Motivation till personlig utveckling
Den, i olika forskningsartiklar, återkommande uppfattningen om att enperson som är autonomt orienterad är mer benägen till att utveckla enmotivation till personlig utveckling ledde till denna undersökning.Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur autonomi påverkar människortill motivation till personlig utveckling. Studien tar sin utgångspunkt iself-determination theory och dess underteori causality orientationstheory, med de tre orienteringarna kontrollerad, impersonell ochautonomi, vilka handlar om orsak till varför en person handlar på ettvisst sätt och effekten därav. De olika orienteringarna mättes med enenkät konstruerad efter general causality orientation scale ochmotivation till personlig utveckling mättes med egenkonstrueradefrågor. Enkäten lades ut på fyra olika sidor på Internet medförhoppning om att nå ett brett deltagande. Studien visade att denkontrollerade orienteringen var den av de tre orienteringarna sompåverkade människor i högst grad till motivation till personligutveckling.

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate if the mobile library has a similar role as the public library. To study this further we intend to examine the value and function of the mobile library. Answers are sought to the following questions: Can the mobile library be seen as a public library in a smaller scale? How do the users experience the value and function of the mobile library? What does the library staff think of the value and function of the mobile library for the users? What would the consequences be if the service of the mobile libraries would not exist? The method used was qualitative interviews. The groups of respondents are mobile library users and library staff.

The question formulation for this work has been "is an ice-hockey audience influenced by music during time-outs in a game?". The method was to observe one period with Färjestads BK and Mora IK, but a recording was also made, together with a conversation with the arena DJ. From the recording, the audience reactions were graded from a given scale. The grades were compilated to a diagram that shows the audience reactions in relation to the time, from the first face-off to the final whistle.

Socialt stöd bidrar till mindre risk för yrkesrelaterad utbrändhet. Var tredje lärare uppvisar inom sina första arbetsår symptom på utbrändhet. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka samband mellan socialt stöd och utbrändhet hos grundskolelärare. Totalt deltog 71 respondenter i Stockholm via enkäter. Socialt stöd mättes via Berlin Social Support Scale och utbrändhet mättes med Shirom Melamed Burnout Measure.

Studier som berör ämnet hur fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet hos äldre är något som berör alla. Fysisk aktivitet har i tidigare forskning visat sig påverka båda den fysiska och psykiska hälsan positivt. Mycket forskning är gjord på området, dock är de äldre underrepresenterade som målgrupp inom området. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet, med inriktning självkänsla och fysisk självuppfattning, hos äldre. Undersökningen innefattade en experimentell undersökningsmetod med en randominiserad, kontrollerad design.
