Sedan år 1990 har medeltemperaturen i Sverige ökat med en halv grad. Denna temperaturhöjning är inte naturlig utan beror på människans moderna livsstil. I och med detta blir det viktigt för företaget som producent att hitta nya tillvägagångssätt att förmedla sin medvetenhet om företagets påverkan på miljön. Den frivilliga hållbarhetsredovisningen kan vara ett sätt. För att denna ska förmedla en så hög trovärdighet som möjligt kan den granskas och bestyrkas av en oberoende part, i de flesta fall av en revisor.Syfte:Syftet med denna studie är att utreda vilken roll revisorer har i hållbarhetsredovisningen och hur dessa anser sig kunna påverka hållbarhetsredovisningens utveckling.Genomförande:Studien har genomförts genom att koppla ihop olika teorier och modeller med den empiriska information som vi samlat in i form av intervjuer.

The study aims to reduce energy consumption in apartment buildings where individual metering and charging of heat is applied. The aim is to develop planning and design for individual metering and charging in apartment buildings.The study is based on literature review, interviews and case study that include analysis of existing documents. Interviews were carried out with the property developer and the involved consultants who planned the apartment building Yasuragi. To investigate the differences the condominium association has noted in heat consumption between flats, the debit values of the heat were used to discern which houses that were furthest from the average consumption. On these flats there were temperature measurements and thermal photo shoots made for discriminating behavior and possible construction techniques which could be the explanation for the heat spread.Boverket shows that the consumption of heat can be reduced by 10-20% after insertion of individual metering and charging in an apartment block.

The Psychology Driving and Barriers to Skunk Work Projects (referred to throughout this thesis as the paper) represents a study predominantly on Tetra Pak from a selective perspective, the innovators. Innovators both past&present whose initiatives contribute to the well being of Tetra Pak as well as one from Ericsson were consulted. As with individuals, organizations possess definable characters that are influenced by the various stages of their life cycle. Theories of corporate life cycle phases and organizational character analysis were therefore employed to identify and explain organizational barriers to skunk work leaders&managers. Predicated on the Organizational Character Index survey developed by William Bridges PhD (himself a recognized leader in the field of transition management) and administered to sixty-one managers within a Tetra Pak business unit established the benchmark.

During the years between 1980 and 1990 a number of different methods and programmes were developed with staring-points in the interplay between the child and the adult.

At the moment in central Täby there are small district heating network operated by Fortum Heat. The distribution network has an annual heat demand of about 70 GWh, which is supported by the network's two plants, Galten and Farmen. Täby as a region is rapidly growing and there are grand plans to develop the area. Estimated market potential for a future district heating expansion in Täby is very high and as early as in 2007 Täby decided to invest in a large-scale expansion. In autumn 2009 Täby did a procurement process, known as the ?Täby initiative?, to find a partner that could implement those expansion plans. To secure a cheap basic production the partner also need to build a power plant at Hagby recycling center. Despite high interest during initial state of the process, only one procurement offer were received and Täby suspended the contract in March the following year.

Syftet med vår undersökning är att övergripande synliggöra den dominanta roll ett barn kan ha eller få i en grupp. Vi valde att observera i två olika klasser i de lägre åldrarna på en F-6 skola. För att få syn på den dominanta rollens egenskaper så använde vi oss av bland annat videoinspelning. Videoinspelningen gav oss material som kom så nära den naturliga miljön i gruppen som möjligt. Först när vi började observera såg vi inte några av de egenskaper som vi trodde karaktäriserade den dominanta rollen.

?En utveckling som tillfredsställer dagens behov utan att äventyra kommande generationers möjligheter att tillfredsställa sina behov?. Detta är definitionen av hållbar utveckling vilket organisationer på senare år har börjat beakta genom intresse för dess sociala och miljömässiga påverkan. Ett sätt att införa hållbar utveckling i en organisation är att anamma Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Inom CSR finns tre aspekter; den ekonomiska, sociala och miljömässiga aspekten.

Women who support themselves through self-employment are relatively low compared to men, in Sweden. Women make up around 30 percent of newly started enterprises. The Swedish government considers that the Swedish economical growth would increase if there were more companies. Through encouraging women to start enterprises to the same extent as men, Sweden can increase growth rate and create more employment. Despite all efforts being made, advances are not really reached.

Bakgrunden till detta ämne handlar om att vi människor blir allt mer medvetna om miljön och de faktorer som påverkar samhället vi lever i. Vi får i allt större utsträckning information om hur vi ska ta vårt ansvar för miljön. Men hur fungerar det för de stora företagen? Problemet är att utan hjälp från dessa stora företag är frågan om ett hållbart samhälle svårt att lösa. Så utifrån detta, vad är det som motiverar dem att ta sitt ansvar? Varför väljer företag att upprätta en frivillig hållbarhetsredovisning? Har avståndet till den privata kunden någon betydelse och vilka skillnader kan identifieras? Mitt syfte med studien är därför att ta reda på om hållbarhetsredovisningen skiljer sig åt mellan de företag som säljer till privatkunder och de företag som säljer till företag.

Diskussionerna om ?granskning? av miljö- och hållbarhetsredovisningar har i Sverige funnits sedan mitten av 1990-talet. Specialistrevisorn Lars-Olle Larsson menar att efterfrågan ökar angående bestyrkta hållbarhetsredovisningar. Detta på grund av de ökade kraven från organisationer som Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Förenta Nationerna (FN) och Amnesty International. Med andra ord har uppmärksamheten riktas mot såväl företagens samhällsansvar som den enskilda revisorn och revisorsprofessionen.Det finns en pågående forskningsdebatt som grundar sig på struktur kontra bedömning i revisionsprocessen.

Hållbar utveckling är ett ämne som är på frammarsch vilket många företag har uppmärksammat. Då företag och organisationer orsakar miljöförstöring är det även de som kan påverka och förbättra problemen genom att jobba med just hållbarhetsfrågor. Att jobba med hållbarhetsfrågor kan ge grund för en hållbarhetsredovisning vilket är till för att ge företagets intressenter vetskap om hur företaget tar sig an sina problem som påverkar miljön. Hållbarhetsredovisningar kan även hjälpa företaget internt genom att visa de anställda vad förändringarna faktiskt har åstadkommit och uppmuntra till fortsatt arbete inom hållbarhet. Global Report Initiative (GRI) är den mest erkända organisation som bidrar med riktlinjer för hur en hållbarhetsredovisning ska upprättas. Det har dock uppdagats att det finns svårigheter för intressenter att jämföra olika företags hållbarhetsredovisningar eftersom de skiljer sig gällande vad som rapporteras.
