Syftet med studien är att förstå vilken syn pedagoger i skolans tidigare år har på begreppet motivation, samt hur de förhåller sig till arbetet med att skapa och stärka elevens motivation till skolarbetet. Undersökningen lyfter en rad olika aspekter som påverkar vilken motivation som väcks hos eleven och har särskilt fokus på följande faktorer; utmanande aktiviteter, kontroll, vilja, känslor och affekter, lärarens förhållningssätt, feedback, självkänsla, relevans, meningsfullhet och mål. Utifrån en kvalitativ, fenomenologisk ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer presenteras åtta pedagogers syn på motivation och hur de arbetar för att främja elevens lust att lära. I uppsatsen redogörs resultatet av intervjuerna i relation till bakomliggande teorier och aktuell forskning med hänseende till motivation. Slutligen betonas hemmets betydelse och vikten av att tillgodose elevens olika behov.

The essay deals with questions concerning the reasons, difficulties and subjects for rejoicing which various people experience when visiting "voluntarily" old, lonely people in the congregation of Trollhättan. What knowledge is developed and which values are formed? How is aging and solitude experienced? The visits are co-ordinated by two lay workers employed by the Swedish Church. The study is built on oral interviews in April and May 2003 from a questionaire using open questions. The research group consists of six women between 65-80 of age with 1-30 years´ experience.Inner reasons, contact with other people in similar situations, positive responses to visits, and meetings in the visiting service group seem to be the principal driving forces.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att besvara frågan hur ett medarbetarsamtal upplevs av den anställde. Att ställa frågan ?är det värt det? innebär att se om den anställde upplever att medarbetarsamtalet är en givande kommunikationsform eller om den anställde känner det som ett otillfredsställande samtal.Uppgifterna och svaren är inhämtade genom individuella intervjuer genomförda med deltagare i ett arbetslag inom den privata vårdsektorn.Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och baseras på semistrukturerade intervjuer.Studien har visat att medarbetarsamtalet inte upplevs som tillfredställande när det gäller kommunikationen med och till överordnad. Det har framkommit att anställda föredrar kommunikation inom hela arbetsgruppen via öppnare samtal mellan samtliga anställda. Vad studien också visar är att de anställda upplever sin chef och kontakten med chefen på olika sätt beroende på situation och kontext.Vi har utgått ifrån teorier kring institutionaliserade samtal, emotionellt arbete och tvång samt sociala band för att behandla och analysera informanternas upplevelse av medarbetarsamtalet.Den anställdes emotionella arbete påverkas av rollen den anställda upplever som passande för yrket samt att relationen till chefen påverkas av status och ställning. .

A common experience is that leadership could be better handled during reorganizations within the social services. The purpose of this study is to examine how social welfare secretaries experience their managers during reorganizations. How do social welfare secretaries experience the manger?s role and actions? While developing the interview questions it became relevant to illustrate further aspects: To describe how social welfare secretaries experience the reorganizations that they have gone through and their experience of the everyday leadership around the managers?; openness, availability, clarity, trust and skills regarding managing stress among their staff. The study is built on qualitative interviews with six social welfare secretaries within units working with economical social assistance in different districts in the city of Gothenburg.

The aim of this study was to investigate nurse?s experience of working from the philosophy of palliative care in end of life at home. The study had a qualitative design. Semi-structured interviews were performed with nine nurses working in advanced palliative home care. The analysis of the material revealed four categories and two subcategories.

The aim of this thesis is to study Viking Eggeling?s artwork Diagonal Symphony together with Eggeling?s own art theoretical writings. This method of reading Eggeling?s art theoretical writings with the aim to try and create a deeper understanding of his art and especially Diagonal Symphony is a new approach in Eggeling?s art historical discourse. The thesis starts with a description of how the field of art history has understood Eggeling and his art primarily through art historical research aimed at Hans Richter.

Introduction : Structural cardiac malformations affects 0.8-1% of children born worldwide, in Sweden 800-1000 children per year. Most children with congenital heart disease and their families will have frequent and lifelong contact with highly specialized care. Awareness of the parents experience is crucial in order to improve the nursing care. These experiences will be illustrated using a theoretical model of family-based nursing. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe experiences of being a parent to a child with a congenital heart disease.

ISO14001:2004 : A Human Ecological Tool?This is a study by means of litterature analysis and personal experience to find out wheather you could call ISO14001:2004 a Human Ecological tool. The ISO14001 is an environmental management system. I'm approaching the issue from a users' perspective and putting my experience of implementing the ISO 9001 at my work to good use. Though my personal experience is limited to the implementation of the ISO 9001, it is quite relevant to the task since the update of 2004 the ISO14001:2004 is brought closer to the ISO 9001 standard in many ways.

The study seeks to investigate four preschool teachers? views of making literacy learning a pleasurable experience in preschool class and to identify any differences in their views. The study is based on interviews with four teachers with at least ten years? experience of work in preschool class. The teachers work in three different municipalities.

Syfte:Studiens syfte var att utifrån aspekterna stress, nervositet och ängslan/oro undersöka om idrottsutövaren upplever dessa känslotillstånd som positivt eller negativt för prestationen.Studiens frågeställningar var: Hur kan positiv och negativ stress/nervositet upplevas påverka prestationen hos manliga ishockeyjuniorer? På vilket sätt upplever de manliga ishockeyjuniorerna att människor i omgivningen påverkar deras stress-/nervositetsnivå? Vad upplevs påverka prestationen mest positivt och negativt; somatisk oro, kognitiv oro eller tankar rörande självförtroende? Hur är de relaterade till varandra? Vad upplevs påverka prestationen mest; positiv eller negativ feedback? Vad händer med prestationen vid positiv/negativ oro?Metod:Metod som valdes till denna studie var dels ett påståendeformulär, CSAI-2R, (som undersöker hur olika känslotillstånd upplevs påverka prestationen) samt intervjuer. Formuläret låg till grund för intervjuerna, som studiens största tyngd lades på.Undersökningspersonerna var män i åldrarna 17-21 och spelade ishockey i ett juniorlag på elitserienivå. Påståendeformuläret fylldes i av 18 personer och av dessa valdes fyra stycken ut för intervju beroende på svar som av oss ansågs intressanta för studien. Kontakt med denna klubb togs via e-post och tillgång till J20-laget gavs.Sökningar efter relevant litteratur till bakgrundsdelen genomfördes i Idrottshögskolans bibliotekskatalog.Resultat och slutsats:Hela undersökningsgruppens resultat av påståendeformuläret kommer ej att redovisas.

Syftet med denna studie var att utveckla fördjupade kunskaper om bedömningshandlingar i matematikklassrummet utifrån ett elevperspektiv och två frågeställningar ställdes:Vad kännetecknar de bedömningshandlingar som kommuniceras under matematiklektioner?Hur uppfattar elever de bedömningshandlingar de tar emot och ger under matematiklektioner utifrån sitt lärande och sin utveckling?Studien genomfördes i form av en fallstudie i en skolklass årskurs fyra. Klassrumsobservationer och elevintervjuer användes för insamling av empiriskt material. Resultatet visar att de bedömningshandlingar som kommuniceras i matematikklassrummet till stor del är handlingar som i forskning beskrivs som gynnsamma för lärandet. Några observationer och uppfattningar skiljer sig i resultatet.

This is a qualitative case study that aims to examine the small entrepreneur?s choice of financing solutions and their thoughts on various forms of financing. The authors have chosen to specifically examine entrepreneurs who do not have experience that stretches more than three years in entrepreneurship and the restaurant business. The study used three different companies in the restaurant business in Stockholm and semi-structured interviews were conducted with all owners of the company, corresponding to a total of six respondents. The study's findings show the relationship of entrepreneurs who believe that the experience of the industry and entrepreneurship is valuable also are more prone to giving away some ownership in exchange for a certain expertise and funding..

In the nineties, policy makers highlighted the importance of creativity in education in order to nurture entrepreneurs in our society, thus the purpose of this study is to investigate high school students´ experience of creativity in psychology classes. The results are based on qualitative data from four semi-structured interviews with Swedish high school students who study psychology. The conclusions are that the respondents perceive psychology as a very creative school subject in which they can give personal experience as examples, they can give alternative explanations and solutions to problems, and that there are no right or wrong answers which means that they feel encouraged to self-reflect. The teacher is important as the respondents experience her as open, tolerant, and moreover, that she varies the classes, which contributes to a good classroom climate. The respondents also experience a certain degree of freedom when they feel involved and are allowed to influence their education.

The aim of this study was to understand the contact between foster homes and social workers, by doing a comparison of the social workers and the foster homes experiences of the cooperation that is between them. We started from three main questions to get an answer to our aim, how the foster homes and the social workers experience the organization of the foster care in the Social Service as an impact of the cooperation, what does the foster homes and the social workers experience as a important fact of a successful placement and finally, how does the foster homes and the social workers experience the supporting and controlling contact that is between them. To get our results we based our study on interviews whit four foster homes and whit four social workers. The analysis was based on one theoretical perspective, Skaus (2007) analytical approach for power and help. As a conclusion we have found out, that the organization of the Social Service has significance for the contact between social workers and foster homes.
