The swedish law of contract is fundamental within several civil law areas, among others labour law. The labour law contains more explicit legislation specificly adapted to the relation between employers and employees. Sometimes the labour law needs to rely on more general regulations, such as the law of contract. When the situation contains a specific contract relation dilemma it is logical to use the law of contract, when for example the law of employee protection does not reach an acceptabel solution.Transfer of undertaking is a situation were the employee protection is disregarded. The Euro directive 2001/23/EG prescribes, by its implemented rules in the law of employee protection, that rights and duties, such as employement agreements, passes on to the earner of the business.

Background: Funds have become a more popular way for investments. After the financial crisis in 2008 there was some sectors that shown a better results than other depending if the sector was affected by the economic situation or not. Therefore can  investments in sector funds be a good way to get a high return, but it also has a high risk.Problem: Has the risk any impact on the return considered funds in sectors that is affected by the economic situation relatively to sectors that isn?t affected by the situation in the economy?Purpose: Determine whether sector funds risk has any impact on the return. Also if there are any differences between sectors depending if they are affected by the economic situation or not.

Vi har gjort en kvalitativ analys av fem svenska Private Equity-aktörer. Våra slutsater är att de Private Equity-bolag vi studerat har ett fåtal övergripande investeringskriterier men att de är relativt flexibla gällande resterande. The levels of unemployment are unusually high compared to recent years, and the consequences are diligently debated in media. Swedish safety systems regarding people?s welfare have gone through changes lately which affected the situation negatively for many concerned citizens. This study aimed to illustrate individual?s situation of unemployment within their social context.

This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the Swedish mortgage market and investigate whether it is in a current price bubble or not. Comparisons have been made with Denmark, a country with a market similar to Sweden?s, and where the mortgage market faced a price bubble that crashed in 2008. The housing market in Stockholm has been analysed as a separate market, as it differs from Sweden as a whole in prices and underlying factors to increased prices. The conclusion of this thesis is that not Sweden, nor Stockholm, is currently in a price bubble at the mortgage market.

Bakgrund och problem: Olika belöningssystem har den senaste tiden skapat stora rubriker massmedialt. Belöningssystem används som ett styrningsverktyg för att skapa incitament hos de anställda samt motivera dessa till att göra ett bättre arbete. Det är av stor betydelse att de anställdas mål överensstämmer med företagets övergripande mål och strategier. För att uppnå detta mål inom företaget som vidare skapar effektivitet används en rad olika belöningsformer. Dessa är såväl monetära som icke-monetära samt delas ut kollektivt och/eller individuellt.

Thiswork is about the parents ' perception of their children's schooling and schoolsituation. It also addresses the important and fundamental conditions when itcomes to parenting and caring of children, which is an essential andcontributory basis for children's school situation. The work also deals withthe importance of good cooperation between school and home for the children tocome to the school grounds and with the desire to learn and develop. The aim ofthis work is that through a survey get a picture of how parents feel abouttheir child's school situation. But also look at how important interplaybetween school, parents and children to the school situation to be good.

I denna uppsats testas om Stockholms bostadsmarknad är effektiv i den halvstarka formen. Huvudresultatet är att så inte är fallet. En ökning av det diskonterade värdet av föreningens kapitalkostnad med 1 krona verkar enbart leda till mellan 30-50 öres minskning av priset. Detta kan bero på budgetrestriktioner, särskilt som ineffektiviteten är större på marknaden för små bostäder där förstagångsköpare kan tänkas dominera marknaden. Men vi kan inte utesluta bubbeltendenser på marknaden.

I en akut situation har det genom alla tider varit patienten som står i centrum för vårdpersonalen. Viktigt att tänka på är att det i skuggan finns flera personer som berörs av situationen trots att de inte har någon fysisk skada, vi tänker på patientens närstående. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva närståendes upplevelser i en akut situation. För att på ett tydligt och beskrivande sätt belysa närståendes upplevelser gjordes en litteraturöversikt med nio kvalitativa artiklar. I resultatet identifierades fyra olika teman: att uppleva ett kaos, att vilja vara nära, att vänta på information och att vilja bli uppmärksammad.
