Det här examensarbetet handlar om problematiken iarbetet med omdömen och framför allt i arbetet med den summativa och den formativa bedömningens -även kallade bedömning av lärande respektive bedömning för lärande? implementering under lärandeprocessen. Det handlar också om att de krav som sfi-lärarna och sfi-eleverna har på sig att uppfylla kunskapsmålen kan betraktas som grunden till problematiseringen. Syftet har varit att försöka belysa hur samspelet mellan dessa två bedömningsformer ser ut ur lärarnas och elevernas perspektiv i klassrummet genom att fokusera på hur de implementeras, används och uppfattas av både lärare och elever och hur det påverkar deras relation till varandra. Resultatet visar att det fortfarande finns att göra för att implementera ett samspel mellan båda bedömningsformerna och att det trots allt finns en viss medvetenhet om vart man är på väg att bedöma efter lärarnas agerande. Vidare verkar det vara relativt svårt att få eleverna att inse att det inte bara gäller att skriva det nationella provet och att det är en lärandeprocess.Det finns en viss brist på samsyn bland lärarna i frågan trots kollegiala satsningar på samförståelse. Litteraturen förstärker känslan av att arbetet med båda bedömningsformerna ger positiva effekter vilket arbetet delvis ger belägg för, åtminstone inom den aktuella skolan. Det går egentligen inte att dra generella slutsatser på grund av att undersökningen bara genomfördes i en skola och därför föreslås någon typ av vidare forskning i området med andra variabler och större antal informanter..

Mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones are quite common in this day. The author of this thesis wanted to know how common these mobile devices are in the building industry and how they are used and what potential an app could have. The author thus conducted an investigation on this matter, mainly in the form of interviews.Answers given by the interviews were then used as a basis to survey the usage of mobile devices and the usage of different kinds of apps. An investigation of different apps with the potential to be used by professionals in the building industry has been carried through. Apps which manage such things as scanning documents, measuring distances and handle communication.

The examination is focusing on the person who is working in the supervising position in a company. Two different case studies performed with qualitative interviews. One case study is in the service industry and the other case study is in the manufacture industry. The aim with this study is to bring greater understanding to the eventual problems of identity that a supervisor canexperience because of his/her working position boarder between groups. This considering three roles of the supervisor; one role as asupervisor, one role as a colleague and one role as a friend.

The purpose of this study has been to examine whether the bottom fauna of the stream Stensjöån, has been negatively influenced since the harvesting of peat began on the nearby peat moss Skäftesmyr or not. Comparison has been made with the results of index calculations from earlier examinations in the stream, two calculated indexes has been made, Danish fauna index and ASPT-index. The sampling was made with the kick sampling method, SS-EN 27 828. Three locations were chosen for the examination, one upstream from the peat moss, one just downstream from where the brook from the peat moss joins Stensjöån and a third location near the outlet of the stream to the lake Stensjön. The samples were sorted and the found animals identified to the taxonomic level required for the calculation of the two indexes.

The aim of this paper is to examine how mid-level executive officers within Swedish Police respond to subordinates autonomous behaviour, mainly according to Lipsky´s theory on street-level bureaucracy. An individual´s health is an important quality and asset to the individual, as well as to organizations and communities. The health of a human being is affected by the whole life situation, where the work place forms a significant part. The work place is an arena that can contribute to creating ill-health. In the light of increasing work- related ill-health in our society, it is important today to work with health-promoting initiatives in order to improve the well-being of people. It is advisable that an appointed key person at the work place works with health-promoting efforts.

We wanted to study if and how students become motivated and stimulated towards a permanent interest for regular physical activity, from a pedagogical perspective. Our goal was to examine how physical education teachers create motivation for the students and how you, as a physical education teacher, can motivate those students who are physically inactive due to obesity or other various kinds of problems. In the theoretical background, we have made a summary of sports and development of the physical education subject over the years. We also describe society´s perspective on public health. The motivation concept is definded and we explain different motivational theories.

Issues related to knowledge assessment and its consequences for both the individual and the entire school system are topical in today's school debate. The mere fact that didactic issues that focus on assessment are discussed actively not only in scholastic environments but even in media and other communities is further proof that knowledge assessment is an important and complex phenomenon in our lives.The subject that I have chosen to look into is about how the work with assessment issues is handled in Swedish as well as Russian elementary school's early years. The goal with this study is to see how my studies have been conducted with a qualitative approach by which I collected qualitative information in the form of documents, papers and interviews. To make the approach even more appropriate for my area of research, I have chosen to merge two qualitative research methods. The first is a qualitative content analysis which analyses the governing documents.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur lärare uppfattar sitt arbete med bedömning inför utvecklingssamtal och betygsättning samt vilka former av bedömning som de anser att de arbetar med. Syftet var också att se om det fanns någon skillnad i lärarnas uppfattning kring sitt arbete inför utvecklingssamtal och betygsättning. Metoden som använts för att ge svar på studiens syfte och frågeställningar är kvalitativa intervjuer. Tre kvalitativa intervjuer har genomförts med lärare som arbetar i grundskolan. Den empiri som framkommit ur dessa intervjuer har sedan legat till grund för resultatet i studien.Studiens resultat visar att lärarna använder sig av både formativa- och summativa former av bedömning i sitt arbete och att det sker på många olika sätt.

Influences from military theory are a part of the development of military doctrines. This thesis has, by using a method with three different dichotomies, traced and classified influences from William S Lind?s theories regarding manoeuvre warfare in the Swedish military doctrine, for land operations. The purpose has been to discuss the connection between military theory and how the Swedish doctrine for land operations (DMarkO) has been formulated. The comprehensive goal in this study was to examine important factors in an introduction of a new machine team. The aim was to identify what elements should be part of an introduction program for new machine team. The examination was done together with Stora Enso Skog. A new machine team and their supervisors where analyzed during a six month period. The evaluation was done with open interviews of the team members and their supervisors. The main question was what should be included in an introduction program to develop a successful machine team as effective as possible? Interviews of the new team and analyses gave good indications how the procedure should be done.

I detta arbete undersöker vi vilka bedömningsmetoder och arbetssätt som används i de naturvetenskapliga ämnena i årskurserna F-6. Vi undersöker även om det finns några skillnader och likheter i bedömningen och arbetssätten mellan årskurserna F-3 och 4-6 och vilka dessa är. Arbetet grundar sig på enkäter som lärare i årskurserna F-6 har besvarat. Utgångspunkten för arbetet är ett formativt synsätt. Efter att vi läst den nationella utvärderingen som Skolverket (2007) genomförde så fick vi en syn på att man bör arbeta formativt i skolan.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the debate in library journals and in official reports on the subject of library education in Sweden. We focus on two periods: the period just before the year 1972 ? when the library education was transformed into being occupationally-oriented and the period just before the year 1993, when the library education was transformed into being ?academised?. This Master?s thesis shows that the debate and the arguments among initiated people in the library world have had some impact on how the library education was transformed later on.
