Borlänges gemensamma vård- och omsorgsnämnd - en studie av den gemensamma nämndens uppkomst
AbstractThe organization of the health care system in Sweden has been subjected to investigations and discussions in order to make it more effective. The aim is to create a better public health care and to economize on the financial resources. In the year of 2003 an amendment of the Swedish law made it easier for municipalities and county councils to make own solutions and agree about how health service should be organized in the best way. This resulted in a number of test projects. In this paper I will focus on one of these test projects which took place in Borlänge and was based on collaboration between the municipality and the county council in Dalecarlia.

The buying decision process describes how the consumer makes a purchase decision through a rational process (Markin, 1979) and an understanding for how consumers make a purchase decision can according to Sands et al. (2010) be obtained by increased knowledge for the information search process (the second part of the buying decision process) before a purchase. Today?s society offers great opportunity to obtain information (Rahim & Clemens, 2012; Bawden & Robinson, 2009) and by that there are in other words good opportunities for a rational acting by the consumers. Medielek och digital kompetens i en förskolekontext : Design för meningsskapande
The aim of this thesis is to make a contribution to the field of design oriented theory, regarding young children and their way to digital competence. My research question is: How can a preschool with a certain pedagogical ICT-design give the children affordances for media play and for developing a digital competence?The European Parliament points out digital literacy as one of the Key Competences for life long learning. A digital competence is built on basic ICT (Information and Communication technology) skills. Skills you can develop any time during life, weather you are young or old.
Att skriva sig till läsning via datorn : Lärarens val?
The purpose of my study is to examine why five primary school teachers chose to start using the method ?Learning reading by writing on computer? in their teaching. How do they perceive that the method works in their classroom and do they perceive that the method affect the children?s literacy?The study consists of a qualitative method in form of interviews with five primary school teachers and also some observations made by me in the classrooms. I will use the findings I made during the interviews and observations and contrast these to relevant literature and research that I have collected.The result of my study shows that all of the interviewed teachers had a self-interest in working with the method ?Learning reading by writing on computers? and that they also worked closely with colleagues.
Utbildningsplattformen It´s learning i distans- och närundervisning
Avsikten med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka om det är möjligt att bygga upp en kursmall i en lärplattform, i det här fallet It´s learning, som ska kunna användas av lärare för att bygga upp både distanskurser och närundervisningskurser.
Fokus lades på att dels hitta minsta gemensamma nämnare för en sådan kursmall och dels på att vidareutveckla arbetet med It´s learning på Örkelljunga Utbildningscentrum där jag är anställd.
Undersökningsgruppen var i första hand lärare med sina kunskaper och erfarenheter av undervisningen både på distans och i klassrummet, i andra hand elever med sitt behov att ha insyn i vad som gjordes, vad som ska göras, vad har man missat och vilket är resultat av deras lärandearbete i form av lärarens feedback och betyg.
Metoder som användes var enkät, intervjuer och samtal.
Arbetets slutsats är att man kan, med en kursmall som grund, bygga upp både distanskurser och närundervisningskurser i It´s learning, det kräver dock mycket tid och engagemang från lärarnas sida då mallen ska fyllas på med vettigt undervisningsmaterial och planeringen synliggöras för eleverna. Allt handlar inte bara om tid och engagemang, även bristande datakunskaper hos en del av undervisarna är ett grundproblem som måste övervinnas.
Projektet utmynnade i att de flesta av mina kollegor började använda sig av lärplattformen, dock ej alla som målsättningen var från början. Kursmallen underlättade arbetet initialt men den stora insatsen ligger under årets lopp då varje påbörjad kurs ska fyllas på med lektionsplaneringar och digitalt undervisningsmaterial av hög pedagogisk kvalité.

Learning study med fokus på inkludering och elevers lärande
Syfte: Syftet med undersökningen var att studera lärares erfarenhet av att arbeta med learning study som modell för undervisning. Avsikten var att försöka förstå om modellen kan bidra till att öka den beredskap som behövs för att möta elevers variation i undervisningen genom att ge lärare redskap för reflektion och förändring. Syftet var också att undersöka om learning study skulle kunna vara ett redskap för specialpedagogens arbete inom ramen för en inkluderande pedagogik. Teori/Metod: Undersökningen baseras på intervjuer med fem lärare från två grundskolor,7-9. Inför studiens genomförande gjordes en auskultation i learning study, för att bättre kunna förstå dess upplägg inför intervjuundersökningen.

This report is the outcome of an exam work made in interaction design, bachelor degree, at the School of Arts and Communication, Malmö University. Working in collaboration with the childhood obesity unit, Region Skåne, our aim was to fulfill their request of a web based application preparing the children for treatment at their facility. Furthermore the application intends to give the children knowledge concerning obesity as well as teaching them how to obtain a healthier lifestyle in terms of provision and activities. The application concerns children in different ages and therefore different stages of their learning abilities. Our conclusions are that they need to be challenged and obtain feedback in different ways to get motivated.

Phosphate is a used as a surface treatment method which is used for various purposes in the industry. In this case, phosphate coated wire is used in the processes to achieve a desirable outcome. The reason to why phosphate coated wire is used in the production process is because phosphate acts as an accumulator, where it stabilizes the lubricant on the surface of the wire. Lubrication is important because it plays a major role in the roll quality and characterizes important benefits regarding the outcome.Currently, SKF has to wash away all phosphates residues after extrusion process in an operation called tumbling. The main reason for this is simply because the surface has to be completely free from lubricants and coatings till the next step of process.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how a bank?s features and internal factors have affected its choice of method in calculating the capital requirement.Theoretical and Empirical Method: The research strategy of this study has been of a qualitative nature with a deductive approach. The choice of method was depth interviews with respondents from a targeted sample of Swedish banks. These respondents were chosen based on the knowledge they possess as key employees in the capital requirement process and their involvement in choosing their banks? method for calculating the capital requirement.
En learning study i matematik om ekvivalens
Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva skillnaderna i sättet som lärandets innehåll behandlas i matematik under två lektioner i årskurs 4 om ekvivalens, samt titta på om det intentionella lärandeobjektet var förenligt med det iscensatta lärandeobjektet. Studien kommer även att titta på ifall eleverna lärde det som var intentionen med lektionen samt vilken invarians och variation som skapas under lektionen. För att besvara dessa frågor används learning study som en forskningsmetod i denna studie. Studien visar att grupp 1 inte erbjöds lika goda förutsättningar att erfara det som var intentionen med lektionen som grupp 2 gjorde. Resultatet visar också att skillnaderna var väldigt små mellan de båda grupperna, men att grupp 1 i stort sett endast hade förbättrat sig på uppgiften de undervisades om under lektionen.

AbstractSwedish tuition for immigrants (SFI) is a public adult education program in Sweden that was created in order to provide the immigrants with basic skills in Swedish. People with different backgrounds speaking different languages learn together how they should communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. For those who teach SFI it is important to know which factors have positive effects on the Swedish language acquisition. One of the questions to be asked is if the learning materials´ genre has any effect on the SFI students´ proficiency, in particular, oral proficiency. Scientists as von Franz, Vygotskiy and Bettelheim argued that fairy tales, as a genre consciously or subconsciously recognizable by all the people, present texts that are easy to acqiure.

Sweden, being a multicultural society, has an increased need for transcultural care. The purpose of this literature review is to provide, through Madeleine Leinger's Culture Care-theory and her Sunrise model, a greater knowledge to nurses and to other professions within the health care units in meeting with circumcised or genitally mutilated girls or women. The result is based upon two scientific dissertations and nine scientific studies. It emerged mainly the etic (outsider) perspective. To underline the emic (insider) perspective, pure literature and fiction have been used.

What is the content in information seeking education?? What aims are focused in information seeking education?? What methods are used in information seeking education? The methods being used are empirical studies and studies of literature, within the subject area. The study is inspired by phenomenographical learning theories.
Undervisningsbehov vid ischemisk hjärtsjukdom - en litteraturstudie om patientens uppfattning
The aim of this study was to determine the self-perceived learning needs in patients with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD). CHD is the leading cause of death worldwide. Poor compliance is one of the causes of rehospitalisation. Patients suffering from CHD need education in order to manage their disease and prevent readmission to hospital. As hospital stays diminish the time available for patient education is limited.
