The purpose of my essay is to study and analyse how adolescents with different socioeconomical backgrounds experience their consumtion needs.There are five main questions:1. How do adolescents experience their needs of status symbols, labeled clothes etc?2. In what way does adolescents experience influences over their consumtion options?3.

Enligt WHO (2012) ska förlossningsvård innebära att kvinnan ska kunna föda sitt barn på ett säkert och tryggt sätt. Hon ska kunna känna att hon får en säker vård och bli omhändertagen. För att den födande kvinnan ska få en positiv förlossningsupplevelse har kontinuerligt stöd visat sig vara av ytterska vikt. Syftet med denna tvärsnittsstudie var att undersöka kvinnors upplevelser av förlossningsvården i Göteborg och se om det fanns några skillnader i förlossningsvården på Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset/Östra och Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset Mölndal. Mätinstrumentet KUPP (Kvalitet Ur Patientens Perspektiv) som modifierats för att passa förlossningssjukvården användes.

Aim: The aim of this study was to describe intensive care nurses? experiences communicating with patients during mechanical ventilation.Methods/design: A qualitative interview study. Interviews where analyzed using descriptive content analysisSetting: Nine intensive care nurses from two different intensive care units were interviewed using a semi structured interview guide.Background: Past research has shown that patients during mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit, feel very vulnerable and the helplessness of being unable to speak. These patients feels that they are completely dependent on the nurses and their competence. It has been shown to be very important that the patient feels included, acknowledged and respected.Results: The analyzed data resulted in a theme; through communication strive to preserve patients´ dignity and three main categories; create relationship to the patient, minimize patients´ vulnerability and don´t give up.

Det är sjuksköterskans ansvar att etablera en vårdrelation där patienten känner sig trygg, därför var det viktigt att belysa patientens egen uppfattning om vårdrelationens innebörd och vad det kan ha för betydelse för omvårdnaden. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vårdrelationens innebörd för vuxna patienter inom psykiatrisk tvångsvård. Studien är litteraturstudie med kvalitativ och deskriptiv design. Det gjordes en artikelsökning i Cinahl och PubMed med sökorden psychiatric care, caring relationship, coercion samt patients experiences. Artiklarna som valdes ut kvalitetsgranskades och sedan gjordes en manifest innehållsanalys.

This paper studies, from a client perspective, how three Swedish municipalities work with information about a voucher system in homecare. The paper is a qualitative study using structured informant interviews and analysis of documents. The interviewees are responsible of information about the voucher system in the municipalities. The studied documents describe and clarify the voucher system of the municipality. Neo-institutional organization theory is used to analyse the result.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva vilken utbildning, kunskap och attityd sjuksköterskor har inom munvård samt hur sjuksköterskor kan främja god munvård hos patienter i palliativ vård. En beskrivande litteraturstudie användes som metod där artiklar söktes i Cinahl och Pubmed (Medline). Där hittades tolv artiklar som sedan formade denna studie. Resultatet visade att många sjuksköterskor ansåg att de hade fått bristfällig utbildning i munvård under sin grundutbildning. Eftersom kunskapsnivån hos många sjuksköteskor var otillfredsställande har det framkommit att både personal och patienter inom den palliativa vården gynnas genom utbildning.

Bakgrund: Befolkningen i Sverige blir allt äldre och fler önskar vårdas och dö i hemmet. Idag vårdas många inom allmän palliativ vård med stöd av distriktssköterskor. I den tidigare forskningen inom palliativ vård i hemmet har framför allt den specialiserade palliativa vården beskrivits. Få studier har undersökt mötet mellan distriktssköterskor och patienter och närstående inom allmän palliativ vård.Syfte: Att beskriva distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av mötet med patienter och dess närstående vid allmän palliativ vård i hemmet.Metod: Empirisk kvalitativ studie, deskriptiv design. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med åtta distriktssköterskor.

The intention of this study was to examine the interaction between authorities. More specifically it had a purpose to look at the ongoing cooperation between social workers and staff of special homes of closed institutional youth care. The sanction system for young offenders? reform of 1999 where young people between the ages of 15-17 who have committed serious crimes, can be sentenced to secure institutional treatment instead of prison, aims to counteract the harm which can result from a stay in prison. The social welfare board in the young person´s local authority and the national board of institutional care shall cooperate during the youth?s placement at the special home of closed institutional youth care.

Bakgrund: Varje år ställs sjuksköterskor inför diverse problemställningar gällande palliativ vård i livets slutskede. Nutritionsbehandling är en av de åtgärder som kan sättas in för att lindra situationen för både patient och anhöriga. Då det är flera parter så som patient, anhöriga, läkare och sjuksköterska inblandade är det av stort vikt att alla förstår och är informerade om situationen för att den svårt sjuke ska få bästa möjliga vård. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien är att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av nutritionsproblem hos patienter i livets slutskede. Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes där 10 kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar granskades och analyserades enligt Friberg (2012).

The aim of this thesis is to examine how secondary teachers in the subject of history are using the textbook in their teaching. Four questions are being dealt with in this thesis. What importance is being placed on the use of history textbooks by the secondary teachers? What priorities do the secondary teachers have? How do they deal with student interests? And what is the importance of the secondary teachers? work experience? I have interviewed four secondary teachers with different work experience to complete this thesis. A Dictaphone has been used in all the interviews. Research has shown that textbooks now have a central role in teaching and the lack of alternative materials and reduction of teaching hours has made it difficult to replace. The main conclusions of the thesis are that the history textbook has a dual role depending on the teacher you ask, and that the history book is used differently by the teachers.

Each year over 3000 children in Sweden lose a parent. The loss of a parent may cause some grave changes in a child?s life, leading to both mental and physical consequences. The purpose of this literature study is to examine the different ways in which health care personnel can better receive and relate to children whose parents are dying or have passed away.Data was collected through such sources as Pubmed, Academic Search Elite and Cinahl, which resulted in the inclusion of sixteen subsequent articles, ten of which were quantitative and six of which were qualitative. Thirteen of the said articles illustrate how children act in response to a dying or deceased parent and what measures were needed for them to move on with their lives.

It is important for every store to have a good financial performance which can be affected by the average purchase and the number of customers in the store. Customers shopping experience can affect both of these factors and therefore it is important for retailers to know about how an in-store environment can affect this experience. The purpose of this study is to give retailers an indication of the importance of consumers' shopping experience and how this may affect the store's financial performance. To study this subject an in-store survey was conducted in four grocery stores in Stockholm where a total of 320 consumers answered a total of 41 questions about their shopping experience. By sales data it was possible to conduct a statistical analysis to see which variables regarding consumers shopping experience influenced the average purchase.

Different forms of relaxing methods can be used in rehabilitation for individuals with tinnitus and Ménièré?s disease. Research continues to find convincing proof of effects from the different methods. This study presents methods of relaxing, massage and Mindfulness, as possible complementary rehabilitation tools.The purpose of this study was to investigate opinions about relaxing from professionals working with hearing care. A qualitative approach with phenomenological influence was chosen for the study.

Vården ska ges på den nivå som bäst är anpassad efter patientens individuella tillstånd. Patient väljer ibland att vända sig till akutsjukvården då vårdbehovet egentligen inte är akut utan bättre kan behandlas inom primärvården. Tidigare forskning påvisar att patienter föredrar att söka sig till akutsjukvården framför primärvården då den är mer lättillgänglig samt att den uppfattas som bättre. Att det är flera personer som är inblandade i beslutet att kontakta larmcentralen samt att det är ett svårt beslut framkommer också i tidigare studier. Syftet med föreliggande studie är att beskriva patientens beslut att ringa larmcentral i stället för att ta kontakt med primärvården.

Background: Chronic pain is a condition that approximately 18% of the Swedish population suffers from. This condition affects many aspects of a person´s life and causes psychological, physiological and social suffering. Multimodal treatment is considered the most effective treatment for patients with chronic pain. Patient participation and motivation are very important to treatment. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore patients´ experience of a multimodal chronic pain treatment program regarding their experience of patient participation and interaction with the rehabilitation team.
