This degree project has been performed with Mega Teknik AB in Landskrona. The project has resulted in a workplace for the cable installers of Mega Teknik. The workplace contains a workbench and a cart.The first stage in this project was to make an analysis of the current workplace to identify the needs the installers had.The different principle construction proposals of how the workbench would look like and which functions it would have was made during brainstorming, in groups and alone. These proposals were compared against each other using a functional analysis that has been put up to get the principle construction that fulfilled most points in this analysis.The proposal chose for further work was a cart and a bench with a module intends, the table got a formulation that creates a better reach for the installers.This proposal was generated in Catia V5 to get a better overview of the suggested proposal.During the primary structure phase drawings over all the products were made and the components were chosen. Calculations were made and the product got the dimension required.

Studiens syfte Àr att skapa en djupare förstÄelse för varför det finns en diskrepans i svaren frÄn Skatteverkets medarbetarundersökning 2013, gÀllande upplevelsen av arbetstillfredsstÀllelse, i relation till synen pÄ Skatteverket som en attraktiv arbetsplats samt till synen pÄ att rekommendera arbetsplatsen till andra personer. Studien tar utgÄngspunkt i begreppet arbetstillfredsstÀllelse, som betraktas som attityder mÀnniskan kÀnner gentemot sitt arbete, och tillÀmpar ett kvalitativt angreppssÀtt. Genom 12 semistrukturerade intervjuer med handlÀggare pÄ ett skattekontor i VÀstsverige, görs en ansats till att förklara diskrepansen utifrÄn en analys av medarbetarnas uppfattningar. Det empiriska materialet har analyserats genom fenomenologisk dataanalys och studiens slutsatser visar att det finns en viss grad av missnöje bland handlÀggarna gÀllande faktorer sÄsom löneutveckling, bristande karriÀrvÀgar samt upplevelsen av andra mÀnniskors uppfattning om handlÀggarens arbete och arbetsplats. .

The response to many on-going or emerging conflicts since the beginning of the 21st century has been different forms of multinational complex peace operations. Civil-military relations are a commonly studied field that traditionally has its focus on nations. This study intends, in the context of organisations, to test the correlation between a civil-military approach and outcome in complex peace operations. A hypothesis has been deduced from researcher Robert Egnell?s theory on complex peace operations, that states that: UN peace operations with an integrated civil-military approach are more successful in achieving their goals than peace operations with a divided approach.

I den hÀr uppsatsen görs en jÀmförelse mellan tre aktörer i svensk miljöpolitik, den svenska staten, miljöorganisationen Svenska Naturskyddsföreningen (SNF) och intresseorganisationen Svenskt NÀringsliv (SN). Syftet med jÀmförelsen Àr att undersöka hur de skiljer sig Ät eller om de i huvudsak har samma syn pÄ hanteringen av miljöfrÄgan och speciellt i synen pÄ om det finns en konflikt mellan tillvÀxt och miljö. Som teoretisk ram anvÀnds ekologisk modernisering, en teori som karaktÀriseras av att konflikten mellan tillvÀxt och miljö ses som upphÀvd och den anses vara en lovande strategi för att hantera miljöproblemen. Metoden, som har anvÀnts i uppsatsen Àr diskursanalys av olika texter som producerats av aktörerna i nutid. Hos varje aktör har bÄde dokument rörande klimatfrÄgan som representerar globala hÄllbarhetsfrÄgor och dokument rörande allmÀn, nationell miljövÄrd valts ut, för att Àven skillnaden mellan olika frÄgor ska kunna studeras.

The aim of this study was to investigate how selected municipalities? use social media, with a focus on how they are working to increase the dialogue between municipalities? and residents. To answer the purpose of the study three questions has been formulated: how do the communicators use social media in their daily work? What opportunities and challenges are the municipalities? experiencing with Facebook? How do they work with Facebook to increase dialogue with citizens?The theories that has been used in this study is Cutlip?s and Grunig?s public relations theories, Shannon and weavers communication model, Cutlip?s and Heath?s theory of issue management and Jenkins theory of convergence culture. The method that has been used in this study is qualitative semi-structured interviews and the analysis is done with a thematic text analysis.

I have interviewed five communication consultants from three different corporations.

The aim of this study was to use stories from three people who previously lived in homelessness to increase the knowledge of the social network's impact on the process of exiting homelessness. In order to answer our questions, whether the social network facilitated or hindered the way out of homelessness, we have used a narrative method to take advantage of these person's life stories. As a theoretical perspective, we used the ecology of human development, based on the idea that human development occurs in interaction with their environment at different levels. Results showed those interviewees' networks had a significant impact on their path out of homelessness and that these relationships both facilitated and hindered this process. At the same time, these relationships affected our interviewees in different ways and were found in various areas of life, which indicates that there is more than one way out of homelessness.

The aim of this essay was to describe the power elite of the Swedish town Karlshamn, and its influences on the local political process before the realization of the narrow-gauge railway Karlshamn-Wislanda-JernvÀg. During the mid 19th century, a revolutionary period began in the Swedish pre-industrial epoch. The political and institutional regulatory frameworks were disassembled and restructured, away from protectionism and centrally controlled administration, for the benefit of free trade, local self-government and liberalism. The changes were carried through during times marked by a drastic increasing native population and upcoming demands for adjustments to meet the growth of the industrial-, trade- and labour markets. An essential industrial development factor was the building of the national railway network, which started after some important decisions in the Swedish Riksdag during the 1850Žs.

All products will eventually end up as waste, which in a sustainable society has to be handled in an efficient and environment friendly way. This report focuses on waste fractions meant for combustion, often difficult to characterize. However, more homogeneous fractions that are treated biologically are also discussed.The study concerns the region of BorÄs, Sweden, where the waste plant Sobacken has provided a good starting point. On this site, fuel to the Energy-from-Waste plant of BorÄs Energi is prepared and the biological waste is treated through anaerobic digestion.One important part of the study has been to collect experience-based knowledge from the technical staff at Sobacken and BorÄs Energi. This information was compiled into an overview of wanted and unwanted fractions to the preparation plant and the boilers respectively.
