Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och förklara hur Fisksätra Folkets hus styrs med ett interimistiskt ledarskap. Den ska även belysa vilka konsekvenser som kan uppstå när en organisation styrs av ett interimistiskt ledarskap.Studien besvarar tre olika frågeställningar: "Hur har det tillfälliga ledarskapet påverkat organisationen samt relationen mellan ledaren och medarbetarna?" "Hur upplever den tillfälliga ledaren i Fisksätra folketshus, sin tillfälliga position, samt hur upplever medarbetarna i organisationen det tillfälliga ledarskapet?" och " Vilka egenskaper, utifrån den tillsatta ledarens och medarbetarnas egna erfarenheter, uppfattas vara viktiga i ett tillfälligt ledarskaps position och hur bör hon utöva dessa egenskaper?Undersökningen genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats. Studien använde sig av semi-strukturerade intervjuer på samtliga anställda i Fisksätra Folkets Hus. Intervjuerna sammanställdes och utifrån den samlade empirin kunde vi tolka och dra slutsatser kring frågeställningarna.

The park at Djäkneberget and its surroundings is a beloved area in the city of Västerås. The area is one of the most popular sites for outdoor life and recreation of all sorts and it attracts different kind of people at different times during the day. The park includes a pond-system where protected species of frog and toad live and breed. These animals have been the objects for many discussions concerning whether to explore the closeby areas or not. The prospected area is situated just next to one of the main ponds and consists of valuable foundationwalls were experts predict that the frogs and toads spend the winter. The municipality has now decided to restore this area to parkland. Because of the areas fascinating history I have chosen to do some research and give a short resume about it. For example are the existing park of Djäkneberget and its founder described together with a short description of the watersystem with the watertower that is situated in the area.

Föreliggande uppsats är en gestaltningsstudie, frågan är om och hur de offentliga värdeprinciperna gestaltas i medias nyhetsförmedling gällande Migrationsverket. Vår undran är om det svenska folkets låga förtroende för myndigheten till viss del kan förklaras av hur värdeprinciperna gestaltas i media. Styrande för uppsatsen är regeringsuppdraget angående offentligt etos samt gestaltningsteori. Vald metod är innehållsanalys och materialet utgörs av två av Sveriges mest besökta tidningar på internet, Dagens Nyheter & Aftonbladet. Resultatet av studien visar att värdeprinciperna till viss del gestaltas i media.

The purpose of this BA-study is to analyse articles about blood selling and blood donations in the Chinese daily newspaper People?s Daily between 1985 and 1998.With publications of popular scientific material, reports from rallies and portraits of blood donating ?heroes? etc., the People?s Daily, i.e. the Chinese Com­mu­nist Party, actively addresses the underlying cultural reluctance to give blood by different means. People?s Daily and the CCP resolutely aims to transform negative Confucian and other traditional notions of losing blood into represen­tations of courage, honour, duty, etc.

There are plenty of exciting changes being developed in Tre Högar´s Park, which is located in the district of Linero, eastern Lund. A project group representing Linero If, Lugi Tennis and Linero/Östra Torn Health centre, has been created and is responsible for managing a development project of the Park. Their main focus is to create sports, exercise, health-promotion, health-care, recreation and rehabilitation facilities. They view the park area as having great potential and will transform it into a purpose built park for Health and Exercise. There are various authorities involved with and engaged in the scheme; aside from the project group, the municipality of Lund, The sport association of the handicapped and local schools are being consulted.

The purpose of this master dissertation is to show an example of how to renovate three different parks in an area of national interest in Höganäs, Sweden aiming to deal with their heritage value as well as making them attractive to today?s user. The question formulation can be described as following: How can i as a landscape architect renovate parks with different characters conserving their existing qualities. By studying and documenting the park´s history and current usage and using methods of evaluating a park?s heritage value ( Kulturhistorisk värdering av bebyggelse, Unnerbäck 2002) i could conclude which qualities to conserve and suggest and motivate what features to add or renovate.

To perform a historical record of Beijers Park's development to date is about securing the tracks back in time. The historical record about the park tells not only the history of the park but the city, district, local residents and art of gardening. As the historical story is documented the necessary base for establishment of any care plans in the future and the base for cultural and historical value the park is made. Beijers park can in such work be treated alone or as part of the context of parks that were built during the same era in Malmö's history.Beijers park origin from the era of the late 1800s, when the entire green structure in Malmö changed. The park area today covers 12 hectares and is located in the district Kirseberg.

There are mainly two ways to transform the design of an existing park. You could either make a replanning of the park, an act that changes the design and the plant material in one swoop. Or you could use the management to change the expression of the park. To be able to develop the parks with the help of management, some form of goal is needed, that can make the management of the park strive towards an expression for the whole park as well as its individual parts. Among the documented goals, for individual parks and park management, which exist in the municipalities today, there seems to be a weak link between the all-embracing goals and the management that is carried out in the parks.

Denna uppsats handlar om hur en andratidning försöker överleva i ett medieklimat där ägarkoncentration och marknadskrafter är något som karakteriserar dagspressen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att se vilka strategier den lokala andratidningen Folket, som ägs av Eskilstuna Kuriren-koncernen, använder sig av för att överleva. Uppsatsen syftar också till att undersöka huruvida det är möjligt för Folket att konkurrera om nyheterna med Eskilstuna Kuriren när de måste hålla sig inom andra ekonomiska ramar eller om Folket försöker fungera som ett komplement till Eskilstuna Kuriren. Slutligen avser uppsatsen att undersöka redaktionskulturen på Folket. Frågeställningarna jag vill ha svar på är hur Folkets redaktionskultur ser ut, hur och på vilket sätt Folket konkurrerar med, eller kompletterar, Eskilstuna Kuriren samt vilka strategier Folket använder sig av för att överleva.

The aim of this research is to find out what environmental impact a wave power park has on the Swedish west coast by creating a consultation paper (?Samrådsunderlag?) for the Lysekilproject at Uppsala University. To highlight the complexity of the problem a system analytic approach was used and illustrated by a Causal Loop Diagram.The overall assessment of the Lysekilprojects wave power park at the Swedish west coast is that it will have a low impact on the environment. This is due to the relative small size of the wave power park and some technical solutions made with the environmental aspect in mind. Artificial reefs and a sanctuary for marine species are effects created by the wave power park and in the longer term the impact will give access to an untapped source of renewable energy, wave energy.

Dess mål var att förvandla världens sista hinduiska kungadöme till en republik, ett mål som nu blivit verklighet.Ansvarig för kriget är den nepalesiska maoistiska rörelsen och frågan som behandlas i denna uppsats är varför dessa maoister vann folkets stöd och inte den neoliberala staten.Detta sker i form av en fallstudie vars främsta uppgift är att syna rörelsens sociala framing samt landets politiska, sociala och ekonomiska situation..

The landscape is a great asset for Göteborg as a city and places in the landscape are much used by the public. This diploma work deals with the question of how nature in Göteborg can become more accessible and how a place in it can be supplemented with new landscape elements. It is a proposal for a new urban park at Björlanda peninsula in the western part of Hisingen, Göteborg, which today belongs to the Swedish Armed Forces and is a part of the Nature-2000 area "Nordre älvs estuarium". The reason for choosing this place is that it is the only area around the costal area in Göteborg that has not been built on and that it contains a very varied landscape. The proposal is presented as three different broschures, dated 10-20 years ahead: A map of a possible system of urban parks including a detail of such a park, Västra Hisingen (the western parts of Hisingen) The idea with a system of urban parks is to make the landscape generally more accessible and maybe open it for people that do not use it today. Fisksätra has a historical background that goes back to the battle between Russia and Sweden that took place in 1719. This battle is known as "Slaget vid Stäket". Today there are plans to develop Fisksätra as a tourist destination where focus lays on the historic factor of the battlefield that took place there. As of this a project called the HAMN project has started to try to develop a new experience park at this destination unlike any other.The aim of this essay has been to study how much potential this experience park has to become a popular tourist destination in the future, while looking at the potential interest of the foreign tourists. This essay is written as an assignment for Göran Andersson, who is in charge of the tourism department at Södertörns Högskola.
