Background: The Stop rule for buying in property was introduced through 1976 years legislation and its formemost purpose was to prevent companies to acquire property that was useless for the company. Assets such as cars, boats and arts were of current interest. At the same time as this stop rule was introduced, another stop rule was also introduced and this was meant to work to forbid the partner to buy property from the close company to a price that would lead to sell at loss for the company. After a government decision (1999:2000, Abolished Stop rules) the close company is no longer living under this restriction since these two stop rules have been abolished since January 2001. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate which criteria are the basis to judge whether the assets is to consider as useful or not for the close company.

Denna uppsats handlar om den typ av språklig konstruktion som kallasresultativkonstruktion. Målet med uppsatsen är att förklara vad en resultativkonstruktionär, att ge en kort skiss av hur forskningen kring resultativerhar utvecklats, samt att beskriva hur resultativkonstruktionerkommer till uttryck i det svenska språket.Resultativer är konstruktioner där komplementet i verbfrasen uttryckerett resultat av verbhandlingen. Resultativer lämpar sig väl för attbeskrivas i ett konstruktionsgrammatiskt perspektiv. En ledande forskareinom konstruktionsgrammatiken är Adele Goldberg, och hennessätt att beskriva resultativkonstruktionen har varit en viktig utgångspunktför uppsatsen.Ett av de mera intressanta dragen hos resultativkonstruktionerna verkarvara att de skulle kunna ändra valensen för det verb som ingår ikonstruktionen. Det är en egenhet som innebär att man, beroende påvilka tolkningar man gör, kan se det som att dessa konstruktioner inte ärhelt förenliga med vissa delar den grammatiktradition som har sitt ursprungi tranformationsgrammatiken.

When an animal in a critical state arrives at the animal hospital, it is important to know the normal parameters in order to assess the patient?s cardiovascular status. Triage is a process where you considerate the patient?s condition instead of check in time, or other criteria.

Vid torrgranulering av masugnsslagg med roterande disk hälls den smälta varma slaggen i en stråle på den roterande disken. Slaggen slungas sedan radiellt ut åt sidorna från disken och sönderdelas till partiklar. Torrgranuleringen bidrar både till att en värdefull produkt i form av cement kan framställas, samtidigt som energin från den varma slaggen återvinns. I dagsläget finns dock inte tillräcklig kunskap om hur olika processparametrar påverkar sönderdelningen och storleksfördelningen av partiklarna för att kunna tillämpa processen inom industrin. Syftet med projektet var att skapa en experimentell och en numerisk modell av torrgranuleringsprocessen med roterande disk för att undersöka hur olika processparametrar påverkar sönderdelningen och storleksfördelningen på partiklarna, samt att utveckla en bildanalysmetod för att validera den numeriska modellen mot de experimentella resultaten.En experimentell modell av torrgranuleringsprocessen med roterande disk skapades i laboratorieskal och förenklades genom att vatten användes istället för masugnsslagg.

This study was conducted at VikingGenetics' bull breeding station in Falkenberg, Sweden. The bulls waiting for the results of their progeny testing at this station are either kept in group housing or individual housing. Since both of these housing systems have advantages and disadvantages, it was in the interest of VikingGenetics to know which of these housing systems is the best. The aim of this study was to investigate the welfare of the bulls in these two housing systems through behavioural observations and the use of activity monitors. In the preparations for the study 16 bulls, 8 in each housing system, were chosen.

I was assigned to the thesis as part of a project GMA AB (Ground Machinery Applications AB) is running. The project aims to develop a new method for injection of drilled holes in rock walls. Currently, the injections usually involve cement but the basic idea of the project is to replace cement with a supplement called Silica sol.Silica sol is known as a gelling liquid. The gel time is controlled by a mixing of saline. Depending on the amount saline that gets mixed in, the gel time varies.

Background: Since1994, the EU NickelDirective is limiting the release of nickel from objects that are in prolongedcontact with skin. Despite this, nickel is still the most common cause of contactallergy in industrialized countries. This could implicate that other productswith short contact to the skin, which are not restricted by EU´s legislation inREACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicalsubstances), could be a source of nickel or cobalt exposure. There is no limitfor cobalt release within REACH. In this report focus is put on the combustion process at a cement plant. Combustion is the heart of the cement making process and absolutely crucial to have under full control and well optimized. The fuel is put into the process through a burner pipe and this burner pipe is modified to reach a more efficient combustion. The primary target is to enable burning of heterogeneous alternative fuels and increase the production level. Other positive effects from this type of optimization is lowered specific fuel consumption and lowered CO2 emissions. A redundant burner is chosen for the project and overall the project steps are the following: 1. Installing a Jet air nozzle ring in a way so it can move both axially and radially due to temperature changes. 2.

Respiratory disease with airway inflammation as main characteristic is common in the horse. It is a syndrome that is not yet fully understood. The etiology, pathogenesis and classification into different disease states are subjects for discussion and under continuous revision. Despite a number of modern techniques, the diagnostic procedure is challenging. There is no test considered to be gold standard when diagnosing these diseases.

Canine dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a disease with high morbidity and mortality and with a high prevalence in certain breeds. Predominatly large breeds are affected, such as Great danes, Newfoundlands, Deerhounds and Dobermanns. One exception is Cocker spaniels, where both American and English Cocker spaniels are affected in a quite high frequency. Cardiomyopathy is characterised as a disease that affects the myocardium and gives an impaired heart function. To diagnose DCM following criteria have to be observed: 1. Dilation of the left ventricle. 2. Reduced systolic heart function. 3. Increased sphericity of the left ventricle. To be certain of the diagnosis, alternative reasons for the symptoms such as lung- and heart diseases with other etiologies have to be excluded Two different types of DCM have been found upon histological examination.

Den vanligast förekommande sjukdomen hos unga kalvar med infektiös orsak i Sverige är diarré. Enterit kan leda till uttorkning, acidos, rubbningar i elektrolytbalansen och i värsta fall dödsfall. Snabbt insatt behandling är avgörande. Till kalvar med fungerande digestionssystem rekommenderas i första hand behandling med oral vätsketerapi. Endast lite forskning har utförts om hur kalvar helst dricker sitt vatten.

Despite the fact that the issue has been discussed for several decades, there are still no rules in Sweden mandating political parties and candidates to disclose received donations. Because of this lack of transparency, Sweden is not fulfilling some of its international obligations and has fallen behind in the international trend to increase the transparency of election campaign finance. The lack of disclosure rules in Sweden has led to extensive criticism, most notably from the Council of Europe´s group of states against corruption, Greco, who criticized Sweden in light of the guidelines on the subject from the Council of Europe. At this writing, a new proposal for disclosure rules is being prepared at the Department of Justice, DoJ. The proposal is to be presented in spring 2013.
