I denna uppsats har jag valt att skriva om unga kvinnors tankar kring karriär, familjeliv och identitet. Dessa ämnen är saker som jag tror att de flesta upplever eller har upplevt att det finns många tankar och frågor kring, och jag vill genom min studie ge dessa kvinnors bild av hur man får livspusslet att gå ihop och hur tankar kring identitet, karriär och familjeliv kring detta kan se ut. Jag kommer att skriva om detta utifrån två synsätt, dels från det individuella planet, där jag utgår från mina intervjuer och berättar om mina informanters tankar, dels ur ett bredare perspektiv där jag sätter informanternas berättelser i ett större samanhang, men fokus på unga människors situation i Sverige..

The purpose of this essay was to study how surroundings form young peoples gender and where gender patterns are maintained. This was done by interviewing 12 students from two advanced classes at a comprehensive school in a small town in the southern parts of Sweden. The students where divided into four groups. Two groups with three boys in each, and two groups with three girls in each. We used R.W.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka personers upplevelser av att ha varit tvångsomhändertagna enligt LVU som barn. Detta har genomförts med en kvalitativ ansats där fyra kvinnor intervjuades med stöd av en utarbetad intervjuguide. Denna täckte frågeområdena bemötande, skolgång, relationer och identitetsskapande. Resultaten tolkades utifrån livsmodellen, som är en del av den ekologiska systemteorin, samt utifrån kognitiv teori. De mest framträdande resultaten var att informanterna sällan känt sig hörda i utrednings- eller beslutssammanhang vilket medförde att deras åsikter sällan tagits i beaktande.

The main objective of the essay is to define the meaning of the termgovernance network on the basis of democratic values ? both normative andimperial - with the aim to analyse the prospects to develop an effective anddemocratic governance. Moldova is one of Europe?s poorest countries with a struggling business environment and an unpredictable political situation. The purpose of this thesis is to understand the implications of corruptions and why networks have come to play a key role in the Moldovan culture and if the formations of network are due to heritage or an effect of functionalism. The focus of the study is also to explain how the networks develop and the formation and maintenance of loyalty and trust among the members of the network. The study is of a qualitative nature that uses a key informant sampling method to get access to members of different business networks.

This essay examines the debate that arose in connection to the sale of Carl Larsson?s monumental painting Midvinterblot in 1987. My main purpose is to examine which meanings the debaters ascribed Midvinterblot and in which way the debate influenced the paintings significance as cultural heritage. I will therefore argue that the debate initiated a renegotitation of the paintings meaning as cultural heritage. In the debate the debaters emphasized the National Museum?s responsibility over cultural heritage, Midvinterblots aestethic, the paintings economic value and its national implications.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka om DN:s och SVT:s medierapportering kring den väpnade konflikten som ägde rum mellan Georgien och Ryssland över utbrytarregionerna Abchazien och Sydossetien i augusti 2008, har uppfyllt de krav på mångsidighet och objektivitet som förväntas av svenska medier utifrån de åtagangen som medierna har tagit. Vår studie baseras på kvalitativa metoder i form av en kritisk diskursanalys av fem artiklar i DN och fem nyhetsinslag från SVT:s Aktuellt utifrån mistankens hermeneutik. Våra analyser visade att medierapportering har i många fall inte uppfyllt de krav på mångsidighet som exempelvis SVT åläggs att förmedla genom Tillståndet att sända television. Även DN har i många fall utmålat Ryssland som den enda parten ansvarig för konflikten och dess resultat. Individen har i den här frågan inte fått all den in formation som behövs för att själv skapa sig en egen uppfattning om konflikten..

Children who are exposed to crime are a delicate issue. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze children's narratives in the juridical process. Our primary questions focused on how adults could help children to express their experiences and what kind of elements imposed the narrative. How is the narrative structured? How does the court evaluate children's testimonies? What increases the credibility of a child's testimony? Our theoretical standpoints are derived from: the narrative perspective, theory of communication, and theory of evaluation.

Det har varit upp till enskilda konstruktörer att dimensionera utifrån metoder angivna ur ?Svenska Betongföreningens rapport nr 13?.

This thesis has the overall objective to develop the optimum sealing system between the retarder and transmission. Today, there is a pressure-relief and two radial seals separation between the retarder and transmission. It has been found that carbon residue formation may occur between retarder axle and seal lips with, in some cases, leakage as a result.We have in this thesis tried to explain the phenomenon of carbon residue, how it is formed and why it can be seen just on the seals? A rig test was conducted where we show how friction, speed, transmission temperature and mitigation phases of the retarder affects temperatures in the sealing environment. Factors affecting the coke structure are reported, together with proposals for measures that provide a mitigating seal environment.

Jag argumenterar för att man inte kan förstå ?barnet? som sådant som mer än en diskursiv formation. Genom att analysera nyhetsfotografier och intervjuer med förskolepedagoger visar jag hur barnen de berättar om, beroende på i vilket sammanhang och till vilken geografisk plats det lokaliseras till, konstrueras olika som subjekt. De barn som knyts till bekönade platser som privata hem, förskola och vård befinner sig oftast inom välfärdens Sverige och kan tolkas som ?trygga?.

The Afghan war post 9/11 has become the source of multiple case studies. Recent studies suggest that variations in domestic support for deployment of troops in Afghanistan can be explained by means of the strategic narratives provided by the policymakers of the contributing state; a strong consistent narrative increases public support. Scholars recognize a Swedish catch-all narrative, which suggests weakens the narrative, thus raising the uncertainty among the public. This thesis investigates the projection of Swedish strategic narrative through elite Swedish newspapers. The content analysis reveals an inconsistency between the policymaker?s formation of the strategic narrative and the narrative projected by individual newspapers.

Denna studie syftar till att fördjupa förståelsen för skolsituationen hos elever i behov utav särskilt stöd, de elever som utgör diskussion i elevhälsoteam samt de elever som har någon form av diagnos. Studien antar en kvalitativ forskningsansats. Skolsituationen hos elever i behov utav särskilt stöd undersöks utifrån ett lärarperspektiv. Resultaten visar att elevernas identitetsskapande kännetecknas av individualitet. Centrala aspekter av elevernas identitetsskapande är vilken typ av svårigheter som eleven har och vilket stöd eleven får.
