Communication between parties in an important process in their relationship can be based on a contract. This communication can for exemple be composed by a handwritten contract or an electronic contract. In the project, Thai students have partaken by producing sex posters and a picture-show with the help of their own photographs and short texts. However, the picture-show was mainly produced by the author of this paper. These posters and the picture-show were brought to Sweden to figure as teaching material during a lesson in religious studies for students in year eight in a Swedish school.

This report has been done in collaboration with SCA Skog, Norrbottens Forest Management Area. The purpose of the survey is to try to find out what the forest owners who either live in Norrbottens Forest Management area or outside but has their forest holdings in the administrative area has the vision of SCA Forest and their forest services offered by the administration. But also to find out the presences of other timber buying players who procures timber in the administrative area. This study seeks to determine if there are deficiencies that may need changes or improvements to the prevailing conditions in Norrbottens management area. The literature study is about how to design a questionnaire based on what you want to know and what to consider in order to eliminate the problem of constructing a questionnaire. A questionnaire was sent to 400 randomly selected forest owners who have their forest holdings within SCA Forest Norrbotten Management Area. And of the 400, it was 181 respondents with 39 women and 138 men.

This paper is about cemetaries in a multireligious society. The aim of the work is to compare the physical expressions of different religions burial traditions, in order to plan a multireligious cemetary in Borås. I´ve studied the five worldreligions, Judaism, Chritstianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism. I´ve also written about the Humanism, a nonreligious organization, and funerals without any religious connection. Litterature studies gave basic knowledge about the religions beliefs, and interviews with a person from each group deepend the knowledge, mainly regarding the burial traditions.

This study is a value chain analysis for timber in East Africa. It was commissioned by Vi Agroforestry, a nongovernmental organisation registered in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania engaged in a rural development program that involves promoting tree planting and enterprise development (Vi Agroforestry, 2012). The purpose of the study was to identify and describe common value chains for timber in the countries where Vi Agroforestry operated. Value chain is a concept and a framework describing how to structure information regarding activities included in satisfying a certain customer need, e.g. procurement, logistics, transactions, production and marketing.

This study focuses on the encounter between the academic librarian and the academic library user with a specific need for information. The aim of the study is to examine the process of mediation of information and to uncover any inherent problems or systemic inertia that may occur within that process.Special attention has been given to information-seeking behaviour in the digital age and the possibility of viewing information literacy as a meta-literacy. The difference between the surface web and the academic invis- ible web is also investigated. Empirical data was collected by the use of ethnographic fieldwork at the Karolin- ska Institutet University Library over a period of five weeks. The data is analysed using actor-network theory as a point of departure.

Föreliggande uppsats undersöker hur kristna missionärer under 1900-talets japanmisson framställer och förhåller sig till de båda japanska religionerna shinto och buddhism samt dess utövare. Materialet som behandlas är bevarade missionärsskildringar från åren 1900, 1904, 1905, 1916, 1935. Uppsatsen undersöker även hur nutida läromedel i religionskunskap för gymnasieskolan framställer och beskriver samma japanska religioner och deras utövare. Dessa material är från 1968, -72, -79, -99, -03 och -05. Syftet med uppsatsen är att frilägga strukturer som medverkar i skapandet av de religiösa föreställningarna av "Den Andre". Förhoppningen är att kunna belysa hur våra egna religiösa och kulturella tillhörigheter medverkar i konstruktionen av "Den Andre" som en förenklad motgrupp.

The purpose of this paper is to study the connection between Taoism and analytical psychology. This is done by descriptive text analysis of post-jungian literature. Often mentioned when searching for the inspirations and influences on analytical psychology we find references to alchemy, Buddhism, Gnosticism, Hinduism and the hermetic tradition. More seldom do we meet any references to Taoism. My aim is to investigate what gravity do the post-jungians attach to the taoism influence on C.G.

Detta arbete syftar till att undersöka vad bilder, gestaltande religiösa berättelser, kanförmedla om den religiösa kontext där de har sitt ursprung. Hur väl dessa bilder kantjäna som hjälpmedel till att förklara centrala aspekter av respektive religion iundervisningssammanhang är även en del som kommer att undersökas. Det aktuellabildmaterialet består av två bilder hämtade ur den kristna och den buddhistiskabildtraditionen. För att behandla aktuella bilder används en kvalitativ observationsmetodi form av en egen bildanalys-anpassning som inkluderar delar av både den ikonologiskaoch semiotiska analystraditionen. Resultatet av dessa analyser visar att den aktuellatypen av bilder kan, under gynnsamma omständigheter, förmedla information om sinreligiösa kontext och på sätt även tjäna som ett didaktiskt hjälpmedel..

This master thesis was performed as a mission from Holmen Skog with the purpose to investigate to which extent their own machine teams and engaged contractors were exposed to theft and vandalism, and most common preventive measures used. With the help of collected data the study should lead to proposals of preventive measures that can help the machine teams in their struggle to minimise theft and vandalism. Theft and vandalism are a big problem for Swedish forest contractors. In a scarce economic situation thefts and vandalism rapidly decrease the profit for the contractors. However, the last years have resulted in a positive awareness of thefts, and more and better preventive measures have been developed. With the initiative of this master thesis, Holmen Skog show that they are aware of the situation and that they wish to take control of the problem. A total amount of 108 questionnaires was sent out to Holmen?s own machine teams and engaged contractors.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the high school textbook on religious studies differences in how Christian ethics and in what way it is presented in comparison with the presentation of Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism and it´s ethics. The analyzed material is textbooks from the late 1960s to the 2010s. Due to the survey´s nature the focus is first and foremost the chapters dealing with religious ethical issues and what amount of pages or space the different religions are given in the books. The results from the textbooks are compared with the curriculum that is or was effective during the time the books were published. This is done to determine whether there is a clear link between the books and the guidelines of the curriculum.

I och med västerlandets kulturella och historiska möte med österlandet har båda parter fått integrera med varandra och ta del av varandras skiljaktigheter. Dessa olikheter, kulturer emellan tar sedan en positiv, negativ eller relativ neutral ställning till varandra. Denna uppsats fokuserar på att se hur mötet mellan västerlandet, med fokus på Sverige och dess möte med buddhismen har tagit sig uttryck. Mötet och integreringen dessa emellan har pågått i mindre form sedan 1970-talet, men inte blommat upp förrän slutet av 1990-talet. Då mötet mellan buddhismen som livsfilosofi och Sverige tagit sig an olika uttryck anser jag det är problematiskt att komma fram till ett fullständigt svar i den nedan angivna frågeställningen.

The purpose of the study is to observe how the participants of the study interacted musically through verbal, non-verbal and musically resonant expressions. Verbal communication was expressed in discussion of the music's tempo and to clarify for ensemble participants from where they we?re going to play and sing. Non-verbal communication could be used to gesticulate an instrument or a melody. For example, the movement of a hand could symbolize notes on a musical stave to indicate the notes placements.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have an explicit definition but instead entail a broad spectrum of various obligations that an organisation is responsible for. CSR has in recent years become a highly relevant and debatable topic as a consequence of the increased exposure of companies to society. Due to an augmented consumption from the general population, CSR is of great importance in companies' aspiration to create and maintain a solid relationship with costumers. Previous researches have described what areas of CSR are most relevant in terms of consumption. However, it can be suggested that these publications have failed to provide an indication of what type of costumers these various areas attract.

Over 90% of forestry work is carried out today by contractors, thereforeclear agreements between the client and the contractor it is of utmostimportance. The purpose of this thesis is to examine how forest contractors doto keep themselves updated of the current laws and government regulations,which channels are available to accomplish this and what possible obstaclesmay occur. 20 interviews were conducted with contractors engaged inlogging.
