This essay is a contribution to the process of reconstructing the meaning of a concept that has been long forsaken and somewhat forgotten. It examines the way in which the Swedish nobility perceived the politically active peasantry during the 1740s as an expression of the prevailing political culture of the period. The aim of this study is thus to understand a bygone world of thought that once existed in a very turbulent political culture. I focus on the words formed and articulated in the halls and rooms of the Swedish estates by which the thoughts, opinions and power of the Swedish government came to the fore. In doing so it is possible to say something about how the nobility, in their relationship with the peasantry, constructed an object which represented their perception of the Swedish peasant and what this meant.

With the globalization, companies in the West chose to shift production to developing countries to cut down costs. This had a major impact when child labor and very poor working conditions in these factories were discovered and led many companies to take responsibility for their suppliers and the employees by adopting voluntary so-called Codes of Conduct.There is a subtle balance to Enforce improvement of working conditions for employees at suppliers´ factories and to keep costs down. On the one hand, companies would like to conduct extensive audits at their suppliers to ensure code of conduct compliance and thus protect their legitimacy. On the other hand, audits are expensive so companies would like to minimize audits to keep costs down. Companies thus have to strike a delicate balance in relation to how many and what suppliers they choose to audit.

The aim of this master?s thesis in administrative law has been to study the property owners' legal rights when a third party impacts on the property. The essay is based on several case studies of landowners in central Sweden which has the purpose of forming a background to the legal studies of this field. The framework for current studies builds therefore on landowners' experiences of impairment and damages on their property and has been added to highlight a current problem that exists in central Sweden. The purpose of the study is therefore to see whether a protection in law is imposed on landowners with such problems as the land ownership study shows.

Bakgrund och problem: Efter införandet av IFRS 2005 har redovisning av goodwill visat sig vara ett problematiskt område rörande redovisning av förvärv och nedskrivningar. Studier har visat kopplingar till att tillsynen har inverkan på nedskrivningar. Den svenska tillsynen som sköts av börserna har kritiserats av både börsens övervakningschef såväl som av Föreningen för god sed på värdepappersmarknaden. Studier har visat att ett starkt tillsynsorgan bidrar till en jämnare tillämpning av IFRS.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att nå klarhet i hur den svenska redovisningstillsynen uppfattas av Large Cap-bolag i Sverige och hur tillsynen påverkar bolagens redovisning av goodwill.Avgränsningar: Studien har avgränsats till svenska börsnoterade bolag på Large Cap-listan som redovisar goodwill.Metod: Primärdatan är insamlad genom kvalitativa semi-strukturerade intervjuer med alla respondenter förutom med en person som intervjuades via ett mejlformulär. Primärdatan har sedan indelats i kategorier och analyserats med hjälp av tidigare studier inom området.Resultat och slutsatser: Uppfattningen av redovisningstillsynen hos de tillfrågade respondenterna är att tillsynen är bristfällig i sättet granskningen utförs.

The paper is a thesis made by three students in the engineering program at Jönköping School of engineering. The thesis was overseen by the urban planning office and features data from Jönköping County.The purpose of the thesis is to improve future central districts by improvement of work methods. The aim of this thesis is, through an evaluation of process mapping, develop a model for systematical work methods with better experience feedback in the urban planning. The following three questions have been answered:? How is the process mapping of the urban planning in Jönköping County built today and how did it affect the current district Kålgården?? How can the urban planning of Jönköping improve with a more systematical work method with better experience feedback?? How can critics elaborate the developed method to make it enough stable and in general applicable method to Enforce on future districts?Literature studies and interviews were made to review the work methods of the office of urban planning as well as how their experience feedback works.
