SammanfattningUppsatsen är ett försök till att belysa fenomenet roller i serviceyrket; hur personalen i en klädbutik agerar gentemot kunder och hur de känner inför den roll de besitter i sin profession. Idag innebär butiksarbete mycket mer än tidigare: numera förväntas man som butiksmedarbetare att ge god service i kundbemötandet ? det räcker inte med att kunna utföra sina arbetsuppgifter, utan man måste kunna leverera ett leende på utsatt tid och man förväntas kunna sälja. Dessutom ställs många gånger i detaljhandeln krav på att man ska kunna sälja för ett visst belopp eller ett visst antal artiklar per kund.[1]    I vardagslivets olika situationer innehar vi individer olika roller. Man kan ibland inneha rollen som ett äldre syskon, ibland som rådgivare och ibland som vän eller kollega.

Bakgrund: Bonussystem är något som började växa fram under 1980-talet och är ett inte sällan förekommande debattämne. Inte minst i dagens situation med en stark recession och en finansiell kris om knuten. Flertalet artiklar har tagit upp ämnet, där man har ifrågasatt olika företags utdelning utav enorma rörliga ersättningar trots den svåra tid vi nu befinner oss i. Företagen motiverar olika andledningar till varför de väljer att betala ut bonusar till sina vd:ar, som grundar sig på olika typer av variabler.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka vilken typ av variabler som visar starkast korrelation med storleken på företagsledarnas bonusar, och att se om dessa kan tänkas påverka deras risktagande.Metod: Uppsatsen bygger på en kvantitativ undersökning av sekundärdata som har inhämtats från de utvalda företagens årsredovisningar. Undersökningen tar en deduktiv ansats, där de valda teorierna appliceras på de resultat som undersökningen visar.Resultat: De fem företagen som betalar ut högst total ersättning är ABB, Ericsson, AstraZeneca, Getinge och Scania.

SAMMANFATTNING Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på vad sjuksköterskan upplever som sitt inre etiska ansvar samt lyfta fram och reflektera över den etiska dimensionen i omvårdnaden. Studien är empirisk och grundar sig på en kvalitativ metod med innehållsanalys. Data har samlats in från fyra intervjuade verksamma allmänsjuksköterskor. Forskningen anknyter till Katie Erikssons omvårdnadsteori samt till Iréne von Post. Etiken hos de intervjuade sjuksköterskorna förknippades till stor del utifrån ett medicinskt perspektiv.

Why was the system with a final degree abounded and why do the government want to reintroduce it?Research in pedagogy has through the years presented numbers of theories about assessment.

I grunden ligger en holistisk och mångfacetterad dimension som syftar till att uppnå ett upplevelsebaserat lärande genom aktiviteter i ett ömsesidigt samspel med naturen. Aktiviteterna erbjuds på särskilt utvalda platser av professionell personal. Genom reflektion individuellt och i grupp kan erfarenheterna överföras till deltagarnas vardag. I processen ses naturen som en co-terapeut och som en katalysator som kan underlätta en individuell förändringsprocess.
