En fallstudie av Södertörns högskolas intranät Kurswebben
We have made a qualitative study of what the students at Södertörns högskola use Södertörns högskola?s intranet Kurswebben for and how they experience the use of it. For this purpose we have made a qualitative interview examination with six students. The empirical material has been analysed according to our own analytic model which is based on existing usability theories and consists of the tree parts content, function and design.Our conclusion is that the students use Kurswebben mainly to keep themselves updated, download teaching material and schedules. According to our study, the students most of the time experience their use of Kurswebben as simple, but sometimes have a reluctance to visit it.

Chefers identitet och identitetsskapande: en studie av chefer i offentlig verksamhet
The aim of this study was to gain a comprehension of managers experience of their identity and their construction of identity in the work sphere. 14 semi-structured interviews were performed with managers in the public sector. The interviews were analyzed from a hermeneutic approach. The results showed that the managers´ experience of their identity and their construction of identity were full of nuances and was characterized by a being and a becoming. The managers had several social identities at their disposal, which were brought to the fore due to the situation.

Tjänstesektorn är den dominerande sektorn på arbetsmarknaden i Sverige. På Ikano Bank som är vårt fallstudieföretag råder problem vid tillvaratagandet av kundsynpunkter. Detta är problematiskt eftersom kunder är bland det viktigaste för ett tjänsteföretag. Därmed lyder vår problemformulering;Hur kan ett tjänsteföretag agera vid insamlande av kundsynpunkter?Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur en process kan gå till vid insamlandet av kundsynpunkter samt vid tillvaratagandet av dessa.I denna studie har vi presenterat materialet i fyra olika kategorier för att det ska bli tydligt och lätt att följa.

Syftet med studien var att försöka kartlägga fotbollstränares pedagogiska grundsyn, huruvida det är lärande eller inlärning som bedrivs vid utbildning och utveckling av fotbollsspelare. Samhället och utbildningsväsendet har en utpräglad lärandefilosofi och har i mångt och mycket förkastat inlärningsbegreppet, dock upplevs det som om denna mentalitet fortfarande återfinns i idrottsrörelsen. Undersökningens metod bestod av kvalitativa intervjuer med tio TipsElittränare, där frågeställningarna utgick från begrepp som lärande, inlärning, kommunikation, instruktion och feedback. Mycket utav deras arbete grundar sig i Svenska Fotbollsförbundets utarbetade styrdokument, där lärandet i första hand beskrivs i termer av inlärning som ett resultat av instruktion. I tränarnas utsagor återfanns dock en antydan till andra perspektiv på lärande som utgick från tvåvägskommunikation samt en syn på spelaren som en självständig individ med eget ansvar för sitt lärande. Ytterligare forskning på hur lärande miljöer kan främja utbildning och utveckling på fotbollsplanen rekommenderas, dels för att kunna utveckla tränaren pedagogiskt men även för att kunna utveckla Svenska Fotbollsförbundets utbildningsmaterial.

Speech intervention for children with language impairment aims to both strengthen specific language skills and to reinforce the ability to participate in interactional contexts. Children with language impairment often have problems in interaction; therefore the contributions of the conversational partner are of great importance. Thus, the demands are high on the speech and language pathologist (SLP) for sense and cohesion in intervention. The aim of the present study was to examine how SLPs and children with language impairment interact in language intervention. An approach influenced by Conversation Analysis was used in order to identify various phenomena that occurred, and their effect on the structure of the interaction was analyzed.Four SLPs, two men and two women, were enrolled in the study. Kvinnodominerade och mansdominerade yrken - En studie utifrån icke traditionella yrkesval
In this thesis I am going to study how women experience working in a male-dominated occupation and how men experience working in a female-dominated occupation. I have chosen a qualitative method, interviewing four women and four men. By using this method I have gained a deeper understanding of what it is like having a non-traditional occupation. In the background I have looked into the unequal distribution of power between the sexes as well as the entrance of women on the labour-market, where the law of equality has had a major impact on the strive towards a more equal distribution according to sex. The theoretical part includes different theories where gender is focused, both when it comes to the biological differences as well as the segregation of sexes that prevails in society and here socialization heavily influences the choice of a vocation.

A study of the experience of collaboration of social welfare secretaries and school staff.The purpose of this study is to illustrate the importance of the work with children and youth through the joint efforts between different authorities. The study deals with the collaboration between the social services and schools in the Ludvika municipality. The objective of the study is to investigate how teaching personnel and headmasters in compulsory schools and the social welfare secretaries in Ludvika, experience the collaboration, and how this works. On the basis of the objective, we have formulated some relevant questions; To what degree are schools aware of the model of collaboration, which is the basis for collaboration within the municipality, and are there any differences in awareness between different categories of employees? Other questions deal with differences in how the social services and schools experience the collaboration, discrepancies between different schools in this regard and if the respondents? experience any obstacles and/or opportunities by the collaboration.Collaboration is, and has been, a pressing issue for a long time in the public debate.

ABSTRACT Introduction: One of the great difficulties that the nurse anesthetist encounter in their profession is to assess and estimate sleep depth versus signs of pain in the anesthetized patient. Based on a pre-operative appointment and the perioperative monitoring, an assessment of the patient is made. The experience that the nurse anesthetist has can make it easier to understand what subtile signs of the patient depends on. Purpose: With this in mind, the purpose of the pilot study was to try to find out if there are specific signs of pain during anesthesia and if the professional experience played a role. As a subsidiary aim the authors examined whether there were factors in the patient that the nurse anesthetist takes into account in the identification of pain during anesthesia.

As a designer, I find myself daily being confronted with choices which eventually can be summarizedas how we experience something. What?s the function, feeling, what colors should there be, shapes,materials, etc. Different parts will be combined to create an entirety. The only question is why we areaffected so differently by the same entirety.In this project I have examined how the relationship between a space and a product affects ourperception of a coherensy and what it is that makes us experience it so differently.I wanted to find a way to methodically explore the importance of the coherency for the experience ofa product and a space in relation to each other, in order to produce a material that can form the basisfor further work on the spatial context.I?ve looked into the psycological term central coherence and formed a scale that shows the humanabilities to perceive a context in various psychological conditions.

Abstract- Stress, conformity, groups and self-worth in high-school girlsThe aim of this questionnaire-survey was to investigate the experience of stress and symptomsof stress in high-school girls, and to examine if the experienced symptoms of stress could bepredicted by groups, self-worth and conformity. Another purpose of this study was to describethe girls own thoughts concerning these factors. 80 girls between the ages of 15-18 yearsanswered the questionnaire. The results showed that stress could be predicted by theexperience of conformity, but not by the experience of belonging to a group and self-worth.The most common symptoms of stress were tiredness, problems to concentrate and headache.The girls reported that they thought that girls of their own age were ?slutty and cocky?, andthey thought that it was important to look good, but at the same time many girls were happyabout themselves and they had realised that they had to live with who they are.Keywords: high-scool girls, stress, groups, self-worth, conformity.
Proaktivt arbete i stället för en konflikthanteringsplan : En kvalitativ studie om hur ledare på Spotify upplever hantering av konfliker
Syftet med denna studie har varit att öka förståelsen för hur konflikter hanteras inom horisontella organisationer. Detta genom att studera hur Spotify upplever konflikters påverkan samt hur konflikter hanteras inom organisationen. Studien har utifrån en fenomenologisk ansats studerat konflikter och hantering av konflikter ur ett ledarskapsperspektiv. Datainsamlingsmetoden har varit semi-strukturerade intervjuer.I resultatet framkommer det att konflikter upplevs som positivt för individers och Spotifys utveckling då konflikter upplevs bidra till nytänkande och utveckling. Studien visar på att organisationer genom konstruktiv konflikthantering kan utvecklas.
Räcker en klapp på axeln? En studie om trivsel och arbetsmotivation
AbstraktUndersökningens syfte är att undersöka vilka faktorer som motiverar anställda att stanna kvar på sin arbetsplats och se vilken roll trivsel och arbetsmotivation spelar i sammanhanget. I förlängningen vill vi undersöka hur företaget kan arbeta för att behålla sina anställda.Följande frågeställningar utgör studiens röda tråd: Vilka motiv uppger anställda som viktiga för att trivas på sin arbetsplats? Vilka faktorer skapar arbetsmotivation bland de anställda? Hur kan trivsel och arbetsmotivation tänkas påverka de anställda till att stanna kvar på arbetsplatsen?För att få svar på dessa frågor har åtta personer intervjuats på ett företag. Tillvägagångssättet är kvalitativt. Resultatet visar att: om respondenterna får utmanande arbetsuppgifter med variation ökar drivkraften till arbete; en avklarad arbetsuppgift ger även den tillfredsställelse; utveckling och ansvar spelar stor roll; kompetensutveckling och utbildning stärker individen i sin yrkesroll; flexibilitet och självbestämmande är viktiga faktorer för de anställdas trivsel och motivation; god stämning har avgörande betydelse för den anställdes fortsatta trivsel/vantrivsel; feedback är motivationsskapande men om det saknas inträder vantrivsel vilket kan få den anställde att söka sig bort..
