Betongbeläggning ersätter bÃ¥de asfalten och broisoleringen. Därmed minskar riskerna med skador man inte kan inspektera okulärt samt man undviker en relativt sett underhÃ¥llsintensiv asfaltbeläggning. Vid följande fall är direktgjuten slitbetong (stÃ¥lfiberarmerad & självkompakterande) att föredra enligt mig: • stora geografiska avstÃ¥nd där inspektioner och underhÃ¥ll kräver lÃ¥nga resor • klimat som kräver dubbdäck under lÃ¥ng tid • broar där underhÃ¥ll försvÃ¥ras tack vare hög trafikintensitet.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the kind of support society offer parents, by illuminating some of the parent education programs which are arranged by social services. By interviewing some of those who are involved in these education programs, we tried to figure out what society would like to mediate as good parenting.Our main questions was:* Why are parental education needed in society of today?* What are the purpose of the education?* For whose sake are these educations arranged, for the childrens, the parents or in public interest.* This model which you are using, what would it like to mediate as most important in good parenting.We found that the respondents all agreed that the main purpose of these educations was to improve the relationship between parents and children. However they all pointed out the fact that there are great gains in public finances to do as well..

Funktionsinriktad musikterapi (FMT) kan användas till att utveckla personer med olika funktionsnedsättningar oavsett ålder. I detta examensarbete beskriver jag arbetet med ett barn och en vuxen som har funktionsnedsättningar på grund av hjärnskada. Den ena har en förvärvad och den andra en medfödd skada.Det har funnits skillnader i arbetet med dessa båda personer men likheterna har övervägt. Även i resultatet finns en tydlig överensstämmelse mellan de båda. Min erfarenhet säger att FMT med sin tydliga struktur skänker ro att få tillgång till den egna förmågan.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka vilka möjligheter och hinder ledare med utländsk bakgrund upplever i sitt ledarskap utifrån de nio kulturella dimensionerna från GLOBE- projektet. Fem intervjuer genomfördes med personer som hade invandrat till Sverige som vuxna och arbetade på mellanchefsnivå.Resultaten visade att chefer med invandrarbakgrund hade bidragit till sina verksamheter tack vare sina rötter och annorlunda livserfarenheter, berikade dem med nya vyer, synpunkter och förhållningssätt till vardagliga saker. Det som kunde anses vara det största hindret i arbetslivet var att de från början hade väldigt lite insyn i samhällets underförstådda regler, vilket kunde orsaka osäkerhet från början. Ett annat problem som uttrycktes var den svenska tillbakadragenheten med en avvaktande hållning och strikt regelföljning utan frihet att improvisera..

IT-strategier är komplexa och det kan för ett mindre företag i näringslivet vara svårt att selektera vad som bör ingå i en IT-strategi. Främst kan det vara svårt att veta hur tillvägagångssättet ser ut för att internt utforma en IT-strategi utan extern hjälp.För att undersöka problemområdet har ett antal intervjuer genomförts med experter inom området. Studien visar att det övervägande antalet organisationer idag utvecklar sin IT-strategi internt utan extern hjälp. IT-strategierna har formulerats och implementerats på ett lyckosamt sätt vare sig informell- eller formell metod använts. Dock visar studien att formella metoder leder till ett mer strukturerat och väldokumenterat arbete.

Uppsatsen handlar om en god lärmiljö och en skola för alla.Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på vad några pedagoger anser om en god lärmiljö och en skola för alla och hur dom arbetar för att uppnå det. För att få svar på dessa frågor, läste vi litteratur som var relevant för ämnet och intervjuade pedagoger ute i verksamheten.Vi använde oss av intervjumetoden, när vi ställde frågorna till pedagogerna. De vi intervjuade var två rektorer, sex pedagoger, en speciallärare och en specialpedagog. Vi tog kontakt med pedagogerna och förklarade frågorna och syftet med uppsatsen. Vid nästa steg genomförde vi intervjuerna.

Farmers Cooperative has in recent years developed from national markets to cross-border, international, collaborations. One example is the merger between the Swedish dairy company Arla and Danish MD Foods, where the companies collectively are sought to reduce transaction costs and thus improve efficiency. The Swedish market for commodities (fertilizers and pesticides) in agriculture has for many years been dominated by a few large players, with little opportunity for grain associations and local grain companies to offer their customers a varied range of commodities with a competitive pricing.To change this state, a majority of Swedish and Danish grain associations and local grain companies have established a trans-national cooperation. Through the establishment of the organization DLA Agro, they offer their customers a good variety of products with competitive prices. This study investigates thus according to the theory of cooperative models to what extent and how the DLA Agro helps to create benefits for the Swedish member companies.

This essay is an investigation of the level- and importance of interactivity on YouTube for the active user. YouTube is a great example of a user-friendly Internet environment which enables the users to take part in a virtual community where they can create the content and, with the various functions the site has to offer, interact with each other. With Uses and Gratifications as a tool for this research we look at the motivations and needs of the user and how they come into play on the most popular video distribution site in the world today. Qualitative interviews on Swedish respondents give us insight in how the YouTube-users with their own words perceive this relatively new highly interactive era. We focus on a narrow group of the most popular age-group of YouTube-users to go deeper - not to expand.

This essay concerns the fantastic and its position in narration. The fantastic's defintion is based on Martin Horstkotte's defintion in The Postmodern Fantastic and the essay focuses on the noncontextual aspects such as the clash between two incompatible fictional worlds and the absence created. Instead of the ordinary identification of the established fictional world with realism and our reality it is suggested that both of the colliding fictional worlds are fictive and that the established one not necessarily need to be realistic. Exampels on how the fantastic takes place on the syntagmatic level in a narration is drawn from the short story ?Samvetets fantasi? by Clas Livijn when analysed with Peter Brooks' closurebased narratology theory in Reading for the Plot.

The aim of this master thesis was to find out about librarians opinions of childrens libraries on the Internet, if it is a resource to reach children. Qualitative interviews were conducted with three librarians who had participated in the construction and development of childrens libraries on the Internet. IT and the Internet play an important role in childrens lives and children are using it to a greater extent. Libraries have begun to integrate IT and Internet into their services and are offering service on the Internet. The public library websites are usually for grown-ups and very few are directed to children.

In 2007 the Prevention Unit at Södermalm in Stockholm started a group activity for parents and children. The group activity?s intention is to offer families support in their early interaction. This study is a part of providing knowledge about this intervention. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the stories which are produced by five participants in a support group for parents and children.

keywordsThis was a project about the process of animation and the presentation of looped animations in the form of a zine.My main subject for the project was to explore the possibilities of the computer program After Effects and how to incorporate the functions of this program with my hand drawn technique. I wanted to keep the hand drawn feeling and at the same time make use of all the helpful short cuts and utilities that this program had to offer. I found that this program was quite suitable for this kind of work, although I didn?t feel completely satisfied when it came to the amount of animations that I was able to put together. At the end of the project I had completed six loops (plus a older one) for the CD that came with the printed zine.Another big issue in working with this was the question of theme and content for all the different loops.

I en fallstudie som är tänkt att utgöra en del av en större utvärdering har en kvinnojour i en medelstor svensk stad undersökts avseende måluppfyllnad och kundnöjdhet samt framtida utvecklingsmöjligheter. Med utgångspunkt i ett genusperspektiv och med tyngdpunkten lagd på brukarnas upplevelse av behov, förväntan och resultat har jourens verksamhet studerats. Med hjälp av dokumentstudier, halvstrukturerade intervjuer enskilt och i grupp samt enkäter har bilden av en behövd och omtyckt verksamhet vuxit fram. Särskilt då det gäller psykisk hälsa, rädsla och självförtroende men även för andra problemområden har det stöd jouren erbjuder visat sig vara betydelsefullt. Den största förändring som skett på individnivå är att det fysiska våldet har upphört.
