, documentation and analysis of the development and learning of the children. This is usually carried out by means of pedagogical documentation, but how this working tool should be used in practice is not totally clear for all pedagogues. The aim of this study was therefore to investigate how pedagogical documentation is performed, assessed and made accessible for the children, parents and staff-members, in practical preschool work.In the study, four pedagogues (two preschool teachers and two pedagogical mentors), working in two different preschools where the Reggio Emilia concept is practiced for pedagogical documentation, were interviewed using a semi-structured questionnaire.The informants described pedagogical documentation as a complex and time-consuming working tool, albeit necessary and helpful to fulfill the requirements of the curriculum.

Education in information seeking is often traditional and focused on technology. When it comes to this sort of education, research proves it is unusual to pay attention to the interaction between students. My intention has been to examine if it is possible to pay attention to the interaction between students, in order to create more and better situations of learning. The issues in this work are about describing the students? interaction.
