Avsikten med uppsatsen är att kartlägga hur svenska företag som tillhandahåller finansiell rådgivning till konsumenter arbetar för att kartlägga kundes risktolerans. Syftet med uppsatsen är också att granska vad lagen om finansiell rådgivning till konsumenter säger om riskbenägenhetsmätning, samt hur de menar att rådgivningsföretag bör gå till väga för att avgöra kundes riskbenägenhet. Av slutsatserna framgår att riskbenägenhetsmätningar görs, men rådgivningsfirmor bör tydligare skilja på den psykologiska risktoleransen och den finansiella riskkapaciteten för att uppnå högre reliabilitet och validitet av riskbenägenhetsmätningarna. Lagen och branschorganisationens rekommendationer bör också föreslå denna uppdelning av risktoleransen och riskkapaciteten..

This essay is about the integration work in Helsingborg. It's main focus bases on the collaboration concerning the integration work, between the immigrant's organisations in Helsingborg and the municipality. It's also focusing on the results of the survey, Integrationsbarometer 2003, which was carried out in Helsingborg.We wanted to know if the results altered the integration work in the community. The results of the Integrationsbaometer 2003, proved, among other things, that the inhibitants of Helsingborg, regarded dwelling areas whith a large number of immigrants, as negatively, when they choose where to live. Finally, we wanted the politicians perspective of the integration work as well.We interviewed 6 informants in Helsingborg.

When migration to a country increases, the integration of the migrants becomes extra important for the host country?s society, economy and culture. In the last decade, Europe has faced several crises, such as the refugee crisis and the covid-19 pandemic, which has affected both migration and integration policy. The challenges that have characterized European society in recent years makes it interesting to study how the measures highlighted by the European Commission to integrate migrants has developed. Therefore, the paper aims to compare the Commission?s action plans for integration published in 2016 and 2020 based on the threat theory and the contact theory to see how both perspectives can contribute to understanding the differences between the years and which theory is best suited to understand the Commission?s current visions of integration.

Många småföretag upplever idag problem med att erhålla långsiktig extern finansiering. Finansiell bootstrapping innebär att småföretag inte förlitar sig på dessa långsiktiga externa finansieringar från kreditgivare och/eller nya ägare för att erhålla resurser, utan finansieringen av resurserna sker på alternativa sätt. Detta har visat sig ha en stor betydelse för småföretagens utveckling och överlevnad. Finansiell bootstrapping förekommer i väldigt stor utsträckning bland småföretag och det finns en bred variation av metoder att använda sig av. På grund av att finansiell bootstrapping spelar en avgörande roll för småföretagen, finns ett intresse för att undersöka vad som påverkar besluten gällande detta, vilket kan hjälpa småföretag att fatta mer välgrundade beslut.

The aim with this paper is to study how the integrational ideology of the Swedish parliaments party platforms, including the right wing Sverigedemokraterna, is formulated. The integration theories examined are assimilationism, multiculturalism, universalism and residualism. In turn these theories are simultaneously applied to the party platforms extracting explicit or implicit messages of the four former mentioned theories. The Swedish history of integration as well as immigration, which per capita is one of the highest in the European union, pinpoints the reason why this subject is due to further investigation. The results show that most of the parties contain traces of more than one integration theory, with the exception of primarily Sverigedemokraterna which focuses on assimilationism.

The numbers of mergers and acquisitions have increased significantly in the last period of time. Although this popularity for mergers and acquisitions, most of the mergers and acquisitions fail to create value. One explanation to this failure of value creation is, according to several studies, how companies treat integration of information systems in the pre-merger evaluation. The research within the field argues that information system integration should have a proactive role in mergers and acquisitions, meaning that information system integration should support the organizational change and normally be considered in the premerger evaluation. The aim of this thesis is to study issues that affect whether companies choose to consider information system integration proactively, when involved in mergers and acquisitions.

I denna studie testas tio hypoteser som relaterar till finansiell teori för att se hur väl teorin kan förklara skuldsättningsgraden i små börsnoterade bolag. De teorier som testas är avvägningsteorin (trade-off theory), hackordningsteorin (pecking order theory) samt teorier relaterade till asymmetrisk information och agentkostnader. Testen genomförs med multipel linjär regressionsanalys och de undersökta bolagen är samtliga bolag med färre än 200 anställda på tre av de mindre börslistorna i Sverige. Resultatet visar stöd för åtta av de tio undersökta hypoteserna och är i flera avseenden tydligare än i tidigare studier som testar onoterade små bolag eller ett bredare urval av bolag..

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how a public library, as an information center and a meeting place, may contribute to bring Swedes and immigrants closer to one another, which is a prerequisite for integration. To realize this purpose, I have asked three questions. Which conditions and demands are stated in central documents for libraries immigrant activities? What do the library called Biblioteket Västers multicultural activities contain? How does the library conceive its object to strengthen immigrants identity so that its activities, contribute to integration? As method, I have used hermeneutics, which means that I have interpreted the thesis material. In the theory I have described relevant literature and confirmed the importance of identity, language and the majoritys acknowledgement for integration.

Funktionsinriktad musikterapi (FMT) är en musikterapimetod som används för att stödja individen i dennes utveckling oavsett ålder och funktionsnivå. I examensarbetet analyseras på vilket sätt FMT kan stödja barn med autism i deras utveckling. Hur kan sensorisk integration hos dessa barn stimuleras i FMT? Av fallbeskrivningarna framgår det att de två barn som fick FMT båda har visat tecken på positiva förändringar inom samverkan/kommunikation, motivation, språkutveckling, perception och rörelsekoordination. Sensorisk integration ingår i alla dessa moment och det är därför svårt urskilja den som en separat funktion.

As scholars argue, there has been a rapid diffusion of civic integration policies in Western Europe the last decade. In the light of the debate about the extent of civic integration policies, recent studies have shown that the diffusion is limited to certain countries. Despite a flurry of literature based on civic integration policies, attention drawn to the implication of these policies has been quite inferior. This paper tries to examine what civic integration policies means in relation to immigration. Are civic integration policies used as an informal tool for the purpose of limiting certain groups of immigrants? I argue in this paper that the conditional factor in the civic integration policies creates a barrier for affected immigrants and their possibilities to gain long term residence.

Vi ska i denna uppsats undersöka vilket verktyg lagstiftningen utgör för privatrådgivare.Vårt syfte är att identifiera hur Lagen om finansiell rådgivning till konsumenter påverkar en rådgivare i dennes dagliga arbete.Uppsatsen lägger fokus vid situationen idag och inte hur framtiden ser ut. Vi fokuserar på södra Sverige och avgränsar oss till Swedbank och Handelsbanken. Metod: Uppsatsen är uppbyggd utifrån öppna intervjuer med representanter från Swedbank och Handelsbanken. Vi har använt en deduktiv ansats och en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi.Vi kan genom våra undersökningar konstatera att lagen om finansiell rådgivning är av stor betydelse för rådgivare i deras arbete.
