De senaste åren har vikten av en trovärdig finansiell rapportering av hög revisionskvalité lyfts fram. En högre kvalité säkerställs genom att besluta om gemensamma regler och principer för revisionsbyråer. Intresset av revisionen är olika och således finns olika syn på syftet med revisionen och vad den bör innehålla. Tolkningsskillnaderna gör att hög revisionskvalité upplevs olika. Syftet med vår undersökning är att förklara ?hög? revisionskvalité utifrån revisorers och revisionens olika intressenters perspektiv samt att identifiera eventuella skillnader mellan revisorernas och dessa intressenters syn. En kvantitativ ansats har använts och utifrån teorin har sex hypoteser skapats.

För individer med parodontal sjukdom är egenvården betydelsefull för en bättre prognos. Förebyggande åtgärder kan behöva ses i ett större sammanhang om det ska vara möjligt att främja tandhälsa eller förhindra fortsatt tandsjukdom. En insikt i patientens upplevelser och syn på sin förbättrade egenvård kan vara värdefull för att bättre förstå vad som behöver hända för att det ska ske en förflyttning mot en bättre hälsa. But is it possible that some advertisers take their techniques to an extreme in the struggle to be remembered This thesis aims at investigating whether it is possible to offend a consumer through an advertisement due to its extreme simplicity.

Bakgrund: Studier har visat att sjuksköterskors utbildningsnivå har betydelse för patientsäkerheten på kirurgiska vårdavdelningar. I Sverige är rollen som specialist-sjuksköterska inom kirurgisk vård ganska okänd och antalet specialistsjuksköterskor inom denna specialitet är få.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva vilka förväntningar specialistsjuksköterskor inom kirurgisk vård har på sin yrkesroll samt att ta del av och beskriva deras erfarenheter av att arbeta som specialistsjuksköterskor.Metod: Kvalitativ studie med deskriptiv design. Specialistsjuksköterskor inom kirurgisk vård (n=29) från fem olika sjukhus deltog i studien. Urvalet gjordes med bekvämlighetsurval. För datainsamling användes ett studiespecifikt formulär med öppna frågor.

Recently, there have been intense discussions about the humanities and their role in society. Internationally, as well as in a Swedish context, the humanities have been regarded to be in a state of crisis. However, these discussions usually demonstrate a lack of historical perspectives based on thorough empirical research. The notion of a crisis needs to be historicized.In this study, a case is being examined where the relationship between science and society was renegotiated. In the context of World War II, a discourse has been identified in a borderland between science and politics through an analysis of Swedish journals and anthologies during the time period 1937-1947.

The study addresses the field of design as a profession and examines the views on strategic management in a design project among nine selected graphic designers. The graphic designers who participate in the study are permanently employed at design companies in Stockholm. The study has a qualitative approach and the method is based on face-to-face interviews. We have chosen to examine this subject due to the opinion among professionals that strategic management in the design industry has increased during the last decades. There is a belief that strategic management in some cases are used too extensively as a way for design companies to make more money.

The purpose of this investigation was to study what students in in the first year of the social science program in high school think about the guidance they had access to during their time at primary school. This is to ensure that it the guidance students are entitled to and contribute to the development of the business. The survey was conducted at two different high schools in southern Sweden. A total of 57 students participated in the survey. The results show that 46 and 29 percent of students at the two schools did not feel they had the information they needed for their upper secondary school The results proving what previous research reached that students selection process can lead to stress and uncertainty associated with the choice to high school. The results of the present study showed that girls in particular have high standards for themselves and experience stress and anxiety associated with their selection to a greater extent than boys.

In the year of 2009 the conditions for managing primary healthcare in the region of Västra Götalandchanged. Along with thisdecision a new market for private health careproviders was established, which resulted inincreasedcompetition between the providers.In order to manage the competition, the health care providers arenow forced to be more efficient in their operations andalso to beeven more focused on their patients.Backa Läkarhusgruppen is an example of a private healthcare provider in the region of Västra Götaland.In the same way it is also an example of anorganizationin need of analysing their operations to seehowit can be further optimized to meet patient needs and Expectations.The aim of this study is to analyse Backa Läkarhusgruppen?s organization and its operationsin the hopeoffinding suggestions whichwill improve the patient flow.To allocate and solve the problems thatBacka Läkarhus suffer from,an approach inspired by Lean Healthcare is used throughout the report.Some of themost significant problems that were identified within the organization are:?The synchronization of demand and capacity is inadequate.?Absence of standardized routines.?Absence of present leadership.To be able to improve the patient flow Backa Läkarhus needs to handle these identified problem areas.By synchronizing the staffing level in relation to the trends in demand a reduction in the patient?swaiting times and throughput time will be possible. Creating clear responsibilities and routines for thestaff will contribute to a higher degree of patient focus and thus lead to a more efficient patient flow.

Stock analysts have through the analyses they write a large impact on the Expectations on the market and the direction of investors investments. This creates undesired fluctuations on the market that raises the level of uncertainty. The way that the analysts satisfy their need for information is connected to how their final analysis will be shaped. There is a large knowledge gap concerning the way that the analysts work and this gives unsatisfactory ways of communication. This thesis is set out to create a greater understanding of how optimal communication towards this target group should be brought out.

Undersökningsmetod som används är kvalitativ samtalsintervju (intervjuer där respondenter och intervjuare sitter tillsammans och samtalar om frågorna) utifrån ett fast frågeschema med öppna frågor.

Den här undersökningen syftar till att få en djupare förståelse för hur musik- och kulturskolans verksamhet kan se ut i framtiden. Jag vill få en inblick i vilka faktorer som påverkar utvecklingen av den kommunala musik- och kulturskolan, samt hur musik- och kulturskolan väljer att förhålla sig till dessa faktorer. För att undersöka detta har jag använt mig av kvalitativ intervju som forskningsmetod för att därigenom få fram fyra instrumentallärares och tre musikledares tankar och erfarenheter.Resultatet visar på flera faktorer som påverkar förväntningarna på den kommunala musik- och kulturskolan varav de mest framträdande är media, musikaliska trender, sociala faktorer och elevernas förväntningar på undervisningen. Dessa faktorer påverkar musik- och kulturskolan både som organisation och verksamhet, men också själva undervisningen. Bland annat visar undersökningen att musik- och kulturskolan behöver förhålla sig till att dagens elever har nya uppfattningar om vad det innebär att musicera och att lära sig spela ett instrument.

This has led to an improved activity amongst organizations to make their production consequences positive. They work with Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR). In order to communicate their responsibilities, many companies work with CSR and ethical guidelines.

Bakgrund: I Sverige har sjuksköterskeprogrammet under åren genomgått ett flertal reformer för att anpassas efter de förändrade behoven av hälso- och sjukvård. År 1993 blev sjuksköterskeutbildningen en treårig utbildning som både leder till en kandidatexamen i omvårdnad och en yrkesexamen. Detta har inneburit svårigheter för lärosätena gällande förmågan att kombinera den akademiska skolningen med den yrkesförberedande utbildningen. Tidigare gjorda studier visar att utbildningen ansetts otillräcklig i vissa avseenden vilket har lett till att sjuksköterskestudenter upplevt sig vara oförberedda inför att gå ut i arbetslivet.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva om sjuksköterskestudenter i termin sex upplever sig förberedda inför arbetslivet som legitimerad sjuksköterska.Metod: Studien är en empirisk intervjustudie med en deskriptiv kvalitativ ansats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem sjuksköterskestudenter i termin sex utgör studiens material.
