Studiens övergripande syfte var att undersöka hur elever, lärare, specialpedagoger samt rektorer definierar begreppet särskilt stöd. Mer specifika frågeställningar var vilka diskurser som gick att identifiera, samt om dessa var i samspel eller i konflikt. Ytterligare en fråga var om det var möjligt att fastställa en dominerande diskurs.En kvalitativ metod användes i studien där samtliga deltagare lämnade brevsvar som analyserades utifrån Laclau och Mouffes diskursteori. I studien deltog sju elever, sju lärare, tre specialpedagoger samt fem rektorer.Resultatet har analyserats utifrån ett dilemmaperspektiv som innebär att snarare än att hitta lösningar som är rätt eller fel, är syftet att lyfta problematiska frågor till diskussion och undersöka hur aktörer ser på dilemman ur olika perspektiv. Resultatet visade att samtliga aktörers svar kunde delas in i sju olika teman: en tidsaspekt, rumsaspekt, aktörsaspekt, innehållsaspekt, orsaksaspekt, känsloaspekt samt en juridisk aspekt.

The purpose of this study is to investigate ethnic discrimination in the recruitment process. National and international law protect individuals from ethnic discrimination by potential employers during the recruitment process.Despite the laws in place to protect human rights, minorities in society do not have the same opportunities in the labor market as the rest of the population. Minorities continue to have difficulties compared to Swedish nationals in the recruiting process. Highly educated immigrants seeking employment in Sweden continue to report being treated unfairly based on their ethnic background.Ethnic discrimination in the recruiting process is based on prejudice and stereotypes that affect decisions whether it is visible or hidden, intentional or unintentional.Under the law, it is not legal to base a decision on prejudices or stereotypes. Therefore, it is important for the employer to highlight the job requirements to ensure the recruitment process is ethical.

The aim of this Master´s thesis in Art History and Visual Studies is to examine the existence and theexpressions of openness and interior space in the contemporary Swedish architecture of singlefamilyhouses. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the high school textbook on religious studies differences in how Christian ethics and in what way it is presented in comparison with the presentation of Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism and it´s ethics. The analyzed material is textbooks from the late 1960s to the 2010s. Due to the survey´s nature the focus is first and foremost the chapters dealing with religious ethical issues and what amount of pages or space the different religions are given in the books. The results from the textbooks are compared with the curriculum that is or was effective during the time the books were published. This is done to determine whether there is a clear link between the books and the guidelines of the curriculum.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka skillnader och likheter i tjejer och killars etiska tänkande, kopplat till kön och genus. Vi valde att genomföra en kvalitativ studie och använde oss av gruppintervjuer som gav oss möjlighet att få djupare förståelse för elevernas tankar och reflektioner.  Undersökningen resulterade i att vi såg en viss skillnad i killarna och tjejernas sätt att resonera kring det etiska dilemmat, exempelvis att killarna var mer strategiska och tjejerna mer empatiska. Vi märkte även att killar och tjejer, till en viss del, föll inom ramarna för de stereotypa könsrollerna. Vår slutsats blev att killarna och tjejerna ansåg att vissa människor inte var värda att räddas, trots detta var de ändå noga med att påpeka alla människors lika värde..

The purpose of this paper is to see which ethical content arguments have in the debate about wolfhunting, particularly with regard to the Svensk Jakt respective Tidningen Djurens Rätt's arguments. The method used in this paper is the analysis of arguments in which I investigate the pro and contra arguments of the four authors of the articles that I have chosen to study. I will avail myself of theories from Carruthers and Franklin. Analysis shows that the authors of the Swedish hunting above all have a ecocentric view of the wolf where it is an instrumental value for the ecosystem, and the authors of Djurens Rätt's has especially a biocentric view of the wolf where it may be an absolute value, but they can also extend to the that the wolf has instrumental value in the ecocentric perspective. The discussion has shown that Djurens Rätt's and Svensk Jakt has a common position that is an ecocentric perspective where the wolf has instrumental value, even though they believe that different actions are different law to protect the species and the ecosystem..

This essay will focus on drug addicts and the world as they see it. The essay is based on intervjues with three men and one woman and participant observation of the three men´s social life in the surroundings of Stockholm. The informants? opinions and experiences are central as well as the observations made of them during an intensive fieldwork. The study which was of an exploring character has revealed a complex relationship between the informants and society.

Background: Climate changes are a growing concern all over the world today. In June year 2006 the European Union accepted a new strategy for the Unions work against a sustainable development. The concept of taking consideration to all the aspects of an organisations/a company's activity is something that have been in focus during later years. Social and ethical aspects are in focus and questions regarding these aspects are more commonly included in the companies yearly reporting. A sustainability report is characterised by that it takes into account not only environmental aspects, like ordinary environmental reports, but also social and ethical aspects of a company's activity with it's surroundings.

Denna uppsats handlar mycket om hur man som studie- och yrkesvägledare kan agera när vi ställs inför etiska frågeställningar. I uppsatsen förklaras även vad etik egentligen är och vad som är skillnaden mellan etik och moral. Uppsatsen är kvantitativ och undersökningen har gjorts i form av att enkäter skickats ut till samtliga yrkesverksamma studie- och yrkesvägledare i en svensk kommun. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka om de demografiska faktorerna kön, ålder och arbetslivserfarenhet påverkar de etiska värderingarna. Studien kommer även undersöka om de etiska koderna inom företagen påverkar de etiska värderingarna i givna situationer bland försäljare i tjänsteföretag.Förtydligande: Med givna situationer menas de situationer som anges i enkäten (bilaga 2).Metod: I studien användes en kvantitativ metod där en enkät med stängda svarsalternativ skickades ut till 863 respondenter. I enkäten användes både nominal- och ordinalskalor för att göra det möjligt att använda korrelation, faktor och klusteranalys samt t-test med hjälp av den statistiska mjukvaran IBM SPSS. Analyserna användes sedan för att besvara de forskningsfrågor som utformats genom teorin.Resultat: Resultatet visade att åldern har ett svagt samband med en fastighetsmäklares etiska värderingar och är därmed inte en avgörande faktor i det här fallet. Den andra demografiska faktorn kön visade sig inte ha något samband alls med en fastighetsmäklares etiska värderingar.
