Social media is a relatively new phenomenon that has had a huge impact in the way we communicate in recent years. Today it is used daily by almost everyone and has become a billion dollar industry where corporate existence is increasing by every day. But there is not entirely safe to work with social media since customers and visitors can make comments and investigate what others are writing about the brand and form their own opinion. The purpose of this study is to explain the potential advantages and disadvantages for organizations in vulnerable industries with a focus on insurance companies who works with Facebook. The paper takes its starting point in the convergence culture that explains a cultural shift where consumers are encouraged to search for new information and combine content from different media.

This leads to an opportunity for about 70 % of the joint-stock companies to choose whether or not to keep their auditors. Creditors are affected by this as they may receive a less trustworthy base to make a good credit review if many companies choose to proceed their accountings without the control of an auditor. Creditors have the option to require that companies are to be reviewed by auditors, while authorized accounting consultants may be a possible substitute as a quality control for the accountings.Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to examine what impact optional audit has had in credit processes so far and look into alternative forms of reviews for businesses.Problem definition:? Does auditing simplify for the creditors in a credit review? ? Personliga intervjuer med högt uppsatt och kompetent personal inom Volvo Trucks legat till grund för insamlingen av våra data. Empiri:                                   Empirin presenterar de kvalitativa intervjuer som gjorts med respondenter inom Volvo Trucks. Analys:                                   Analysen jämför den insamlade empirin gentemot den teoretiska referensramen. Slutsats:                                 Volvo Trucks använder sig av en omfattande leveragingstrategi där de genom sin 360-approach försöker vara närvarande på samtliga plan och kanaler. Det finns ett klart fokus på aktiverande leveraging med avsikt att bygga och stärka kundrelationer.

Om revisorerna vill påpeka någonting angående företagets redovisning eller förvaltning utfärdar de en så kallad oren revisionsberättelse. I denna studie undersöker vi om denna orena revisionsberättelse får någon effekt på företagets aktiekurs. Den problemformulering som besvaras är:Har en oren revisionsberättelse någon effekt på svenska publika företags aktiekurser?Tidigare forskning på området har nästan enbart genomförts i utlandet.

Förvärv kan göras utifrån en rad olika motiv, där möjligheten till ökad lönsamhet genom synergieffekter är ett av de vanligaste. Synergieffekter ger fördelar, vilka genererar större kassaflöden och således högre avkastning för företagets ägare. Medan budgivande bolag främst handlar utifrån incitament såsom möjlighet till ökad konkurrenskraft, marknadsandel och lönsamhet, attraheras målbolagets aktieägare snarare av budpremien. Detta eftersom de oftast erhåller en premie på mellan 15 till 50 procent utöver bolagets aktuella marknadsvärde. Empiriska undersökningar som gjorts kring uppköpssituationer i fastighetsbranschen, inklusive denna, visar att uppköp i regel gynnar det uppköpta företagets aktieägare på bekostnad av aktieägarna i det förvärvande bolaget.

Fair trials? rights under Swedish law of public administration (FL) are regulated by Article 7 of the Statute. Similarly, fair trials? right under the European Convention of Human Rights (EU Convention) is regulated by Article 6.1. The essay conducts a comparative study of the two legislations and seeks to determine whether Article 7 of the Swedish law of public administration is consistent and compliance with Article 6.1 of the EU Convention.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons a religious minority leader has to convert to a larger religious group and how the leader chooses to communicate this event in certain daily press. In March 2014 the leader and founder of the Christian and charismatic movement ?Livets Ord? (Words of Life), Ulf Ekman, announced his decision converting to the Roman Catholic Church after a 10 year long process of thinking. The communications of Ekman?s linguistic language in the articles are discussed through two discourse analyzing perspective, Laclau & Mouffe?s and Fairclough?s.
