Marketing in a business-to-business environment differs from its counterpart in the business-to-consumer market. Where the latter focuses on customer satisfaction, the former is all about value. This value creates loyalty between seller and buyer. Creating loyalty is becoming more and more important in the media planning industry as fierce competition reduces profit margins. Value is created through selling what a client wants at an acceptable price.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the democratization process in Kurdistan on the basis of consolidation democracy with focus on arenas defined by Linz and Stepan (1997), namely economic, political, legal, civil society and arenas of state bureaucracy. Furthermore, I intend to explain Kurdistan?s road toward democratization in Kurdistan from 1991 until today, with a focus on the years 2003-2012. The main results are that Kurdistan has developed conditions that support a future consolidation of democracy. However, there are weaknesses in the economic situation, rule of law and the arena of bureaucracy.

In order to suggest improvements for the logistics of STARKA, we felt that we had to analyze all the activities which were related to STARKA's logistic processes. Our primary analysis consisted of a rough but comprehensive description of different functions in the company, and the relationship between them. This was performed by following a typical order through the company to see which functions were affected by the order.Since we needed a more thorough view of the company, we decided to analyze the different products STARKA currently has on the market, focusing on economic data such as turn-over, profit, profit margin, deficiency cost and cost of warehousing. We also analyzed the company's choice of manufacturing processes, organization, warehousing processes, strengths and weaknesses.These analyses gave us a clear understanding of the company and its processes. STARKA is a small, function oriented company with a wide range of products.

This study has investigated what makes a business relation satisfactory. The purpose is to distinguish the factors that are relevant to a functioning cooperation relationship between sawmills and DIY-stores. The theoretical framework is primarily based on long-term business relationships. The study is based on two case companies and their relations with wood-suppliers. - Case company 1 is a relatively new established and still growing company.

The purpose of this report is to investigate teachers views of whether pupils with Asperger Syndrome, autistic symptoms or ADHD shall go in ordinary classes or special groups. The study tells you about what difficulties these pupils often have, what adjustments they need in their schoolsituation and the positive and negative effects of joining a special group.A teacher for special needs, two teachers in special groups and two teachers in ordinary classes have been intervjued and earlier made researches have been studied.The conclusions of this study are that the decision of whether a pupil shall go in a normal class or a special group must be made individually. Most pupils who are capable to profit from the training in a normal class and pass their examination, shall go in a normal class. The greater part of the recommended adjustments are possible to do in a normal class. But it requires more resourses and teachers with better knowledges about theese handicaps..

Resultatet visar att stora organisationer i Sverige är väl medvetna om vikten av goda medierelationer och hur de byggs och förvaltas. De använder dessutom tillgängliga verktyg vid mediekontakter på rätt sätt vilket ökar chanserna till en rättvis eller till och med fördelaktig spegling av organisationen i media. Studien visar att direktkontakt med journalister och att informationsfunktionen har en central roll i organisationens mediearbete är av högsta betydelse för att lyckas med medierelationer. Undersökningen bevisar dessutom att ett aktivt och strategiskt mediearbete kan påverka en organisations mediebild..

Finns det en spänning mellan CD & E och tidigare arbeten med OMF, eller stödjer de olika delar av utvecklingen? From an investigation by Finansinspektionen and KTH (2009) it is apparent that financial advisors and their clients develop relations, believing that they understand each other, while in fact, they do not. The media tends to notice the conflict of interests between advisors and retirement annuity clients. The aim of this study is to create a greater understanding as to why misunderstandings occur between advisors and clients. This will be accomplished by a quality study of how advisors and trade unions assess how the relationship functions. The theoretical part consists of theories concerning relations and uncertainty.

Elevdokumentationen i skolan är omfattande, bland annat genom att individuella utvecklingsplaner för skolans samtliga elever skrivs och för elever i behov av särskilt stöd ska ett åtgärdsprogram upprättas. I denna studie problematiseras texter i åtgärdsprogram.Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och få en fördjupad förståelse av hur beteenderelaterade problem beskrivs i form av texter i åtgärdsprogram för flickor respektive pojkar och vilka pedagogiska åtgärder som föreslås på de olika nivåerna organisations-, grupp- och individnivå.För att undersöka fältet används den kvalitativa metoden och textanalys som metodansats. I studien ingår 18 åtgärdsprogram för årskurs 6-9 i tre olika kommuner vid tre kommunala skolor.Studiens resultat visar att det teoretiska perspektiv som dominerar inom problembeskrivningarna är det kategoriska, där individen ses som bärare av problemen. Något som även tidigare forskning har visat. De pedagogiska åtgärder som föreslås i åtgärdsprogrammen beskrivs i huvudsak på individnivå, även detta ligger i linje med andra studiers resultat.

This report treats whether it is viable to invest in solar heating to heat the therapy pool at Östersunds Rehabcentrum. The rehab center is owned by the county council of Jämtland and is located on Solliden in Östersund city. The solar heating where supposed to be a complement to the district heating that was heating the pool in the current situation. Later, it however showed that this was not the case. The pool is currently being heated by a radiator circuit that is being heated by the district heating.
