Syftet med undersökningen är att se hur alkoholen påverkade gärningspersoner och brottsoffervid misshandelsfall i Halmstad 1915 till 1925. Jag vill klargöra vem som var offer, det villsäga offrens socialklass och kön. Jag tittar också på vilken påverkan alkoholen hade kopplattill just dessa faktorer.Att det fanns ett samband mellan alkoholkonsumtion och misshandelsbrottslighet på ettnationellt plan var känt sedan tidigare. Det hade emellertid aldrig gjorts någon undersökningpå ett lokalt plan i Halmstad. Det finns inte heller någon specifik forskning på brottsoffren idessa fall.

Then the language learning process and the approach in a preparatory class differs itself from a general class. The methods conducted in a preparatory class are not just focused on teaching as in a more traditional method. Achieving the objectives in a preparatory class depends on the individual student and the cohesion in the group. Students have different backgrounds and knowledge level, therefore it is extremely important that the teachers use different work methods in order to achieve and to promote the students' language development. The aim with this survey is to get the knowledge about what education methods is being used by teachers in a preparatory class.

The town of Karlstad has a long term project called Vision 100 000 which aim is to increase the population towards 100 000 inhabitants. This will of course put a strain for the town?s energy distribution grid. This is a work about trying to predict the grids power usage would be for the next five years if the city building plan is finalized. Those predictions are mainly going to be done through calculations with a database program called Facilplus and by checking the measured history of power usage per hour on certain selected customers by the program CustCom.

Crisis communication in today's society is an important element for organizations. Whether an organization makes it through a crisis, good or bad is largely based on their crisis communication work. Crisis communication is about how the organization works to repair or maintain the organization's external image, the image that society has about the organization. When a crisis occurs stakeholders lose confidence in the organization or change their mind about it.This case study is about exploring how a municipality handles crisis communication through the various phases of a crisis. The study is also to examine how the municipality communicates with its stakeholders in specific communication channels during a crisis.The case study makes use of theories circulating crisis communication, such as: theories of how crisis communication should be handled, how a crisis is recognized, the different phases of a crisis, the communication channels that can be used and who may be interested in an organization when a crisis reveals itself.

Med den nya plan- och bygglagen (PBL) som trädde i kraft den 2 maj 2011, blev det möjligtatt redovisa fastighetsindelningsbestämmelser i en detaljplan på motsvarande sätt somgjordes genom fastighetsplan i 1987 års PBL. Den särskilda planformen fastighetsplan togsdärmed bort. Syftet med de nya bestämmelserna var att förenkla tillämpningen.Bestämmelserna möjliggör en mer detaljerad reglering i detaljplan, men medför också enskyldighet att göra en prövning redan i planarbetet enligt lagvillkor som finns utanför PBL.Syftet med detta arbete var att bidra med ny empiri avseende hur och i vilken utsträckningsvenska kommuner har tillämpat bestämmelser om fastighetsindelning i plan- ochbygglagstiftningen, samt vilken betydelse tillämparna haft för implementeringen avfastighetsindelningsbestämmelser i plan- och bygglagstiftningen. Genom att tillämpa ettimplementeringsperspektiv är avsikten att bidra med ett nytt perspektiv på tillämpningen avplan- och bygglagstiftningen.Målsättningen var att genom att undersöka och besvara min frågeställning vidareutveckladenna nyvunna kunskap i form av ett förslag till en metodbeskrivning för tillämpningen avlagstiftningen. Då examensarbetet utförts på Halmstads kommunsSamhällsbyggnadskontor var tanken att slutprodukten ska vara ett användarvänligt redskapför dem vid tillämpande av bestämmelser om fastighetsindelning.

This thesis sets out to examine how feminist struggle can be negotiated, defined and motivated. By using Oral history as a theoretical and methodological framework, three persons narrative are being constructed, explored and discussed throughout the thesis. All the interviewees define themselves as women and feminists and have all practised music in different separatist rock and pop-groups from 1970 to present. Themes as music as political action, and separatism for persons who define themselves as women are discussed. The tree informants agree about some feministic goals such as equality and the right to be able to play and perform music regardless of gender identity, although the means to reach these goals are formulated differently. .

The purpose of this study was to investigate how directors of preschool apply the mandatory reporting and what information they say is important in the decision to report child maltreat-ment. The study was built on five semi-structure interviews with five directors of preschool working in Greater Stockholm. The perspective of this paper is sociology of law theory. This means to study how out of law information makes sense when director of preschool applies the mandatory reporting. The result was analysed with three different analytic tools: action plan, consulting social services and the considerations of the directors of preschool them-selves.

In 2010 there will be a political resolution to ensure that the Swedish society is accessible to all citizens including people with disabilities. For this purpose a national action plan for disability policy "From patient to citizen" (Govt. Bill 1999/2000:79) has been set out with the aim of ensuring that the disability perspective will permeate every sector of society and that the approach and response to people with disabilities will be improved. The Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs is responsible for implementing the disability policy in the cultural sector.Since public libraries in Sweden are a part of the public cultural sector, they will also be affected by the political resolution regarding accessibility. The concept underpinning library services for disabled people must be that of equality of access.

The thesis first objective was to develop field instructions for forest planning of native forests in Andean Patagonia, and the second objective was to test the plan on an actual property in the area. The thesis was limited to studies in the province of Rio Negro. Today, there are no official forest management plans for native forests in the Argentinean province of Rio Negro; thus, there is an obvious need for an official forest management plan with clear guidelines. To be granted permission to manage, i.e. through thinning, the native forests on a property it is required to have a forest management plan that is approved by the Forestry Board in the province in question (Thill, B.

The purpose of this paper is to explore how masculinity and femininity are constructed in the magazine Veckorevyn, through a critical discourse analysis of 18 articles from six issues in 2011. This is done by using a variety of theories and previous research results, which is gender theory, the theory of late-modern society and media theory. The analysis shows that Veckorevyn depicts virility and feminine differently. Furthermore, pointing the results from the analysis that a change of manhood and womanhood takes place in the social practice. The selection of articles from the magazine also shows that Veckorevyn seems to promote gender equality. .

År 1987 trädde en ny byggnadslag i kraft, Plan- och bygglagen(PBL). I och med den nya lagen minskade kommunens och byggnadsnämndens kontroll av projekteringshandlingar och besiktningar ute på arbetsplatsen. Efter lagändringen beror den slutgiltiga kvaliteten på en byggnad i större utsträckning på byggherrens och entreprenörernas egenkontroll. P.g.a. olika intressekonflikter inom kommunen, och att det kan förekomma starka kopplingar mellan byggherre och entreprenör, är det inte alltid självklart att kommunens tillsyn vid nybyggnation gällande till exempel egenskapskrav på energihushållning och värmeisolering utförs tillfredsställande.Med ovanstående i åtanke undersökte vi fyra flerbostadshus, två i Värnamo kommun samt två i Kristianstad.

I contacted the production company Salmonfox in the hope that they would have any projects that they needed help with. It showed that Salmonfox just started up an old project that they needed to complete. They wanted my help to edit some trailers and one crowdfundingfilm for the short film called, Captain Sweden (Kapten Sverige). Salmonfox are hopefully going to use the different trailers and crowdfundingfilm to promote the short film and get help with the funding to make a feature. The project began with a pilot study in which I made a time plan and a requirements plan, where the different requirements were set.

I denna uppsats har länsstyrelsens tillämpning av riksintresse för kulturmiljövård studerats utifrån ett plan- och miljöparadigmsperspektiv. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten har varit paradigmbeskrivningen i Styrning av markanvändning och miljö (2006) av Lars Emmelin & Peggy Lerman (2006: 2,12-20). Teorin har tillämpats utifrån de lokal- och centralstyrningsaspekter som deskriptivt förklarar paradigmen. Avsikten har varit att studera hur plan- och miljöparadigmets styrningsprinciper kan identifieras i detaljplaneprocesser och hur dragen påverkar processerna. Dessutom har frågan hur länsstyrelsen ser på sin handläggning utefter lokal- och centralstyrningsaspekter varit en utgångspunkt för uppsatsen.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how teachers work with Autism pupils in two different schoolforms: a traditional elementary school and a language school. The study was based on three questions: 1. How do teachers in elementary school prepare, plan and implement reading and writing instruction to Autism pupils? 2. How do teachers in the language unit prepare, plan and implement their reading and writing instruction to Autism pupils? 3.

The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the ideas about functions that public libraries have in the local society. We have used the method idea analysis on four municipal library plans, to find out which ideas about library functions that frequented each plan, and what similarities and differences there were between the ideas about functions in each plan. As a theoretic base, we have used a theory about three dynamic spheres in modern society: the state market and civil society, and examined how these three spheres influence and control the library functions. We have extracted six different ideas about library functions: educational, social, economical, entertaining, serving and democratic functions. The most dominating ideas in this study are ideas that the public library should be an educating and formative institution.
