Bakgrund: Förlossningsupplevelser påverkar föräldrar psykologiskt, fysiskt, socialt och kulturellt. Föräldrarnas upplevelser av förlossningen har både omedelbara och långvariga effekter på deras hälsa och relation till varandra och sitt barn. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa faktorer som kan bidra till negativa förlossningsupplevelser hos föräldrar. Metod: Datamaterialet bestod av ett frågeformulär som besvarats av 211 kvinnor som fött barn vid ett sjukhus i Norrland mellan åren 2006-2010 och som uppgivit en negativ förlossningsupplevelse på VAS-skala. Studien bygger på föräldrarnas svar på en öppen fråga "egna kommentarer" och "pappas kommentarer".

Bakgrund: Stickrädsla är ett vanligt problem hos barn och vuxna, vilket innebär ett lidande för dessa patienter. Rädslan och oron gör att vissa patienter även utvecklar en fobi. Sjukvården är ofta förknippad med provtagningar som innebär nålstick. Då vissa patienter är så rädda för nålar medför det att vård inte söks eller uteblir, fast vissa patienter vore i behov av vård. Det kan även gå så långt att kvinnor undviker att skaffa barn.

Med denna uppsats har vi närmat oss ämnet ?den mångkulturella skolan? ur lärarens perspektiv. En mångkulturell skola tolkas ofta som en skola med elever från många olika kulturer. Tyvärr glöms ofta de utlandsfödda lärarna bort. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka utlandsfödda lärares uppfattningar om sin roll i den mångkulturella skolan.

Today, the environmental threat is a global problem and knowledge about that effluent of carbon dioxide have a negative impact on the climate is generally known. A transport system that works well is important for Sweden, but the sector has a negative impact on the environment. Regulation and legislation for increased environmental requirements often meets resistance and fear that the work will be hampered by increased costs for environmental work that can lead to an international decrease in competitiveness. The transport companies have outside pressure from the society to do something about the environmental issue, however the companies? customers are not ready to pay a higher price for environmental work.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine how Greece?s migration system functions and how immigration and asylum policies manifest themselves during the countries current severe economic crisis. More precisely, examining how the regulatory framework and policies regarding refugees' and migrant situation effects practical implementation. The research questions raised are; - How are refugees and other migrants' rights in Greece respected, from a legal, political and moral perspective? What impact can racism have on the treatment of refugees and other migrants? A contextual analysis of ideas through an analysis of the political programs/agendas was used and contrasted, through theories concerning racism, nationalism and globalization to further nuance the situation concerning refugees' rights.

Introduction: Child maltreatment, perpetrated by a caregiver, is a major health problem. The child suffers not only at the instance the abuse or maltreatment occurs, the consequences may persist into adulthood. The specialist nurse in child health (CHN), who works at a child health care unit, comes across almost every child growing up in Sweden. The CHN has an opportunity to implement primary prevention with the family during the child's first years. Aim: The aim of this study is to describe the CHN experiences regarding primary prevention to avoid domestic child maltreatment.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the conditions that prevail when companies put their marketing in social media with the purpose of creating a perception of the risks and opportunities it brings to businesses and ultimately how it may affect the corporate image and identity.Theories: The basis of the problem area are presented through a theoretical framework with the purpose of highlighting the notions of social media, communi- cation, marketing communication, groundswell, corporate identity and image.Methodology: To investigate the research questions this study adopted a qualitative approach in which the authors study the properties of a phenomenon in order to seek a deeper understanding of the problems we have presented. There is an exploratory approach to knowledge and the authors have chosen to conduct qualitative research interviews based upon three themes: driving forces, challenges and impacts.Conclusion: The study revealed that traditional models of communication are no longer applicable in social media. Companies are up for a challenge and must clarify their sole purpose when establishing communication in the social landscape. The general motivation for marketing in social media is making profit, however, building relationships is not a natural motive for most companies. The risks companies expe- rience is the exposure caused by social media and the study also reveals that this fear is firmly attached to their lack of knowledge of these new channels of communicat- ion and their primary areas of use which indicates that skilled employees plays a vi- tal role with their use of social media in their communication process.

Three main questions give the fundamental structure for this master thesis: 1) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the following theologians respectively; David P. Scaer, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Wolfhart Pannenberg? 2) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the encyclical Veritatis Splendor? 3) Which similarities and divergences can be found in the respective expositions of the notion of law?For the purpose of comparison, I have employed four questions of analysis. These are: A) What is ?the law?? B) Is the law being effected, or is it working, in the world and if so - in what ways and for what purposes is it meant to serve? C) Does human beings have any capacities to understand and/or live in accordance to the law? D) Does the Gospel, perceived as the earthly life, actions, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, effect any alteration with respect to the purpose, range, function or interpretation of the law?In order to better understand Roman-Catholic concepts of law, the treatise on law of Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologica is briefly presented.

Background. Anesthetic-related death in small animal anesthesia is about ten times more common than in human anesthesia. Recent research identifies the early postoperative period as particularly risky and highlights the need for regular and careful monitoring of the veterinary patient during this period. Objective. The aims of this study were to investigate whether there are standard procedures in terms of regulated routine patient observations and record-keeping during the early postoperative period at Swedish veterinary clinics, and if there are any guidelines for monitoring the veterinary patient during recovery. Methods. A small survey including ten Swedish veterinary clinics was carried out as well as a literature review. Results.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the constructions of sexuality, which are produced when judgments concerning asylum are made, based on an asylum seeker?s sexual orientation. The question formulations are the following: Which constructions of sexuality are produced when necessary condition, fear of persecution due to sexual orientation, is applied in judgments regarding refugee status? Furthermore, how constructions of sexuality differ in the judgments where the asylum seeker has been consented and rejected is investigated. The empirical material consists of 13 judgments, which were announced between the years 2009-2013 by the Migration court.

Background: Myocardial infarction is the most frequent cause of death in Sweden. Previous research has indicated large gender differences as regards the type of care received by the patient. Aim: The aim of the literature review was to describe women?s experiences after myocardial infarction. Methods: A literature review based on eleven qualitative articles was performed.

The essay deals with the hill-fort on the mountain Halleberg, Sweden, its wall design, functionality, dating and its possible function as a central location and a place of worship of the ancestors.The Halleberg hill-fort consists of a 1500 meters long at times cohesive stonewalls which together blocked the mountain from its surroundings. Hallberg's natural vertical scree and cliffs along with the masonry blocked the whole mountain from the surroundings.The hill-forts, with few exceptions are largely not investigated archaeologically and its functionality and role in the ancient society is based on outdated research on the subject. The current archaeological interpretation is that hill-forts served as temporary defense in times of unrest or served as center of power for a social elite. The prevailing view in the archaeological sphere is that the hill-forts had a variety of functions and that its functionality and role in ancient society has varied.Halleberg´s strongest wall sections are at the mountain's south-eastern part where the natural driveway, Storgårdsklev is located. Along with the massive masonry of the walls in Bokedalen Storgårdsklev functioned as the hill-forts main entrance.

Dagligen kommer barn till sjukhus inför en planerad operation. De flesta barn är mer eller mindre ängsliga. De kommer till en okänd miljö och vet inte vad som ska hända. Att inte veta vad som ska hända skapar oro och rädsla. Barns oro och rädsla inför planerad operation kan även påverka barnets beteende negativt efter operationen med bland annat separationsångest och sömnsvårigheter.

Bakgrund: Forskning belyser faktorerna som påverkar patienters önskan att påskynda döden i livets slutskede. Det saknas dock studier som undersöker hur sjuksköterskor, som arbetar med patienter som är obotligt (terminalt) sjuka och önskar dö, betraktar sig själva i mötet med de här patienterna. Syfte: Föreliggande studiens syfte var att belysa hur sjuksköterskor ser på sig själva, i mötet med patienter i livets slutskede som uttrycker en önskan att påskynda sin död. Metod: Studien är en empirisk intervjustudie med en kvalitativ ansats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med fyra legitimerade sjuksköterskor.
