SammanfattningGymnasielärarens naturvetenskapliga förmåga att förankra hållbar kunskap bygger på gymnasieelevernas inre motivation och drivkraft. Utvecklingsmöjligheter för bildningsprocessen är enorma, när läraren har kapaciteten att stimulera och styra tankebanorna mot uppsatta mål. Syftet med skapandet av ett naturvetenskapligt labbkompendium var att utforma en grund för kreativt och analytiskt tänkande för att kunna integrera och synkronisera naturvetenskapliga moment inom biologi, kemi och matematik. Även om didaktiken har gjort framsteg och nya metoder har tagits fram finns det ändå implementeringsproblem att lösa. Problembaserad lärande (PBL) har förutsättningarna att utveckla och stärka elevernas initiativtagande förmåga, analyserande färdigheter och innovativa lösningar.

Title: Belting in teaching. A study of views and teaching-procedure.The purpose of this study is to map how the singing teachers at a Swedish college of music describe and implement the vocal technique 'belting' in their curriculum. This study is based on watching and interviewing six different teachers. The theoretical part deals with voice physiology and four different theories surrounding belting. The results show that the descriptions of belting vary between teachers and experts alike.

Executive summary This master thesis was originally based on a specific assignment given to the authors from ABB Full Service, a unit specializing in providing maintenance outsourcing: ?How can ABB Full Service expand its offering of providing fundamental maintenance by seamlessly incorporating the business concept with competencies and solutions from other ABB divisions?? The academic issue was developed throughout the thesis, resulting in the following formulation: ?From an organizational perspective; how can service providers bring continuous added value to intra-organizational outsourcing partnerships?? Many of the key findings of this thesis are reflected in the issue. The term intra-organizational outsourcing is a proposed addition to the terminology in the academic discourse on outsourcing. The definition of the term is: ? Where an organization outsources a business process interlinked with the physical operations, requiring the service provider to take over a preexisting unit and its employees.This is an accurate description of the form of outsourcing that ABB Full Service is engaged in.

Insikten om att människor och deras kunskaper utgör företags viktigaste resurser är inte ny. Trots det betraktas oftast investeringar i människor som en kostnad och inte en investering för framtiden. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur personalekonomiska nyckeltal kan användas för att kommunicera värdet av den mänskliga resursen och människans bidrag till ett värdeskapande i företag. Studien avser även att generera en teoriutveckling där teorier av bland andra Ackoff (1974) och Nonaka (1994) används och utvecklas med hjälp av den insamlade empiriska kunskapen från studien. I teoriutvecklingen knyts empiri och teorier om organisatoriskt lärande och personalekonomiska nyckeltal samman.Studien utgår från ett ?Human Resource-perspektiv?, och i problemformuleringen ställs frågor kring HR-avdelningens (HR:s) roll och på vilket sätt nyckeltal kan fungera som kommunikationsverktyg mellan HR och ledningen.

Since the beginning of the 1900s Sweden has had laws and rules governing the ownership of agricultural and forest land. The foundations of the current Land Ownership Law, ?Jordförvärvslagen 1979:230(JFL)?, are from 1979. The most recent review and adaptation of the law occurred in 2005. Its main purpose is to prevent a passive ownership of land in Sweden and to ensure that the land is actively worked.
