The reason for the latter measurement was due to registered negative transients each time the motor was connected to the grid. Denna rapport bygger på den kommande solcellsfasaden på kvarteret Frodeparken i centrala Uppsala. Projektet genomförs genom ett partneringavtal mellan Skanska Sverige AB och Uppsalahem. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att skapa en underhållsplan samt en investeringskalkyl för projektet. En teknisk bakgrund för solcellsanläggningar har sammanställts för att förstå hur systemet fungerar. Underhållsplanen grundas på fakta från solcellsleverantören och uppgifter från referensobjekt. Det har visat sig att solcellsanläggningar kräver väldigt lite underhåll. För att få en bred syn på investeringen har ett antal simuleringar på investeringskalkylen genomförts.

Sedan a?r 2008 har installationstakten fo?r solceller i Sverige o?kat. A?r 2012 installerades 8,3 MW solceller och a?r 2013 mer a?n fo?rdubblades den installerade effekten till 19 MW (Lindahl, 2014).

The purpose with this thesis is to analyse different factors that can explain district heating prices for energy companies in Sweden. We are further interested in examining if the prices is affected by the use of industrial waste heat in their production and the company?s ownership structure. The method applied is a multiple regression analysis using a panel data set of 50 companies over 5 years (2008-2012). The data used is yearly data obtained from the Swedish district heating association.

Industries with energy costs as a large proportion of their total costs are greatly affected by the instruments deployed to cope with the Swedish climate and energy policy goals. With energy costs representing more than 30 % of the total costs, tomato cultivators are one of the affected industries. In order to remain competitive with other countries, a more resource- and cost-efficient cultivation of tomatoes in greenhouses is desirable in Sweden. Based on the concept of industrial symbiosis, this study investigates the prerequisites for a resource-efficient production of locally grown tomatoes in Sweden through the utilization of low grade industrial waste heat. The study is based on the foundry industry as the supplier of waste heat.To investigate the environmental, technical and economic potential of the exchange of waste heat, a comparative life cycle assessment, an inventory of the supply of industrial waste heat in Sweden, a compilation of potential technologies for the recovery of low grade industrial waste heat for heating greenhouses and a comparative life-cycle cost calculation were carried out.

Detta examensarbete har genomförts i samarbete med Grontmij AB och är ämnat att ta fram tre olika förslag på byggnader med samma utformning men uppförda med olika material i klimatskal och stomme, för att jämföra dess energiförbrukning och slutligen analysera koldioxidutsläppen som genereras. Målet med denna studie är att påvisa vilka material som lämpar sig främst vid hållbart byggande, vilka materialval som främst kan föredras när man vill uppnå energieffektiva byggnader samt analysera dess koldioxidutsläpp.Målet är att påvisa att koldioxidutsläppen minskar med enligt de upprättade miljökraven från Stockholms Stad i samarbete med Clinton Climate Initiative.Climate Positive Development Program lanserades år 2009 och är ett gemensamt initiativ mellan Clinton Climate Initiative och US Green Building Council. Programmet stödjer 18 projekt världen över och Norra Djurgårdsstaden är ett av projekten som ska vara en förebild för framgångsrik ekonomisk och miljömässig stadsutveckling. Programmet är även en vägledning vid byggande av bostäder vilket är avgörande för evolutionen av stadsbygget.Utvecklingen kring byggande har med tiden förändrats och anpassats till mer miljövänliga och energieffektiva alternativ. Idag har det blivit mer vanligt att tala om energieffektiva byggnader och minskade koldioxidutsläpp, vilka är betydelsefulla faktorer som påverkar miljön och vår framtid avsevärt.
