The purpose of this essay is to examine Cognitive and Psychodynamic theory in the ways they approach spirituality. How and whether or not the personal view of spirituality affects the professional role of the psychologist is investigated. Data from six semi-structured interviews with psychologists have been collected and analysed in a qualitative, phenomenological method. The results reflect two main topics and several subsequent headlines with regards to: 1) the psychologist's professional approach and 2) the area in between the psychologist's personal and professional approach to spirituality. From empirical studies and relevant theories, a discussion is held about the psychological approaches to spirituality in psychotherapy.

Purpose: Our purpose is to examine how ExTe works with values and attitudes and if it has any connection to their success.Research questions: Does attitudes and values have anything to with ExTes success? Does ExTes management see their staff as a resource for development and do they deliberately work with it. Does ExTe follow their written Value book and do they continuously and active work with it?Approach: We have used a deductive way of reasoning and a qualitative study to gather the information needed. We have interviewed four staff members at ExTe.Conclusions: ExTes continuously and deliberately work with values and attitudes do have a meaning for their success.

The purpose of this thesis was to study managers in the tourism market who works with internal marketing towards their personnel. A case study with two tourism providers, Hotel La-ponia and Mix Ranch, was performed. The cases were based on personal interviews with the hotel manager at Hotel Laponia and with the owner of Mix Ranch. The research questions were based on why tourist providers use internal marketing and how tourist providers use internal marketing. The findings were that it was regarded as very important to have moti-vated, satisfied, and properly trained personnel in this business because they are the ones who have direct communication with the clients and they are an important issue to help the com-pany to success.

This is a case study where the purpose is to examine three youth workers view of the cooperation with the classroom teachers.This study was conducted through qualitative interviews, which are usually used when one wants to interpret or explain something. Unlike quantitative interviews, which are used when one is trying to measure something. I have used semi-structured interviews when I tried to answer my questions. My results showed that the three different informants collaborated with the school and classroom teachers in different ways, one of them had no scheduled time to plan with classroom teachers, while the other two had. Two of the informants worked in class during the mornings basically every day, the third one were in class for a few lessons.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to analyse and interpret artist Hans Hedberg?s monumental, ceramic reliefs in Sweden and France. Hedberg is internationally famous for his ceramic fruits and eggs in different glaces and formats. A mostly unknown side of his artistic production is that he produced about 50 ceramic reliefs during the 1950s and up to the 1970s in public buildings. Hedberg was one of very few foreign artists in France, who, during a long period of time, produced monumental, public reliefs for the French state.

Sustainable development has become more and more important over the past years. The term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is closely connected to sustainable development and focuses on organizations responsibility towards the society and the environment in which it exists. Companies within the mining industry were among the first to initiate CSR-work due to the fact that they have a great impact at the local community, both socially and environmentally. Today they are still in the forefront of the development of CSR-questions in general, and community involvement and development in particular. Earlier studies made on this area have focused on the strategic level of community involvement and development.

This study explores how online television works and how it is integrated with social media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs. Through three qualitative interviews with representants from different fields of work regarding online television, we have concluded how online television is being used in Sweden today and concludes with examples of what the future of online television could look like. Representatives from the following companies have been interviewed: SBS Media Group Sweden, Strix Television and Mediamätning i Skandinavien. The use of social media for marketing of online television is a fact for the companies in this study. However, the result of the study shows that theres room for development in the integration between online television and social media.

Central notions from Ks philosophy are explained and then the author points to examples of how this corresponds with the essence of the two movies.The argumentation is based on Ks thoughts on faith and human existence. Other theories concerning Dreyers movies, and to some extent his background, is also discussed.Finally the author concludes that he was right in his hypothesis: that it is possible to show an influence from Kierkegaards christian, existentialistic thoughts in the two movies.Moreover the author thinks that the chosen perspective works as a complement to other written material on the movies and that other writers on the subject have some problems summing up the contents of the movies from their different perspectives.The final conclusion is thus that an interpretation of the movies from a Kierkegaardian viewpoint increases the understanding of the same movies.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet var att ta reda på vilken undervisning och vilka kunskaper läkarstudenter får om FaR på svenska läkarutbildningar samt vilka hälsopedagogiska verktyg studenterna får med sig från utbildningen för att kunna arbeta med metoden i sin framtida yrkesroll. Följande frågeställningar formulerades; Vilken utbildning om FaR ingår i de olika läkarutbildningarna i Sverige samt vilka likheter och skillnader kan utläsas? Vilka åsikter har de programansvariga vid läkarutbildningarna om utbildningen som studenterna får gällande FaR? Hur uppfattar läkarstudenterna FaR som arbetsmetod och vad anser de om den utbildning som ges om metoden? Vilka hälsopedagogiska verktyg får läkarstudenterna med sig från utbildningen för att arbeta med FaR och hur ser de på hälsopedagogik kopplat till läkaryrket?MetodEn kvalitativ ansats användes för att besvara dessa frågor. En kartläggning om vilken utbildning kring FaR som i dagsläget sker, vid sex av sju läkarutbildningar i Sverige, gjordes för att skapa en överblick i ämnet. Dessutom genomfördes telefonintervjuer med fem programansvariga vid dessa lärosäten samt en fokusgrupp med fyra läkarstudenter från Karolinska Institutet.Resultat och slutsatsKartläggningen visade att mängden utbildning som läkarstudenterna får om FaR skiljer sig åt mellan lärosätena och det var därmed svårt att dra slutsatser kring likheter och skillnader då det inte gavs konkreta svar om exakt hur mycket utbildning som ingår.

Many organizations strive to be transnational. This means that individuals with different cultural background will work together. Countries around the world have their own culture, which mark the way individual?s think and act. Different values between leaders and their subordinates are often a key factor to misunderstandings and conflicts in transnational organisations.

Denna rapport beskriver ett examensarbete där optiska fibrer av plast integrerades i varpled i en väv. Syftet med examensarbetet var att undersöka om det är möjligt att industriellt producera ljusemitterande vävar med optiska fibrer. Arbetet delades upp i olika delar, både teoretiska och praktiska. Den teoretiska delen innebar informationssökning inom olika medier, såsom vetenskapliga artiklar och intervjuer med insatta människor inom de berörda områdena. Den praktiska delen i examensarbetet bestod av flera olika moment.

In health care today at Uppsala County Council the daily work involves spending time at the computer. IT-systems were implemented to support and aid the care givers in their work. Around these systems there is a support organization to support the users in using the system. The aim of this thesis is to investigate this organization in terms of how well it works and how successful it is in helping the users. This has been done by investigating the flow of information trough the organization and by focusing at the role of IT-coordinators with responsibility for support, process development, education and statistics.

The objective of this study was to examine how an IT department has been affected by the changes of increased local usage of IT, and how the usage have affected municipalities IT departments demands of IT support. In the study we explore how both the IT department and the IT support works by interviewing present and former employees at the local IT department. The current IT department have undergone a series of local changes over the last 20 years, the department has gone from only having internal users to getting the entire municipalitiy?s agencies of IT as users. It started with how the municipality began to dig down fiber optic cable in the middle of the 1990?s, and today has started to develop solutions as to how to meet the demands of future usage of IT.
