The aim of our study has been to see how DIK-forum represents the occupational groups that are represented in the frames of the trade journal. We have, to find out the phenomenon, done a content analysis by looking into 18 numbers of DIK-forum from year 2006 and 2007. The 18 strategically chosen journals was enough to give us a statistic result that we later on could generalize over those two years of DIK-forum. Totally there were 818 articles, news items and vacant advertisements that made the central point of this study. By these materials have we studied the representation of the occupational groups to find out if there were any over- and/or under represented groups, and also if the publications of the material were directed to the students or to the occupational groups in these trade journals.In our study the results shows that the trade journal DIK-forum does not represent all the occupational groups at the same level.

In this study I will analyze how men who buy sex interact with one another on two different Internet communities: ?Sekreterarakademin? and ?Flashback?. This analysis is carried out in an attempt to challenge the conventional image of the man who pays for sex.The aim is to examine the role of Internet forums for men who buy sexual services related to cross-border, both in terms of standard borders, gender boundaries, boundaries of sexuality and masculinity. I will also attempt to investigate what opportunities that are available to overrun different borders and how these opportunities affect the conditions of the various players. I will evaluate theories such as homosocialtet, hegemonic masculinity and normalization used by KAST (Köpare Av Sexuella Tjänster, the Swedish public support for clients of sexual services) and which are partially consolidated in studies published by KAST concerning issues related to internet based prostitution..

The purpose of this paper was that through discourse analysis look at how gender and the equality debate is created between two head debaters and commenter's on a forum. We have used Norbert Elias and John L. Scotson´s (1999) theory about Established and Outsiders to see power struggles between groups in the debate. With Jonathan Potters analysis tools in his book Representing Reality (1996) we were able to analyze the debate texts. Using discourse psychology, we were able to see how people use tactical discourse in their texts to represent themselves and the world in different ways.

Misogyny in gaming culture ? a qualitative discourse analysis of the reproduction of patriarchal dominance in the gaming culture is based on Teun A. van Dijk's belief that a dominant group continuously produces and reproduces its social dominance over a subordinate group by using the language. The members of this group do not simply do this by being. A person does not want to risk damaging its reputation which makes the dominant group forced to use various strategies to reproduce its dominance.

Bakgrunden till denna studie grundar sig i den statliga myndigheten Forum för levande historia och dess kampanj Brott mot mänskligheten under kommunistiska regimer. Syftet har varit att ta reda på hur det utbildningsmaterial som tagits fram förhåller sig till de styrdokument som styr den svenska historieundervisningen i grundskolan och gymnasieskolan samt några utvalda läromedel i historia. Även den politiska debatt som föranlett det mediala intresset för projektet har implementerats och behandlats i undersökningen. Arbetets teoretiska del grundar sig på olika typer av historiebruk och har applicerats på den empiriska delen där materialet har analyserats. Undersökningen visar att det material som Forum för levande historia har tagit fram kan kritiseras för att vara onyanserat men att det också tillför en annan dimension av de behandlade områdena..

Digitaliseringen under 2000-talet har förändrat många branscher. Utbredningen av illegal fildelning är en av de utmaningar som dykt upp, utbredd bland i övrigt laglydiga människor. Samtidigt sker en framväxt av nya sätt att konsumera på internet, som tar avstamp i fildelningstekniken men fungerar inom lagliga ramar. Uppsatsen har mot bakgrund av detta drivits av att undersöka hur fildelning motiveras: Hur ser argumenten ut för och emot illegal fildelning? I detta arbete undersöks de argument som används för att rättfärdiga fildelning av musik, genom en kvalitativ argumentationsanalys, kombinerad med Boltanski Thévenots teori om rättfärdigande och värdeordningar.

This Master´s thesis examines the conceptual ideas of science fiction and science fiction fandom produced in the Swedish fanzine Science Fiction Forum (1960-) between the years 1960 and 1980. Science Fiction Forum was and still is a fanzine published by Skandinavisk Förening för Science Fiction (Scandinavian Science Fiction Club). Both the club and the fanzine are a part of the phenomenon called fandom.A fandom is a collective of people called fans who form a community by sharing a special interest in a special object. The fanzine is one of the many material products produced by fans within a certain fandom. Science Fiction Forum and Skandinavisk Förening för Science Fiction were founded in 1959 and are a part of swedish science fiction fandom, where the object of fandom is literary science fiction..The primary focus of this thesis is the meta discussion on science fiction and science fiction fandom in Science Fiction Forum.

Internet is used today as a traditional medium for information exchange and social interaction. One of these is virtual meeting places where people meet and exchange information, socialize and exchange knowledge with each other. The group has chosen to examine the factors affecting the use of web forums, one of the virtual meeting places that exist on the Internet today. And look at how people use the web forum today in the current situation and how to design a web forum.A survey was conducted to find out how people look at web forums today, 80 people participated, and they got to talk about what they think about different web forums regarding how and why the use these them. Guidelines on how a web forum should be designed were also developed.

Den miljökommunikation som sker internt i ett företag grundar sig i organisationens val och genomförande av miljöstrategi. Kommunikation kan beskrivas som processen för människors kontaktmed varandra och i denna process kan olika typer av hinder uppstå. I denna studie är mitt syfte att undersöka hur den interna miljökommunikationen ser ut och fungerar uppåtriktat, nedåtriktat och horisontellt inom Coop Forum i förhållande till vald miljöstrategi, samt att föreslå hur kommunikationen skulle kunna förbättras om behov av detta ses. Projektet har utförts som en kvalitativ fallstudie och i huvudsak genom metoden kvalitativ, semistandardiserad intervju. För att Coop Forum helt skall kunna förverkliga sin allomfattande hållbarhetsstrategi krävs vidare implementering i all verksamhet.

I detta arbete undersöks hur deltagarna på nätforumen Flashback och Familjeliv konstruerar kön och sexualitet. Vi vill undersöka huruvida användare på forum som är manligt respektive kvinnligt dominerade uttrycker sig på liknande sätt i diskussioner gällande sex. Vårt fokus ligger på hur olika aspekter av sexualitet diskuteras och hur man i dessa diskussioner väver in moral, normer och värderingar. Internetbaserad kommunikation och den aggressivitet som kan uppvisas där är ett mycket aktuellt ämne, bland annat i massmediala kanaler. Till exempel förs en debatt kring näthat där fokus ligger på män som uttrycker sig aggressivt och hotfullt mot kvinnor.

The aim of this essay is to examine the attitudes towards publication of short stories, carried by the employees of Bokförlaget Forum, a randomly chosen Swedish publishing house. The study seeks to investigate the causes behind and consequences of the attitudes, as well as their generality. Through qualitative interviews, carried out with five of the company?s employees, the short story is defined as a problematic genre, mainly due to its low commercial success. The conclusions drawn from the interviews are put into a historical perspective, where the developments of the short story-genre, as well as that of the modern Swedish book market, are discussed.

By means of text creation I approach, reflect upon and try a number of aspects of my own professional existence as a joker in forum theatre and as a forum play pedagogue.This essay is structured like the days of a week and it specifically relates three problematic situations: first, a Monday containing a case of discrimination during the performance, then, a glimpse from a Wednesday when I failed to use the time with enough consideration of our common work and, finally, a Thursday when I was professionally questioned.These three situations are described thoroughly and then they are tried by me. This is carried out partly by reasoning, partly by using for example sociological, pedagogical and above all philosophical texts in order to widen my understanding of my existence as joker and forum play pedagogue. When writing this essay I really realized the importance of taking the reactions of the spec-tators into consideration. I have had the opportunity to develop thoughts about the way in which reflection is created and thoughts about different layers of reflection. I have also pondered over the way in which I distinguish between forum play and therapy as a forum play pedagogue.

Theatre is often seen as an act to entertain or provoke, however the main argument of this paper is that theatre also can be seen as a process to build peace. This study focuses on and explores how artistic processes, such as Forum Theatre developed by Augusto Boal, can be used as a method to promote psychosocial reconciliation in war-shattered areas. With the use of Forum Theatre the spectators becomes the spect-actors, the subjects that act and not the objects that are acted upon. Subjects that are encouraged to try and find solutions to social problems by acting out possible solutions and evaluating them. By analyzing how a number of organizations have worked with Forum Theater on the Balkans and with a theoretical approach combining Homi K.
