System Andersson AB is a company located in Jönköping that works with developing computer systems for the mechanical engineering industry. As of today, when this report is written, the company is working on the development of a new Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) system. This new system aims to create not only a user friendly interface but also a modern, stylish interface. To achieve this, the company has decided to work with a, for them, new application framework; Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).System Andersson is well known for developing systems for different kinds of touch screens, this project is no exception. For this new user interface the company wishes to implement different types of Drag&Drop functionality.

Stora materialmängder omsätts i byggsektorn, men en stor del restprodukter från byggande ochrivning hamnar på avfallsdeponi idag. Bygg- och rivningsavfallet är besvärligt att hantera och sorterapå grund av att mängden är stor, sammansättningen komplex och den innehåller många miljöfarliga ämnen.Syfte med examensarbetet är att ta reda på hur hanteringen av bygg- och rivningsavfall går till, vad som händer med avfallet efter att det har slängts, vilka olika faktorer som förekommer och hur avfallet kan återvinnas, återbrukas och på vilket sätt kan man förbättra hanteringen av avfallet på ett miljömässigt sätt.Examensarbetet består av två huvuddelar. Den teoretiska delen går igenom relevanta teorier ochinformation från litteratur och olika rapporter. I undersökningen tillämpas informationen från litteraturen och appliceras på de byggarbetsplatser och miljöföretag som valts att besökas.När det kommer till bygg- och rivningsavfall från olika företag kan det skiljas markant beroende påvar bygget ligger och vilket typ av arbete utförs. Det medför också hur stora massor som man slänger i olika containrar och om man har plast till alla containrar på det området som man befinner sig på..

The essay deals with the hill-fort on the mountain Halleberg, Sweden, its wall design, functionality, dating and its possible function as a central location and a place of worship of the ancestors.The Halleberg hill-fort consists of a 1500 meters long at times cohesive stonewalls which together blocked the mountain from its surroundings. Hallberg's natural vertical scree and cliffs along with the masonry blocked the whole mountain from the surroundings.The hill-forts, with few exceptions are largely not investigated archaeologically and its functionality and role in the ancient society is based on outdated research on the subject. The current archaeological interpretation is that hill-forts served as temporary defense in times of unrest or served as center of power for a social elite. The prevailing view in the archaeological sphere is that the hill-forts had a variety of functions and that its functionality and role in ancient society has varied.Halleberg´s strongest wall sections are at the mountain's south-eastern part where the natural driveway, Storgårdsklev is located. Along with the massive masonry of the walls in Bokedalen Storgårdsklev functioned as the hill-forts main entrance.

Kandidatarbetet gick ut på både skapa en film inriktad på ljud och skapa ett fungerande filmteam. Arbetet tar upp både det tekniska inom filmljud men även processen i ett filmteam. I arbetet följer vi processen från dess början till dess slut.

Attempts to place it in a larger framework against the background of late Vedic religion are, however, few, the rationalistic and ?tradition-challenging? appearance of the text having repeatedly been emphasized. But the doctrine contained in the text ? a cosmologic teaching on the three elements constituting the universe, each being characterized by a color (red, white, black) ? and their microcosmic counterparts in the human body, does have some clear affinities to the worldview of the Br?hma?as and ?ra?yakas, which posits a series of similar correlations (bandhu-) between macro- and microcosmos.

Many tropical rain forests has been lost or degraded as a result of human activities and environmental factors. Since the level of biodiversity is high in the tropics, maintaining these areas is of great importance. Forests like these are often assumed to benefit from forest restoration and rehabilitation. The INIKEA project area in Eastern Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, aims to improve biodiversity and/or species richness in the degraded forest through enrichment planting with indigenous species. The objective of this thesis was to evaluate how different treatments (liberation, gap-cluster planting and line planting) affect the biodiversity of natural regeneration in different forest types in the Rain forest Restoration Experiment, located in the INIKEA project area.

This bachelor?s degree thesis was conducted in mechanical engineering at Halmstad University during spring semester 2010 in close collaboration with the company Gremo AB, located in Ätran, Sweden. Gremo AB produces, developes and sales forest machines in both Sweden and on the international market.Gremo AB belongs to one of the market leaders in forest industry, especially with their forwarder. In order to become a market leader even with their harvester, the company decided to change the harvester to have a swivel and a leveling driver cabin.The aim with this bachelor?s degree thesis was to develop a design concept for the harvester driver cabin, which Gremo AB can apply on the new harvester.

The aim of this inquiry was to investigate the most appropriate measures to reduce noise impacts from road traffic on the Nydala recreational area in Umeå municipality due to the planned re-routing of the E4 motorway to an existing road along this area. The sound environment is an important part in the experience when we are visiting recreational areas. Noise is not only disturbing; the liberty from unwanted sounds also allows us to perceive natural sounds that are a benefit for the cultural experience. Therefore it is important to take actions to protect this well used area from traffic noise. The reasonable options to avoid noise impact in this case are to lower the speed limit, using a noise reducing coating or use noise protection screens and walls.

Cache simulator is a tool to increase the understanding of a cache memory. Therefore cache memory simulation is included in the course Computer Engineering IS1200 at the Royal Institution of Technology. The purpose of this project is to develop a cache memory simulator for education. The existing MipsIt and Mips Simulator which is currently used in IS1200 has been the main source of inspiration. This resulted in the development of the cache memory simulator LMSim.

I dagens samhälle spelar informationssystem en viktig roll i de flesta företag och organisationer. Informationssystemets uppgift är att tillgodose och hjälpa användarna med information och informationshantering samt att leda till en effektivisering.Arbetet med att utveckla databaserade informationssystem är problematiskt och systemutvecklingsprojekt överstiger ofta budget både vad gäller tid och pengar. Återkommande problem är att systemen inte gör vad användaren vill samt att systemen inte utnyttjas till full kapacitet. Svårigheten med kravhanteringen är något som anses vara en orsak till misslyckandena.Den viktigaste informationskällan för systemutvecklarna då det gäller att ta reda på systemkraven är användarna. Då användarna spelar en viktig roll i kravhanteringen, vilken i sin tur spelar en viktig roll i systemutvecklingsprocessen, är detta ett intressant problemområde.Denna rapports fokus ligger på hur användarna ser på kravhanteringsprocessen.

The contract law is not compelling, and general principles of contract law are therefore frequently applied within the legal area of contract law.Consistent declarations of intent shall have been delivered from both parties for a binding agreement to have been concluded. The declaration of intent, for example tender and acceptance are examples of a will to legally act. Other than tender and acceptance, the declaration of intent is usually difficult to establish and determine.In the event of the commencement of a negotiation stage between the parties, the declarations of intent are not deemed to be binding, but rather binding in the sense of a moral attachment for the parties.

Natural monuments are natural objects with special protection due to their high natural value or cultural significance. The natural value is determined by the occurrence of signal species found on and near the natural monument. The law surrounding natural monuments has evolved a lot since the first ones were declared, and today the title natural monument can be replaced with the title tree with high conservation value. The title has come later and can sometimes overlap natural monument. Some natural monuments lack the qualities required to be classified as a natural monument or a tree with high conservation value, but have a cultural importance.

When different type of programs are developed one wants to make these adjustable to future changes and requirements. It must be done a good design of the program from the beginning to make it possible to continue development of it without having to redo big parts of it to high costs. In the area of object orientation there are design pattern, which can be used to design systems that can be adjusted to new changes in an easier way. I have in this thesis chosen to take a closer look at how to design a program that sends SMS to cell phones through a system of an operator. One requirement on the program is that it has to be possible to change what operator to send though in an easy way.

The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) promotes the Ecosystem Approach (EA). In this thesis it is analyzed how the EA approach could be applied to regional management of coastal areas in Sweden. The aim of this report is to compare management for preserving biodiversity on a landscape level in two regional coastal areas in Uppsala and Västra Götaland respectively. In Uppsala, one of the plans consists of a previous nature reserve and in Västra Götaland, a Regional landscape strategy has been established. The ecosystem approach is used as a theoretical framework in this thesis.

Det huvudsakliga syftet med denna rapport är att genomföra och testa en implementationsteknik för ragdolls ämnade användas i spelsammanhang. Implementationen sker genom en kombination av en verletimplementering tillsammans med en fördefinierad bone-hierarki i meshen som skall användas. Verletimplementeringen programmerades som en grund till en enklare fysikmotor och parsningen och struktureringen av meshen sköttes parallellt utanför fysikmotorn. Rotationsmatriser för samtliga större kroppsdelar, såsom över- och underarmar, överkropp, huvud etc. beräknas sedan i fysikmotorn och används för att vrida mesh-kroppen rätt.
