I den allmänna debatten om revisorer diskuteras bl.a. revisorns oberoende och hur det kan påverkas av revisorns roller som rådgivare till och granskare av ett företag. Vi ville undersöka inom vilka områden revisorn bidrar med rådgivning och få en uppfattning om hur detta eventuellt kunde påverka oberoendet mellan revisorn och ett nystartat företag. Vi valde att undersöka nystartade företag då vi inte funnit några tidigare studier på just den här kombinationen, revisor/nystartat företag.I vårt syfte att undersöka revisorns roll i nystartade företag har vi tagit reda på de vanligaste problemområdena, som nystartade företag upplever, och i vilken mån revisorerna hjälpt till som rådgivare. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av intervjuer där respondenterna bestod av tre revisorer och ägarna till tre nystartade företag.

In today's society there are a lot of offers towards consumers, where they actively have to choose the most appealing offer. In order for an offer to be attractive it must add value in line with the customers demand. Also, it requires that the offer provides a sufficient level of attraction so that the customer selects the particular product/service over another. Furthermore, each offer must exceed the Expectations of the visitors to an event, so they feel that the event is something "extraordinary". We have chosen to study how LHC (Linkoping Hockey Club) works with marketing in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Every place is a stage where people interact. The nature of the stage and its scenography to some extent shapes the interaction. Considered as a place, the school ground gives rise to many varying Expectations. Lower school pupils often have clear ideas of how they are expected to behave and how they are expected to use the place. But as the pupils age, the purpose of the school ground grows less obvious.

Where one of the bigger things is to find agood alternative for their current oil furnace, which was heating the workshop.

Climate change is one of the most difficult problems that humans have to deal with. Today, the evidence of human effects on the climate change and the rise of temperature on earth are strong. It is extremely important that all countries get together and cooperate in order to be able to solve the problem with climate change. One step in the work on climate changes is the Convention on Climate Change, which was agreed on in 1992. The Convention on Climate Change resulted in the Kyoto Protocol in 1997. The Kyoto Protocol is an agreement between a number of industrialized countries to limit or reduce the green gas emissions.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur fotbollsklubbars aktiekurs påverkas av klubbarnas prestationer på planen i hänsyn till matchresultat. Delsyftet är att se om andra faktorer som är länkade till matchresultat kan ge mer eller mindre tyngd till eventuella prisförändringar. Metod: Uppsatsen har ett positivistiskt vetenskapligt förhållningssätt och ett deduktivt angreppssätt. Undersökningen tillämpar en eventstudie-metodologi där eventperioden är satt till dagen efter eventet och där estimeringsperioden omfattar 250 dagar.Efter bortfall täcker insamlad data information kring 1060 matcher från 12 olika lag under åren 2011-2013. Data används för att mäta om en genomsnittlig avvikande avkastning (AAR) har uppstått i samband med matchutfall. Utöver detta undersöks de mer psykologiska faktorerna vändningar, anormal målskillnad och förväntningars effekt på den avvikande avkastningen.

ABSTRACTInternet use in Sweden is among the highest in Europe. The increased availability and use of the Internet has changed people's behavior patterns. This, in turn, has made many companies choose to offer their products and services online. This means that there is less personal contact and that customer relations can be described as having gone from face-to-face to face-to-screen. Swedish banks have come a long way in terms of adapting its operations to customers? demand in a global environment that is digitizing at a rapid pace.

Idag finns hälsoskillnader mellan könen, vilka delvis beror på ojämställda förhållanden i samhället, som uppkommit av värderingar för hur kvinnor och män ska vara. En förändring av värderingar kan ske i skolan där läraren har en betydelsefull roll. I lärarutbildningen förekommer ingen kontinuerlig undervisning kring hur lärarstudenterna ska integrera ettgenusperspektiv i sin framtida yrkesroll. Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka på vilket sätt lärarstudenter anser sig kunna arbeta med jämställdhet i skolan ur ett lärande- och hälsofrämjande perspektiv. Datainsamlingen har skett genom tio intervjuer med lärarstudenter.

The competition between the Swedish municipalities has increased as the world has become more globalized, which means that they need to become more attractive for sustaining sound finances and not to find themselves to have a downward trend. One possibility to show the attractiveness of a place is by using place marketing and therewith attaining a stronger brand position. There are 20 suburban municipalities in the county of Stockholm, of which six are multicultural or are having a minimum of 20 percent immigrants among the residents. These immigrant areas are segregated based on class, income and culture. Problems associated with these areas have historical aspects that dates further back than modern immigration does.

This composition deals with questions concerning the ongoing construction of gender among personnel in different project for young girls and young boys ( ages 14): its conditions and meanings and how personnel form and mediate gender experience. The aim of this essay is to investigate how gender is made in everyday practise in three projects which address to either young girls or young boys, and to examine how the formation of gender interplays between conceptions among personnel and the practise in the projects. Central questions are: How describes the practical work and the needs of girls and boys in the project? And does the gender-segregated work justified in the projects? Qualitative methods are used to answer these questions. We made qualitative interviews among personnel from three projects, Ellen, Allan and DISA.

Veterinary hospital care and advanced veterinary services are rapidly growing industries. As of January 1, 2010, veterinary nursing became a licensed vocation, the title of veterinary nurse became protected, and the act regulating competence among the professions of the veterinary field was extended. These changes, along with increased demands and Expectations from owners, have given rise to greater demands on the staff's qualifications and have increased the need for well-educated staff with expertise in several different areas. The aim of this study was to find out what the licensed veterinary nurse can do in terms of rehabilitation for the hospitalized equine patient suffering from orthopedic injury. This has been carried out through qualitative interviews with veterinary surgeons experienced in treating such patients, and also by reviewing the relevant literature.

Bakgrund och problemdiskussion: Styrsystem är ett brett och komplext begrepp som kan innehålla många olika komponenter, till exempel budgetering. Bankverksamheterna är hårt reglerade utifrån de lagar och regler som gäller i det aktuella landet som de är verksamma inom. Därför är det viktigt att ha tydliga riktlinjer och styra de anställda så att de inte bryter mot några lagar och/eller regler. Dock finns det en viss problematik kring en hårt reglerad verksamhet. Till exempel kan både regler och strikta budgetar leda till att de anställdas motivation påverkas negativt då de är hårt hållna och inte kan arbeta på det sätt de vill på grund av strikta riktlinjer.

Abstract 1.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects whole body vibrations on maximal strength, power output and neuromuscular activity in m. pectoralis major during bench press.Participants consisted of 35 male and 9 female military high school students (m=23, 1 years). On the basis of initial maximal performances in bench press the participants was divided into two experiments groups and one control group. Intervention groups performed a specifically designed push up program on a vibrating plate respectively a step board during 12 weeks Initial load at 60 % of 1 RM showed an average of 46, 5 kg. All groups showed an average increase of 13 kg for each person after 12 weeks.

AbstractThis report has been developed in cooperation with Peab Region Bostad Göteborg, mentor at Krook& Tjäder (through Chalmers), and examiner at Chalmers University of Technology. The report is the result of a research of a building project, constructed by Peab. The report is investigating and it means to identify and evaluate qualities in the dwelling and its surroundings. Its purpose is to evaluate how the residents in a chosen housing cooperative enjoy living there. It shall, with help of chosen quality aspects, identify what Expectations the residents had before moving in, how they experience the dwelling and its surroundings today, and what hopes they have for the future planning of the area.
