När paket transporteras vintertid kommer dessa att kylas ned av den låga utomhustemperaturen. Vid ankomst till sorteringsterminalen kommer paketen ha antagit en lägre temperatur än den i terminalen. Under tiden som paketen hanteras i terminalen kommer deras temperatur att stiga på grund av den högre inomhustemperaturen. Detta medför ett ökat uppvärmningsbehov i terminalen vilket således bidrar till en ökad uppvärmningskostnad och miljöpåverkan. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att ta fram en modell som beskriver energiflödet under transport och sortering för att kunna beräkna storleken på det ökade energibehovet som uppstår i paketterminalerna vintertid då nedkylda paket hanteras. Energibehovet skall sedan sättas i samband med den extra uppvärmningskostnad och miljöpåverkan som paketen ger upphov till.

The purpose has been to investigate leisure-time centers actual work on children with attention deficit disorder. In addition, the study strives to make leisure-time centers way of working, in relation to their assignments, visible. The study has also compared how the leisure-time centers work and what the research says. The survey was conducted with the help of three exploratory interviews with pedagogues and three-piece observations at the leisure-time centers. It was carried out at three different schools in two counties in Sweden.The results of the survey show that the schools are trying to create clear procedures, though the centers succeed with this in varied degrees.

This study discusses the relationship between studies and part-time work. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of why students enrolled in the programme of human resource management and working life choose to undertake part time work, specifically in the human resource business in such great extent while studying full time and what this means for the students regard gaining knowledge. It focuses on the students experience and in order to gain the understanding of this phenomenon three qestion formulations were formed; ?What are the reasons formed by the interviewed human resource-students for having part-time work in the human resource bransch, in addition to their full-time studies??, "What values are made visible regarding the students choices of having a part-time work in addition to their full-time studies?" and ?How does the students express the thought about their part-time work as a key to learn from their studies?? The empirical data were collected through interviews with eight branch-specific human resource-students. The data was analysed based on previous research and a theoretical framework consisting of Lave & Wenger's theory of communities of practice and John Deweys theory of learning by doing.

This study investigates how nutrients from source-separated human urine from Gothenburg properties can be used as fertiliser in agriculture or for parks or sports fields. The initiator is the Department of Sustainable Water and Waste Management at the City of Gothenburg. Today urine-diverting systems are installed in two apartment buildings and two public-use buildings. Urine recycling is expected to lead to less exploitation of natural resources and less eutrophicating discharges into water recipients. In the study the urine?s market potential is investigated, for which practical handling issues, business aspects and acceptance of customers, employees and visitors have proved to be important.

I ett tidigare projekt genomfört av värmeforsk har ett Excelbaserat program för att analysera hela system av pumpar och förbrukare tagits fram. Programmet heter PumpAnalys och med hjälp av detta skall onödigt höga tryck och onödiga strypningar i system gå att visualisera på ett enkelt sätt. Systemet som analyserat är det såkallade sekundärvärmesystemet vid Iggesunds Bruk, vilket har till uppgift att tillvarata värme från terpentin- och tunnlutsflöden. Den största besparingspotentialen har inte bestått i resultat från PumpAnalys utan i de låga verkningsgraderna (28-65%) hos de pumpar som ingår i systemet.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur lärare uppfattar att ansvarsfördelningen vid upptäckandet av och arbetet med elever i behov av särskilt stöd fungerar på två utvalda skolor. Vem är ansvarig för att elever i behov av särskilt stöd får den hjälp de behöver för att nå målen? En vinkling som tas med är lärarnas uppfattningar om styrdokumenten och hur dessa tillämpas i praktiken. Tre klasslärare och en speciallärare på två olika skolor har därför intervjuats om sina uppfattningar kring hur arbetet med elever i behov av särskilt stöd ser ut på deras skola avseende ansvarsfördelning, resurser och styrdokumentens förankring i verkligheten. Då det numera i skollagen står om en ny form av stödinsatser, under benämningen extra anpassningar, tas lärarnas uppfattningar kring detta upp.

Syftet med vår undersökning är att få förståelse och kunskap om vilka barn lärare och rektorer i två skolor, anser vara i behov av särskilt stöd. Studien avsåg att undersöka hur lärare, från förskoleklass till år tre, samt rektorer definierar och reflekterar om begreppet särskilda behov. Studien syftade till att undersöka hur rektorer, lärare, speciallärare och resurspedagog definierade och reflekterade om begreppet särskilda behov.

This report describes a project carried out in cooperation with Klippan Safety AB. The purpose of this project has been to develop a product that facilitates the living area in a truck cabin for the customers. To be able to develop, in a structured way, that kind of product, the project has been based on different product development theories. The project contained of following parts: marketing research, product generation, product evaluation and prototyping. After information from the marketing research and discussions with the company, the decision was made that the task was going to consist an improvement of the existing product referred to as 'the comfort module'.

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body and it participates in many essential processes, such as energy metabolism and protein synthezis. Magnesium deficiency in cattle may occur when they are let out for pasture in the spring, and is associated with tetany, known as grass staggers. A high yielding dairy cow often loses more magnesium daily in the milk than she has available in the body, and magnesium thereby needs to be provided in the feed to prevent the cow from being affected by deficiency symptoms. The uptake of magnesium is mainly located to the rumen and is not regulated by hormones. The surplus is excreted in the urine by the kidneys.

Manzai (??) is a Japanese comedy style similar to stand-up comedy but done by two people in the form of a dialogue. One is the Boke ?Funny man? and the other the Tsukkomi ?Straight man?. This work examines how manzai discourse is structured to create comedy by using the framework postulated by Abe (2006).

The aim of this thesis was to investigate how teachers in school and in leisure time center look at informal and formal learning. Informal learning is often associated with leisure-time while formal learning is generally linked to school. My questions also deal with the teachers? view of each other?s activities from a learning perspective and visibility of informal learning. I have made an empirical study with qualitative, semi-structured interviews with three class teachers and three leisure teachers.

One thing that most users of such programs are not aware of is that many of the adwares contain spyware. These spywares install themselves simultaneously with the adwares. Two of the spyware features is to generate pop-ups in the web browser and to direct advertisment from the users web habits.
