The Swedish social insurance agency provides financial support for families and children, but also for people with work injury, illness and at old age. During 2012 they saw the amount of notifications of insurance increasing in Sweden, which is a development that cost our society a great deal of money. With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.

Idag utlöses stress i arbetslivet till stor del av psykosociala faktorer. Den ökade användningen av IT sedan 70-talet har lett till att nya faktorer kan utlösa stress. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka faktorer som eventuellt skulle kunna ha samband med stress kopplat till IT-användning. 75 besvarade enkäter låg till grund för analysen. Resultatet av faktoranalysen blev tre faktorer, varav två var kopplade till stress.

Researchers claim that stress has become a word of fashion and is now frequently used. They also state that there is no accepted definition that can easily describe the concept. In this essay, I have examined children and stress. The aim of the diploma work is to illustrate stress more closely the stress concept, the underlying reasons that can influence children and how teachers and school staff support children in their stress handling. My three issues are: What is stress? What stressors put children, at home and at school, in a stress situation? How can teachers help children to manage their stress? The diploma work is based on a literature study in order to find out what has been written on the subject in earlier research.

This paper aims to explore the relationship between financial risk and ESG scores in order to assist investors in making investment decisions. We investigate the hypothesis that there is a relationship between the ESG score of a company, and the financial risk in terms of volatility in the relevant company?s share price. The paper is grounded in sustainability reporting and financial risk. With the world facing significant changes and natural disasters, there is an urgent need for action to mitigate environmental impacts to avoid devastating consequences.

Syftet med min studie var att ta reda på hur kunskapsläget ser ut när det gäller ämnet stress, med hjälp av frågeställningen; Hur beskrivs och diskuteras ämnet stress av forskare i utvalda delar av forskningslitteraturen? För att ta reda på detta använde jag mig av kvalitativ metod en selektiv kunskapsöversikt. Resultat och analys redovisades i tre teman tillsammans med teorierna coping och KASAM. Slutsatsen med studien är att största bidragande orsak till uppkomsten av stress symptom handlar om arbetsrelaterad stress med fokus på arbetsmiljön. Med hjälp av hög grad av KASAM kan individer utveckla användbara copingstrategier för att möta och hantera den skadliga stressen. .

Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka om det förekommer stress bland barnen i förskolan, hur den i så fall yttrar sig samt hur personalen vid förskolorna jobbar för att motverka eventuell stress bland barnen. Muntliga intervjuer användes som undersöknings metod med diktafon som hjälpmedel. Åtta förskollärare har blivit intervjuade och intervjuerna har utförts i två olika kommuner. Resultatet visade att det förekommer många olika tecken på stress bland barnen och att både pedagoger och föräldrar till stor del bidrar till stressen..

Stress is something that has increased in recent decades among adolescents. Several reports indicate that young people today are more stressed because of the many demands they wear. They should be good in school, achievement expectations, get an education or job, make choices and think about their future. The purpose of our essay is that we want to explore and gain an understanding of how young people in the third grade in high school looks to stress. To conduct this study, we used a qualitative approach, by doing interviews with 10 high school students attending third grade at Västerviks gymnasium. The result we got out of the interviews was that young people experience stress differently, depending on their different as individuals. We found that there are different causes of stress, such as school, media, friends, demands from various quarters and choosing education.The interviews showed that some kind of stress was possible to handle for the adolescents, for instance by making schedule. Some stress from society was, on the other hand, more difficult to avoid..

According to the current regulations described in IAS 27 - Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements, an investment company is required to consolidate all entities that it controls. However, this thesis outlines the creation of a new system, where those entities are instead measured at fair value, taking changes in fair value into account in the income statement. By recalculating the consolidated accounts for five major investment companies in accordance with the new system, this investigation concludes that the new system would provide investors with more relevant but less reliable accounting information. In addition, the historical financial performance of Investor, Industrivärden, Ratos, Kinnevik, and Lundbergföretagen, is evaluated using their recalculated consolidated financial statements. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur stress påverkar officerare inom Försvarsmakten som sitter i beslutsfattande ställningar. This paper investigates how Swedish upper secondary school students relate to the financial support available from the Swedish state of education. It also looks at the attitudes of such students to the new CSN[1]truancy rules as they apply to school politics.Is there a difference in students? attitude to these truancy rules and does that difference depend on the students? socio-economic standard, whether they come from a wealthy background or a marginalised society or whether they are ethnic Swedish? Does this in any way affect the attitudes of the students?This financial support is only paid to those students who do not skip school. If they lose their right to this contribution because of truancy, their parents will also forfeit the right to the financial subsidies to which they may be entitled. Naturally, this may affect students in different ways, depending on what kind of financial situation their family is in.Do some students go to school out of their own financial interest or out of that of their parents? Through focus-group interviews, students have expressed their opinions, told about their experiences and stated their attitudes with regards to these matters.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilken kunskap lärare med elever i årskurs 6-9 har om elevers stress och vad de gör och kan tänka sig göra för att underlätta för stressade elever, och vad jag i min kommande profession som svensklärare kan ta med mig ut av deras erfarenheter. Metoden jag använt för att ta reda på svaren till frågeställningarna är kvalitativa intervjuer. Resultatet visar på att lärare är relativt kunniga om vad stress är, dock skulle de behöva mer kunskap för att se symptomen på stress hos sina elever. Lärarna har en hel del konkreta metoder för att förebygga och underlätta för stressade elever, och många av dem finner stöd i litteraturen. Jag har fått en del nya idéer om hur man just i svenskämnet kan förebygga stress. Slutligen är det viktigt att identifiera stress på ett tidigt stadium så att man på så sätt kan sätta in stressförebyggande åtgärder och eliminera stressfaktorerna så vi inte utsätter eleverna för mer stress än nödvändigt..

Krav och utveckling ökar oavbrutet inom sjuksköterskeyrket, den nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskan behöver därför tydlig vägledning då erfarenhet och klinisk kompetens saknas. Stress innebär en obalans mellan krav som ställs och förmågan att hantera dessa. Ökade krav på arbetet visar på högre förekomst av stress och stressymptom. Syftet var att beskriva stress hos nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor. Metoden som användes var litteraturstudie vilken grundades på tio vetenskapliga artiklar som analyserades och sammanställdes.

Syftet var att undersöka graden av upplevd stress i hem- och arbetsmiljö ur ett könsperspektiv. Syftet var även att undersöka om antal barn och ansvarsnivå i hemmet har någon betydelse för upplevd stress. Självskattad stress i hem- och arbetsmiljö undersöktes med Perceived Stress Scale hos 126 arbetande eller studerande män och kvinnor.  Studien visade att kvinnor upplevde högre stress än män främst i hemmet. Det framkom också att män upplever högre stress i arbetet än i hemmet, medan kvinnor inte uppvisade någon skillnad mellan de båda miljöerna.  Huvudslutsatsen var att upplevd stress kan förklaras av kön.
