SAMMANFATTNINGTitel: Valutariskhantering vid rörelseexponering - En kvantitativ studie av svenska börsföretagNivå: C -uppsats i ämnet företagsekonomi.Författare: Gustaf Bergquist och Jimmy Mattsson.Handledare: Peter Lindberg.Datum: 2015 - juni.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att studera förekomsten av skillnader och likheter mellan svenska börsnoterade företags hantering av rörelseexponering mot valutarisk beroende på vilket segment de tillhör på Stockholmsbörsen.Metod: Studien är av kvantitativ natur med en deduktiv ansats. Data har samlats in genom internetbaserade enkäter som sedan har ställts mot tidigare forskning och teorier. Utfallet har sedan analyserats genom korrelationsanalys och presenteras tillsammans med resultatet.Resultat & slutsats: Studiens resultat visar på förekomsten av flertalet skillnader och likheter vad gäller hantering av valutarisk som kan kopplas till segmenttillhörighet. Den slutsats som dras i studien visar att benägenheten att skydda sig för rörelseexponering mot valutarisk och att hantera valutarisk internt är störst hos företag på Large Cap och att benägenheten att ta hjälp externt vid valutariskhantering är störst hos företag på Small Cap. Gällande förekomsten av storleksrelaterade likheter visar studien att dessa är relativt små.Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Då denna studie är av kvantitativ natur skulle det i framtiden vara intressant att komplettera enkätundersökningen med intervjuer för att ge en bättre förståelse kring valutasäkringsprocessen.

Low stumps represent on their own up to 80% of the dead wood remaining on clear cuts and therefore supply suitable habitat for saproxylic insects i.e. insects depending on dead wood for their survival. Recent stump harvesting activities threaten this substrate of ecological importance and increase the anthropogenic negative impacts on these species. Because of technical and environmental reasons (nutrient leakage, erosion) guidelines for stump harvesting recommend to retain stumps standing in wet parts of clear cuts. However, stumps in wet positions might not be a satisfactory substrate for saproxylic insects and therefore might not be as much used as stumps in dry positions.

På redovisningsområdet pågår det ständigt förändringar och under den senaste tiden har stort fokus legat på BFN. Nämnden har sedan 2004 arbetat med det så kallade K-projektet där målet är att ta fram samlade regelverk för företag i olika form och storlek. I denna uppsats ligger fokus på K3-regelverket som huvudsakligen är anpassat för större onoterade aktiebolag samt ekonomiska föreningar. Tanken är att regelverket ska baseras på IFRS for SMEs som är IASBs regelverk för små och medelstora företag. I dagsläget finns inget samlat regelverk för dessa bolag i Sverige för upprättande av årsredovisning.

Increased Exposure to the surrounding world with greater competitive pressure and considerable price fluctuations in the agricultural markets demand new ways of acting to secure the agricultural sector?s long-term survival and profitability. Structural change and/or diversification leads to increased numbers of stake-holders around the farm enterprise and thereby also the expectations of the farmers ability to lead and coordinate resources. Lean is the name of a management model developed by Toyota, influenced by the lack of resources in Japan during the post WWII period.

Examensarbetet har utförts vid ABB Power Transformers i Ludvika i plåtverkstaden, där stora transformatorlådor svetsas ihop. Tillsammans med vår handledare på företaget utformades ämnet för examensarbetet att bedöma luftkvalitet och arbetsmiljö vid punktsvetsning i koppar. Det fanns misstanke om att exponeringen för koppar var hög och en utvärdering av luftkvaliteten behövde därmed göras. Ingen tidigare exponeringsmätning vid svetsning i koppar har genomförts i plåtverkstaden. Syftet med examensarbetet var att utvärdera och komma fram till tre åtgärdsförslag för att skapa en bättre arbetsmiljö vid punktsvetsning samt att begränsa exponeringen av svetsrök som bildas vid svetsning i koppar. Tre åtgärder var företagets önskemål.

This essay has been made on behalf of the co-operative society Mäster Grön, which is selling ornamental plants to retailers in Sweden. The aim of this study has been to find out what added value Mäster Grön gets from their co-branding with the Swedish Seal of quality. The main topic of discussion was; how much value added does this co-branding give to Mäster Gröns pot plants? Are there differences from a customer point of view in value added between a garden center and a retail store? How much weight does the costumer put on the branding when buying a plant? Does the customer know what the values of Mäster Grön and Swedish Seal of quality mean? Two questions of lesser worth were asked to the consumers about what they thought about the protective plastic around the plant, and if they were interested in getting more information about the origin as well as the method of production of the plant. The study was divided into two parts, one in which customers were observed and one where the customers answered a survey.

AbstractAccording to research made by Statistics Sweden on the members of the labor union IF Metall the number of reported musculoskeletal disorders for employees working under the collective bargaining agreement for the automotive industry has almost doubled since 2003. During 2004- 2006 and 2008 male assembly workers were the occupational group with the highest amount of reported work related disorders in Sweden. To prevent musculoskeletal disorders is according to Rose and Orrenius important both for the individual, the society and the industry by reducing economic and personal costs. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze how the manufacturing industry is affected by musculoskeletal disorders that occur when working with line assembly and how companies can prevent them. The report aims to provide the reader with an understanding of what musculoskeletal disorders are, to which extent they occur in assembly, how companies are directed by laws and regulations and how they affect the Swedish manufacturing industry and their employees.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att analysera och beskriva hur ett företag kan arbeta med varumärkesutvidgning samt identifiera framgångsfaktorer, motgångar och bakomliggande orsaker som kan förekomma vid en varumärkesutvidgning.Metod: Vår studie utgår främst från den kvalitativa metoden. Inledningsvis presenteras ett ramverk för lämplig teori för att vidare kompletteras med intervjuer. Den empiriska delen består av kvalitativa intervjuer med företagen King Salming AB, Salming Sport, Peak Performance, Björn Borg och L`Homme Rouge. Slutsats: Vi har funnit stöd i, att teorin som avser varumärkesutvidgning kan användas i verkligheten. Samtliga bolag följer en varumärkesstrategi där kärnvärden och territorium utgör basen för en varumärkesutvidgning. I de fall där varumärkesutvidgningen inte fungerat som tänkt är det också avståndet till kärnvärdet och territoriet, som är ett av det återkommande problemet.

Forskning kring tillväxten av leasing har idag resulterat i att leasing omfattas av en femtedel av den totala externa finansieringen företag väljer att anskaffa tillgångar på. Ett företags finansieringsmöjligheter sätter prägel på huruvida företag överlever på marknaden idag. Då leasing är ett av de mest attraktiva finansieringsalternativen var det högaktuellt att undersöka vad leasing var samt hur redovisningen skiljer sig åt av leasing mellan företag och länder. Den stora frågan som företag måste ta hänsyn till är om de ska lånefinansiera eller leasa sina tillgångar. Rent teoretiskt är dessa förfaringssätt likartade vad gäller kostnader och betalningsansvar.

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the geographical distribution of everyday criminality in the town of Borlänge during the year 2002 and to analyze which measures to be taken in the physical social planning to decrease this everyday criminality there. The term everyday criminality is here to be understood as those categories of crime that appear most frequently in the records of reports to the police every year. Here two kinds of crime have been in focus, thefts from cars and office burglary.In fulfilling this aim two main questions have been answered. The first one is how the everyday criminality was distributed geographically in the town of Borlänge during the year 2002. The second one is which measures to be taken in the physical social planning to decrease this everyday criminality in the town of Borlänge.In order to answer the first question a spatial autocorrelation analysis, Local Moran LISA has been used.
