The aim of this essay is to examine what happens when Veronica Roths Divergent-trilogy is read with a lutheran theological pre-understanding. Using reader-response theory and lutheran theology written for and in a post-modern context, three lutheran figures of thought are presented as one way of understanding the trilogy. The conclusion is that it is possible to reveal lutheran ideas concerning justification, guilt, forgiveness, mercy and self-sacrificing love in the Divergent-story. .

The purpose of this project was to develop an interactive toy concept. A toy capable of reacting and expressing emotions like happiness, sadness, anger or love. And capable of developing its character with use.The initial questions was, how do I create interest, understanding and affection between a digital product and its user? How should the interaction be made?During the course of the project the search has mainly been for something that does not base its shape and interaction on likeness. Forexample likeness to humans or pets.I have created a toy concept called iio.

What is it that makes an audience love a character? Through comparative analysis and anevolutionary perspective, I have examined the relationship between the viewer ? the human ?and three popular characters: Shakespeare?s Bottom and Puck from A Midsummer Night?sDream and Dag-Otto Flink, the most popular character from Vallarnas friluftsteater inFalkenberg, Sweden. In what way do they attract us? Why do they attract us? The aim of thecomparative analysis between the characters was to reveal enough similarities for defining allthree as the same character type: the fool. Syftet med arbetet är att se hur kärlek skildras i barnlitteratur, för att ha det som utgångspunkt för diskussion om kärlek i skolan.Jag valde att studera litteratur som definierar barnlitteraturen och beskriver dess historia. Den tidigare forskning som jag hittat inom det valda området, har jag varit i form av faktaböcker för barn. I litteraturgenomgången tar jag även upp olika metoder för boksamtal, där alla får möjligheten att våga uttrycka sig. För själva undersökningen valde jag att analysera barnböcker utifrån kriterierna att de skulle passa till elever i skolår fyra till sex och vara moderna så att eleverna lättare kan relatera till dem. Böckerna handlar huvudsakligen om kärlek men jag avgränsade mig ifrån sexuellt innehåll.Resultatet visar på att barnlitteraturen är användbar i boksamtal om kärlek.
