The presence of cystic ovarian follicles represents an important ovarian dysfunction and is a major cause of reproductive failure in dairy cattle. A cystic ovarian follicle is a persistent follicular-like structure on one or both of the ovaries. It is at least 2,5cm in diameter and it has to persist for at least ten days while a corpus luteum is missing. There are two kinds of cystic ovarian follicles, those who have a progesterone production and those who have not. A clear definition for this condition is lacking, probably because the heterogeneity of the clinical signs and the complexity of the disorder.

The most common way to treat wastewater in Sweden today is by a combination of an activated sludge process and a chemical treatment. These processes are not very energy efficient and may not be the most environmentally friendly. That is why it is interesting to evaluate new alternative methods to see if they can be less harmful to the environment and help to a lower resource consumption. New techniques are tested in a pilot installation at Hammarby Sjöstad, Sjöstadsverket. To be able to evaluate these techniques in a wide perspective system analyses are conducted where different impacts can be considered, advantages and disadvantages in the systems.Five system structures for water treatment have been constructed in Matlab/Simulink in this study.

This is a study of American Methodist Mission in Sweden and how this mission eventually formed the Methodist Church in Sweden 1876. The mission began as a consequence of returning Swedish emigrants and sailors who had encountered Methodism in America, mainly through the works of Swedish-American missionary Olof Gustaf Hedström on the Bethel ship in New York. Executive summary This master thesis was originally based on a specific assignment given to the authors from ABB Full Service, a unit specializing in providing maintenance outsourcing: ?How can ABB Full Service expand its offering of providing fundamental maintenance by seamlessly incorporating the business concept with competencies and solutions from other ABB divisions?? The academic issue was developed throughout the thesis, resulting in the following formulation: ?From an organizational perspective; how can service providers bring continuous added value to intra-organizational outsourcing partnerships?? Many of the key findings of this thesis are reflected in the issue. The term intra-organizational outsourcing is a proposed addition to the terminology in the academic discourse on outsourcing. The definition of the term is: ? Where an organization outsources a business process interlinked with the physical operations, requiring the service provider to take over a preexisting unit and its employees.This is an accurate description of the form of outsourcing that ABB Full Service is engaged in.

The goal of this work is to get as good a basis as possible to explain what the owners want for products and services when those doing business with buying groups in Korsnäs purchases regions: Gävleborg, Dalarna, Uppland and Frövi. It should also provide Korsnäs knowledge of the most important factors to consider in business with the owners. Another important aspect is to find out what you have done better at the business with owners, to eventually be able to preserve and take them into account. 300 questionnaires sent out to randomly selected owners in these regions. This is to find out what the owners did not have the products/services of Korsnäs. 29 questions were asked in the affected areas to identify what was missing and to eventually be able to satisfy them.

Syftet är att beskriva hur en specifik inkubator fungerar i praktiken samt utreda när denna utgör ett lämpligt alternativ för en entreprenör. Vi vill även förklara hur ett nystartat företags utvecklingspotential påverkas av att få tillgång till både kapital och handgriplig hjälp med kompetenstillförsel, genom att vara en del av denna inkubatorverksamhet. Vi har tillämpat en induktiv ansats, genom att vi låtit studien ha sin utgångspunkt i empirin.

History shows several examples of disasters a mismanaged financial sector can bring. This also affects the society and stability over all. The inspection is conducted by the Swedish inspection of finance, which ensures that the insurance companies follow the law for its practice.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att studera hur gymnasieungdomar ser på ansvarstagande gällande preventivmedel i en fast relation.Metod: En kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie användes för att undersöka könsskillnader i ansvarstagande hos gymnasieungdomar över 18 år. 102 enkäter delades ut med jämn fördelning mellan könen. Enkäten bestod av en öppen fråga samt fem slutna frågor med kommentarsfält. Chi-två-test användes för att undersöka signifikansen (p<0.05) mellan könen.Resultat: Det fanns inte någon signifikans mellan unga kvinnor och män avseende ansvarstagande. Däremot kunde en skillnad mellan könen ses när det gäller kännedom om olika preventivmedel, vart man hämtar information om preventivmedel samt varför preventivmedel används.

Syftet med min uppsats har varit att undersöka hur tre kvinnor genom sina berättelser om jobbiga förlossningar gjort sina upplevelser begripliga i relation till normer om kvinnlighet. Undersökningen består av tre semistrukturerade intervjuer vilka jag, med ett narrativt angreppssätt, analyserat genom att göra en innehållsanalys och en formanalys. Resultatet visar att det i kvinnornas berättelser framkommer tydliga normer kopplade till kvinnlighet. Normerna är flera, men handlar på det stora hela om att barnafödande är någonting naturligt som kvinnor ska klara av utan problem. Då kvinnornas berättelser handlar om upplevelser som avviker från denna norm måste de hela tiden positionera sig själva och sina upplevelser i relation till normen för att kunna förstå sin upplevelse och göra den legitim.
